Davido is a US Citizen. After her marriage, she's eligible for a Green Card then Blue Passport.
This offers her immense protections. Davido own assets in the US. She can file for divorce proceedings in the US regardless of Davido's stated domicile. She only has to rent or own a home for three months (or whatever the state's basic residency requirement is).
Her child support payments are protected as well. One cannot renew passport while behind on child support payments. So she would not have to go on social media to shame Davido into paying her entitlements.

We have to recall that they'd separated in the past.
So she can always leave, but this time around, she'll be able to take her pound of flesh in more ways than one.
Chioma is not virtuous. So while he's doing his sh*t, she'll be doing hers. And when the conditions permit, she'll have the opportunity to make out like a bandit and use Davido's settlement to fund her lifestyle until she finds a replacement.

All of this is to say Chioma will not be your average understanding Nigerian wife.
She has put in the work. She may yet reap the fruits of her labor.

As long as Davido is living in Nigeria and his assets are mainly in Nigeria, Chioma has very limited choices Its not like she can get much going the route of child support, or alimony or split Davidos wealth in half

I am sure like every woman she is pissed that she has to share him with 100 other women but having weighed her options the positives of being with David outweighs the negatives. Moreover David loves her and places her above others. She is the first lady of the house, She is recognized and accepted by his family and the attendant social status that come with it. Even If Davido dey mess up his dad has gone to prostrate and ask her hand formally so she is secured

To be fair to Chioma and to your point, she is making an informed choice in this instance. She has known Davido for quite a bit now. There is absolutely no way she doesn't know Davido go continue to wipe outside or get entangled in controversies involving other women or mother of his children from outside. Making this informed decision means she has weighed the pros and cons and made peace with her choice.

Chioma has exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence and maturity in handling a lot of these controversies for the most part. At this height of Davido's wahala, I don't recollect her making any noise when David was on knees begging a lady make only "the tip" enter. I kind of liken it to Tubaba and Annie's situation.

However, it doesn't guarantee that Chioma's disposition towards this behavior won't change after marriage. Condoning controversies surrounding another woman as a girlfriend is quite different when compared to being married. Lets see how long she holds or pray Davido finds a mature way of keeping his outside business low key.

Beyond affordability, Interestingly, most people do not realize that the minimum wage affects all and not just the government.

People with drivers, maids or any form of employ under you must earn at least that minimum.

Is it gonna be tolled? what tolling strategy will be adopted

Is it a concession and for how long?

What protection and guarantee structure is in place if and should there be a change in govt?

What are the terms of force majeure in the agreement?

Anyway, back to this and the bolded cos its a major risk and its really important that we are told.

Cos I once read somewhere that the Lagos state government had to pay off the owners of the Lekki toll gate post End Sars.

Imagine a similar agreement/scenario here. Such huge liability. Maybe that's even be the (planned) payoff for these guys.

The general consensus in the emerging markets investment community is that there are not that many bankable projects so if there's one that allows them to deploy. Why not?. You cant force private investors to invest in other things/sectors/areas. They must have been convinced that there's enough ROI there before deploying their capital. As long as there's growth potential and economic viablity, so be it.

But lets scrutinize the terms of the contract/agreement oo...Cos P&ID is still a recent memory
