Let me explain clearly based on the USA job description explains about what does web content manager involves and its qualification for this job I am aware of at below:

Web Content means you place all finalized edited text files (.doc, .pdf, or .txt) and images (.jpg, .gif, and .png) into the blank web main/sidebar content area by using HTML scripting, 2- or 3-column page layout as well as CSS file in order to get ready uploading to the web hosting server on daily/weekly/monthly web maintenance.

Usually a client hires web content manager where they(client) sending their finalized edited text files/images via zipped, CDs, or email file attachments. Because the client does not want handling himself/herself to do the job on their existing domain registratar the client already bought yearly renewal. ( majority: non-technical, non-web designer/developer, don't know nothing about HTML/web design itself type).

The web content manager is responsible to be familiarized with HTML, CSS, and all web designing concepts, collected all finishing text files/images to be edited on existing HTML files updated, and finally authorized accessing to the web hosting server for upload finalized HTML files daily/weekly/monthly basis requirement for clients.

By the way, in the USA/UK, they prefer someone with 3-5 years experience of HTML/CSS web coder/designer along with web hosting maintenance/reseller proficient to get that job as web content manager. Because it is high-pressure job require more than 12 hours a day (Usually the largest company that handles bulk multiple clients sending finalized edited text files/photos either hard copy or electronically.)

Online Newspaper, TV portal, Video portal, Community sites are perfect example for web content manager to do the job heavy duties.

You are more than welcome! All anti-virus has automatically update new patch to be added in order to protect against viruses.

You should make aware the fact that there are over 1 milliions viruses attack without your system protection.

Always accept when it prompts asking you for update antivirus, please do so scanning entire system after update download done! Your system is very valuable!

It is your job taking responsible for taking care of your system the same way you take care of your car. Can you drive a car when gas is empty? Same idea!!! Keep your system performance cleaning and scanning antivirus all the time.

If you cannot afford having paid anti-virus, then use FREE ANTIVIRUS software.

That's why I favor Flash website to load external file such as PHP, XML, PDF, all photos, CSS, javascript, database file, and goes on into flash movie instead of HTML website that way no one can see view source except for swf-decompiler.

London's Computer Arts magazine was the first Flash Dynamic Website actionscript release including PHP, XML, video/audio files back 2003. (it was free distribution in the US, now it is discontinued).

You need only ONE antivirus software---not whole THREE antivirus softwares.

All you need to install to protect your system from harm (malware, spyware, viruses, trojan horses, phishing, et.c)

1. best antivirus
2. best anti-spyware/anti-malware/anti-phishing
3. best third-party personal firewall/internet security (other than Microsoft Windows Firewall)

I rather use an Internet Security Software Suite---all-in-one software to take care of everything mentioned harm above AT ONCE.

TOO MANY FRAUDSTERS OUT THERE!!!

Whatever you access any e-Commerce or Shopping Cart online where it pop up security alert, it means their site has expired their SSL certificate.

You are very much risk trying to order from them that is expired SSL certificate. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Be sure on your IE, enable POP-UP BLOCKER that way you won't get annoying popups sites.

Be sure Nairaland.com on popups okay---allow it pop ups for spell check, recent replies, who's online, etc. as well as your favorite bookmark (all sites you use all the time) must be POPUPS OKAY button.

While other sites you never use or never see them before---disenabled POPUPS buttom turn "BLOCKED"

Check on 'Start' button > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Device Manager clicking the icon of DVD/CD to ensure that is enabled for auto-run for any CDs/DVDs inserted to play automatically.

Also make sure the icon of DVD/CD drive on Device Manager is not a YELLOW EXCLAMATION ('!') telling you that is missing driver for this CD/DVD drive.

If there is YELLOW EXCLAMATION ('!') on DVD/CD drive icon, then therefore you need driver update download from its computer manufacturer where she bought from.

I am not familar using Swishmax, however I use Adobe Flash CS3 which is different from swishmax. I code Actionscript 3 making mouseover button effect loading text descriiption itself. Still it is similar basically.

You have free image editor called Microsoft Paint that is found at 'Start' button > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.

Work With An Existing Image

To open an existing picture file, click File > Open. Browse to where the file is located on your hard drive, click to select it then click Open.

To insert a picture onto an existing canvas, use Edit > Paste From and browse to where the picture is located on your hard drive. Click to select the picture you want then click Open.

The picture will now appear on your canvas. The image will have a dotted outline meaning you can move it by clicking on it and dragging it, or you can resize it by clicking on the corner handles.

To change the appearance and size of a picture, use Image > Stretch/Skew to stretch in percent and skew in degrees. For example, if you have a picture you would like to double in size, enter 200% in the horizontal and vertical boxes.

From the Image menu you can also choose to Flip/Rotate an image, or Invert Colors which gives you a kind of 'negative' effect.

I suggest you to use Image Menu to choose Flip/Rotate an image from upside down image to normal image.

By the way, I heavily use Adobe Photoshop to do the job instead of Microsoft Paint.
