I was amongst the last persons to register if not the last before the portal was closed (26th march, 11:16 pm) and my number is around 200,000+

There is no way 300,00+ people registered after me in the space of 44minuites before the portal was closed to amount to your number of 600,000+. You certainly did not register after me. So there seem to be random allocations of numbers.

My point is, the highest propelled number does not reflect the amount who registered.. It could be the said 250k, more, or even less.

Where that 3k went to remains a puzzle. Just because I have certificates I obtained in Abuja, I got paid the same amount as the people that were initially supposed to be sent VTU only.

It's obvious that the NNPC recruitment portal has not been tapped to its optimal function.

Imagine NNPC asking candidates to simply log back into their portal and update their account details after their interviews. Would we have had all this chaos and delays?

If the "completed" status at the bottom of our portal is anything to go by, then they indeed know who attended the interview and fears of paying those who didn't attend would be solved.

We can always do better. I believe we're getting there.

If payment has stopped trickling down, a necessary but insufficient condition for Tfare and APL to be related would be that there exists an arbitrary panel, P such that all the 6 candidates in P have been paid. Because (9000/6 =1500) is greater than 1300(speculated number to be recruited). I don't think anyone has suggested the existence of such a panel up till now.

To understand my point, look at it this way: if in all panels at least one person is not paid, and these are the ones that would be called. It would mean that 1/6 of the total candidate pool of 9000 which is 1500(greater than the speculated number(1300) of people to be recruited) will receive APL which is in opposition to wide spread speculation that 1300 or less candidates would be recruited.

I started the Access Bank online application days back but stopped mid way and didn't make a final completion submission only to receive their email yesterday and another today inviting me to complete the same online assessment.

The emails are looking fishy and I have decided to not take the test yet.

In order to finally dismantle the Access Bank Theory and settle the perennial dilemma of nexus between TF and APL we should find out if more than 50 people have received alert from each state.

If indeed 50 people or more have received alert from every state then there is no correlation between APL and TF.

The determining factor is the fact that not more than 50 people will be recruited from every state including both GT and EH.

I was interviewed ON the 2nd.
"Young man, you look like a footballer" was the first statement from one of the panelists. As if he was waiting to hear me say yes, he continued; your country was defeated by Algeria. With a smile on my face, I replied; our team was defeated. That led to further conversation after which I was asked to settle down for the real interview... LOL.
Who is.... my full name... ? After giving them a very brief answer, I was asked about the Nigerian Electricity structure and where/why we are facing challanges and how to fix these problems. The next question was on safety: your CV shows that you are always on the field. Are there some safety measures you usually observe? They even helped me as I tried to talk about some of these safety measures. Your CV says u are hardworking, what does it mean to be hardworking? I made reference to some volunteer jobs I did in order to achieve my goals. I was then asked to talk briefly on any formal report I've done and finally, to tell them why I wanted to work with the NNPC.
Deep inside I know I didn't perform the way I would on a very good day. But grace makes me very optimistic. AUGUST IS COMING
