Pigs are not necessarily immune to snake bites. They have a thick layer of skin and adipose tissue which makes it a bit difficult for venom to go down the blood stream... Its a 50/50 thing.

I was travelling one day to zaria and we got to a military checkpoint. A fellow passenger's wristband was in camo colour and they questioned him, told him to get down from the vehicle and lie down flat. The guy kept arguing with them telling them he knows his right and he couldn't just stoop so low to serve such a ridiculous punishment in the name of military. HE told them this is democracy and we weren't in a military regime. That was how one of them was angered and shot him straight in the head. This was what I witnessed live and direct. I served in ilorin, and what I went away with at the end of my service year was the fact that it's one of the most hypocritical Muslim dominated state.

I used to even think the building was part of the market. That building is very very old. 1947 to be precise and when you enter, you'll feel it. You'll feel something is definitely not right there. Its so evil and diabolical and I could sense this. Anyone in kwara state at the moment can have a look into this place and see things yourself. I'll be leaving for Lagos tomorrow but will still want to come back here again to sight see more.

“This administration is pleased we won the election; we are pleased Nigerians are cooperating with us. But, the problems are so enormous that we need the cooperation of Nigerians, particularly the elite.
“They (elite) should reflect on the condition of the country, and stop making expensive demands because things cannot be done the old way,” he said.
On the welfare of Nigerians in the Diaspora, president Buhari assured them that the Federal Government will continue to promote good neighbourliness and improve the negative perception about Nigerians abroad.
“Nigerians are known for their competitiveness and I am very passionate about Nigeria.
“I will continue to preach good neighbourliness and work hard to improve the numerous human and material resources in the country,” he said.
In his remarks, President of the Nigerian community, Cote D’ Ivoire, Alhaji Adebayo Yahaya, commended Buhari for his bold fight against corruption, saying “Nigerians are praying for your success; don’t relent, do not lose hope, the almighty God is behind you.”
Also speaking, the President of the Nigerian community, Senegal, Osas Edigin, told the President that Nigerians in the country have enjoyed excellent relationship with their hosts.
