engrchykae: the case for illorin and the original hausa indigenes of the northwest and the rest of the north is CLOSED. The fulani happened to be the smartest and politically adept people. When they want to subdue an enemy, they do so completely. They arrest political power by installing an emir. They arrest religious power by being in complete control of the Islamic religion, the imams and sultans are the exclusive of the fulanis. Then lastly they seize economic power by owning the lands which is the instrument of production. This method was so potent that Ibrahim Shekarau was the first and only hausa to become kano state governor. Wooow At the last sentence |

Nowenuse: Well i really am limited in the area of hausa rescources n materials for learning. Sorry but really i dont believe much in learning of a language through media but learning by living in the midst of the speakers of the language, especially for Nigerian/african languages.
Secretary abdul was right. Kano hausa dialect is the central dialect. If u learn it u can communicate with any other hausa speaker, but as a second language hausa speaker i suggest u learn hausa first from the 2nd language speakers because ours is just very extremely easy and simple. So after learning from 2nd language speakers, u can graduate to learning to speak like the native hausa speakers. So i suggest u try to learn hausa from people from Jos/Plateau areas, Taraba, Nasarawa, Niger, Abuja , Kaduna e.t.c. The kind of hausa we speak is very very simple, slow and easy to get. sir , in your opinion , how long does it take to learn hausa perfectly fluently from the scratch ? im planning on doing my nysc in a core northern state in other to learn to fluency |

Hoii: I learnt Khana during NYSC cos i realy mingled with the villagers, always with them in the markets, farm, church, stream, everywhere. I actualy bought a notebook to aid my learning the language. I still av the book sef. I miss those pple soooo much. It was very difficult for me to leave them. Just go to Kaani village & ask of Corper Olu, they cant forget me, even the king knows me. The villagers & my students still call me till today and we communicate with khana on phone. Unfortunately, i'v never been around Egun people for a long time. Both of my parents are Egun o, they ddn't teach we the children. They only spoke Egun whenever they wanted to hide something from us Very impressive learning a language to fluency in just a year |

AreaFada2: Sure, Urhobo is very rich in deed. I hear words in Urhobo language that I used to hear old Benin people use like 3 decades ago. I used to listen as a kid. People over 90 then. All gone now.
These Urhobo words are ancient Edoid words. Would have been regular words in Benin centuries back.
Those old Benin people called coconut "kokodia" instead of Ivin as it is called today. God as "Oghene-Osa" instead of Osanobua commonly used today. And many others.
So within two generations, you can see how a language changes quickly. interesting |

AnonyNymous: Just finished listening to covers of Akeboshi - Wind (the first ending song in Naruto) and its really sad because Boruto just cant live up to Naruto no matter how hard it tries to. The storyline so far isnt really that good. Especially when they revealed it was the class rep that was the cause for the 'black chakra', like wtf?? It was supposed to be unexpected and shocking but it was a huge fail because there were no subtle signs that'd make you have an 'ohh' moment and ve impresed by the genius of the storyline. I think Studio Pierot just wants to milk the hell out of the Naruto franchise and make as much money as they can. I mean, its not even Masashi Kishimoto that's writing Boruto dont try to live so ryt , dont try cause you are so right .cause you will break your self oin the end naruto is the greatest anime ever compared to naruto , boruto is shitt |

bet9ja: There is no financial reward if your motive is the financial gain, you will get frustrated and became a copy and paste programmer. However, if your motive is to learn programming from what variable is, how can you implement a conditional statement, zeal to fight Multa-Kombat with bugs, figure out how things works, write bad codes and learn how to write good one, sitting with your computer from morning till Night working on imaginary projects and not sample project from YouTube.
Then you are ready to smile to the bank in few years. Thanx |
