With yesterdays result, I think AW has a big problem as a coach. Its just not only the players but AW himself too. |
^^^Do you think he has same timid mentality like preciado. he doesn't give a f.uck about being intimidated 'cos he is NEVER intimidated. its going to be another portugal (4) vs (0) spain.just this time around with different coaches. Hala Los Merengues. |
usbcable:, and yesternight was a tip of the iceberg. |
Oga chelseabmw, not that am complaining , but why create another thread, with same info and source, for thesame match. I already created one. And politely asked you being the mod to add a poll(or is that the reason for a duplicate thread). All the same Real is winning tonight. |
scantee:i hope you saw what cr7 did to xavi, buscuit, puyoland pique-all jhoin. When portugal spanked espana 4 kondo. there is still more where that came from. ![]() |
scantee:these footballers sef, he has won everything possible at club level via barcelona. Its all a gimmick, he would still pen a deal. No so dem pressmen always dey talk. Dani would remain in barker(imitating they sound Nigerians call barça). ![]() |
Dear chelseabmw, you can help put a poll on the thread, thats if it doesnt disappear like some other threads I created in the past. keep up the good job. |
Athletic Bilbao have the odds stacked against them as they look to end Jose Mourinho's record-breaking start. Mourinho has led Real Madrid to nine victories and two draws in his first 11 league games in the hotseat, which is the best return from a coach making his debut in La Liga. That success has left Madrid a point clear at the top of the Primera Division standings, while the Spanish giants have been equally as successful in the Champions League and Copa del Rey, where they have progressed through to the last 16 of both competitions. As well as that, Madrid also boast the attacking and defensive records in the league, netting 28 goals and conceding just five, while in Cristiano Ronaldo they boast the leading scorer in the division with 11 goals. That all makes bleak reading for eighth-placed Athletic, who have their own problems to worry about as well. The Basque outfit have won just 13 times in 79 visits to the Bernabeu down the years, losing 51, while in their last 12 league and cup visits to Madrid`s home ground Athletic have suffered 11 defeats and conceded an average of more than three goals per game in those matches. Athletic have also picked up only one point from their last four away games this season. Coach Joaquin Caparros said: "We want to have a good game to break, not only the bad run at the Bernabeu in recent years, but also the negative run of results away from home this season. "We`ve prepared so as to have a good game and that everything turns out how we want." Athletic captain Pablo Orbaiz added: "To win at a ground like this is special. It`s clear that they have a very fast and very strong team who create a lot of chances and it`s difficult to beat them, but Real Madrid have always been like that. "I`ve played against (Zinedine) Zidane, Ronaldo, (Luis) Figo, and those players are at the same level of those who they have now. "Real Madrid always have a great team, and this season is the same. We are, as always, going there with plenty of respect but with all the hope in the world to have a good game. "We know it`s a difficult place to go, but we`re not going to gift them anything. We hope to have a good day and things go well." Athletic make the trip to the capital 13 points behind in-form Madrid, who stayed top of the pack after beating Sporting Gijon with a late Gonzalo Higuain goal last week. Mourinho watched that game from the stands due to a two-game touchline ban and the Portuguese will complete that suspension tomorrow. In his place on the bench will be assistant coach Aitor Karanka, who as a player came up through the youth ranks at Athletic and played for the Basque outfit both before and after his spell at Madrid at the turn of the millennium. Am guilty of not watching npl matches.even I k ow little.but am happy to see it on front page. ka gbe nkan tiwa na laruge. i want dolphins to win(not that I support them) so that at least our league can have incidences of away wins without violence. but my head still says sharks gonna winit. nigerian home advantage. ![]() |
gbengress1:I am a real madrid fan and I dislike barcelona 'AS A FOOTBALL CLUB'. if tomorrow a Nigerian is given a role(coaching, back room or playing) there, I would always want for him success because, ''that single individual'' represents alot about us. You cant say Amos Adamu's problem presently concerns him alone. They will always mention that he is a Nigerian. And right now any mention of Emenalo would be linked to his being a Nigerian too. And his success there would directly/indirectly rob off on us. note chelsea's success was not as a result of arsenal's failure.they both compete for four trophies every season.and Last time I checked chelsea has not been the only club winning. Chelsea, man u, liverpool, even portsmouth have been champions. Its so sad that you love Arsenal so much that you would not mind it Chelsea or any other EPL team fails even if your sibling works for them. na wa for u sha.fanatism at its peak. |
1999. then wanted materials for an article for UN. went to cyber cafe, the attendant had no idea of what the article involved so could do nothing(maybe he didn't know how to navigate very well sef). left there after spending an hour with him doing nothing meaningful and me looking sheepishly at the monitor. I now wish I could see him again and ask; did you really understand what you were doing on that faithful afternoon? |
Pastor Adefarasin should be preaching towards the line of good governance and religious and tribal tolerance. Its just sad some of our religious leaders fail to see beyond the ethnic and religious lines. |
FBS:sadly guain had a quiet match. |
Next point of call Athletico Bilbao |
Darthmaul:na wa 4 u o. soo na etisalat coined ''naija''.you must be 2 years old not to know that even before GSM technology was born the word had existed. The SUPER FALCONS of Nigeria was welcomed in a trailer meant to carry good from Kano to Anambra. And her with her co. Female govt. Officials will end up not being able to help things get better for the footballers. It is the pidgin word for Nigeria she is concerned with. She could as well ban pidgin english in public places, adverts and also ban Wazobia f.m as a whole to appease her ''oyinbo'' son in law. I seldom use 9ja but hey, what about the protecting of indigenious identities. I will miss banky W's advert; 0809ja for life. darn I love that advert.na wa oh |

One of the very few things I regret my dad do to me was not letting me know my local dialect. I can speak yoruba fluently, but not my akoko dialect.I dont even know when its being spoken by my side, since I know not a single sentence in it. I hope my kids will at least be able to not only understand but also speak yoruba. Sadly, all around me its now english as if local dialects retards a childs intelligence. No wonder 9ice will forever make wave since most folks dont even comprehend simple yoruba language. |
My one and only wish was granted. beat this [s]fe[s/]male equitorial guinea team. disgrace that boobless she-man salimata. put CAF to shame for their ojoro in not investigating incessant ''male footballer in women competition'' allegation. up falcons. |
