GraGra247: I agree but only in this case Buhari is the mother Theresa. As much as I dislike Buhari, Obasanjo is far worse than Buhari.
Obasanjo literally sold the country to himself and his associates. Obasanjo was not a perfect leader, but is far better than what we have today as president, is only a fulani and those who are directly benefiting from this administration that can say anything good them |

Why then are the CBN interfering with the decision, if these banks experience distress because of the insistence the regulatory bodies, who will bear the consequences? is that how they hire and fire workers in the developed world? |

DontCough: Honestly, the Igbos have been cheated many times in the Presidential Leadership, that been said, for those who have a great interest of Nigeria at heart will agree that the man who is capable of repositioning Nigeria in a balanced state is Prof. Yemi Osinbajo. He is more than qualified to lead Nigeria into a balanced state, where many Igbo Presidential Leaders will emerge in a future staring in our eyes. The Prof is Capable, Able, Compassionate & bewilled with Passion to lead Nigeria back to her lost Glory. This wasn't typed out of emotions & feelings but rather typed from insights of how Great a Leader Prof. Yemi is.
Professor Yemi Osinbajo means well for all Nigerians. I agree with u 100%, but will like to asked u this ,if Osinbajo is an igboman will u support him? I know igbos have a lot of Osinbajo in their region let dig deep and support them ok. |

Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu: Dangote Became A Billionaire Because FG Gave Him Monopoly by Urchman200: 4:06pm On May 01, 2020 |
festacman: I am Igbo from Anambra State. I disagree that FG underdeveloped SE. With all the billions of Naira from federation account allocation and IGR they generate, our fellow Igbo governors failed us. Blaming FG is unfortunate. FG sighted FUTO Owerri, M.O Univ of Agric., NAU Awka, etc in SE. FG is building 2nd Onitsha bridge. FG through NAFDAC established a massive centre in Agulu, etc. Nobody stopped Ngige and Peter Obi for doing what they did. Nobody has stopped Umahi. The earlier we stopped seeing others only as problem, the better it is for us including Maxi Kanu and IPOB to look inward sensibly and ensure real development of SE. the way u lightly address most of the critical comments I raised up there really tells on which political divide u belong, u guys should continue in the self deceit ,allow igboman to choose what is right for himself, while u continue to deceive yourself with political correctness, if igbo governor's are corrupt is it ipob that will prosecute them? |
Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu: Dangote Became A Billionaire Because FG Gave Him Monopoly by Urchman200: 3:07pm On May 01, 2020 |
festacman: I believe that Igbos are better off in Nigeria. Few things:
If Igbos are special people like many boast online then why are SE States not developed. Why is Abia State in terrible shape?
Apart from current leadership problem, Igbos are divided along state lines with some feeling more superior to others. This attitude will be a problem.
Furthermore, Nigeria offers average Igbo businessperson massive market, due to large population and landmass to grow financially.
So if IPOB is selling Biafra, then Kanu should talk about how to make Biafra work inspite the doubts people like me have about it working. is obvious u are not an igboman, but it's doesn't stop us from having a decent conversation, on the issue of having a larger market ,u are not completely right, it's has not helped igboman in any way ,especially in terms of development, rather it's has helped in developing other regions through the activities of igboman, igboman is the only Nigerian who will like to build and establish his business no matter where he finds him or herself, on the issue of igbo region been under developed ,a lot of factors has contributed to that, one the federal government indirectly under developed the entire south south and east not only igboland, they did this by ensuring that no federal institutions except school and hospitals can be sighted within the old eastern region, igboman is been forced to go Lagos and Abuja where there is numerous business opportunities, as a result of federal institutions that can be seen around there ,no region can develop on it's own, based on our system of government. When a particular group of people feel they want to be on their some factors are nessesating that, one when is either they feel they contribute more than others and yet they are been over looked upon. Telling them about larger market can't be enough to persuade them. I pray u understand where I am coming, things need to be addressed oga. |
