Thanks to you all, I have tried many time to download the video drivers but when it's about to finish the download or after downloading, it will tell me the file is corrupted, I have wasted so much time on this. It's gateway MX7527 series. AMD Athlon.

After having problems after problems while trying to get the video drivers of my Gateway laptop, I was advised to go for Vista. I don't know how this Vista works, If I install Vista, don't I need any kinda drivers again? I took the laptop to the engineer today and I was told that Vista is slow that I will need to buy memory for it, maybe 512MB or something, Is this true or is he trying to rip me off? For how long does Vista works? Is it advisable to get it please?

I tried to get the video drivers of my laptop but all to no avail, I didn't have the software disk so someone told me today to go get Vista,though my lappy is vista capable,but what are the advantages and disadvantages of this Vista, I took it to someone who will get it installed for me and he is asking me to give him 5,000 naira so he could buy enough memory to inhabit vista, is he trying to rip me off? or must I buy it? What is theVista's memory capacity? without buying the memory, what will be the effect?

Please for goodness sakes, Who in the house uses Gateway Laptop.I use it and recently formatted it. I don't have the softaware CD for it and I need it very urgently because I need some important drivers. Please for God's sake any one who uses Gateway should kindly help me out. One love

You can use your Sony Ercisson PC Suite if you still have the software disc, download PC suite on your lappy, but the day I tried it, I almost cry because 750 credit is gone within 5 minutes.
