How much ability does it take to take huge loans from the Chinese government to have Chinese companies bring Chinese laborers over to knock out new infrastructure projects? Russia is facing economic sanctions, investors are scared of putting money into the country because of Putins heavy hand and many other issues.

Nigeria's economy is far more resilient than Russia. If Buhari hadn't meddled with the economy, the country will be in a better position now.

Many of Buhari most bitter critics were once his fans. Their dislike for him is based on bad policies. You can't tell a mathematician that 1+1=3 anf he'll stand by you and agree with you.

So if Nigeria devalued , how would the whole issue have been better ?

During PDP shambolic 16years, the economy grew on average 6% yearly. During Buharis 5 years, it has barely grown 1%.

It is not a PDP or APC stuff. Many economists have condemned many of Buharis policies, notably has foreign exchange control policies which badly the economy and brought about a crushing recession. Soludo, Lamido and Utomi all joined hands condemning it. Some of it still remains in place and all relic of it needs to be demolished. That is the elephant in the room.

Buhari means well but his poor educational qualification is the biggest headache facing the economy today.

Russia that devalued nko how has their own been better.
And remember that those years of jobless economic growth during PDP meant nothing to the common man.
