The users knows how to regulate their loads themselves... The only way this 100kw systems will breakdown is if the household is not restricted... Bail bonds are mostly not paid into the government account. Some are required to be paid, if the accused jumps bial you'll either lose what you've paid or you'll be require to pay what was stipulated as bail bond when you stood surety.
