Nothing news to me!

It is everywhere in American in both major cities and rural towns the we have lot of poverty people out there like this, but the Government both local and state were cutting off providing all homeless people to have free shelter, kitchen soup places, move-a-meal, and other programs for homeless people as well as all churches have provide their own homeless ministry the same.

Many homeless people have no where to stay or eat when it cut off federal budget by government.

Adobe Flash authoring software you can employ actions/behaviors resulting in AJAX lightbox interface loading multiple video files from any database such as MySQL on the website, do you know that? It has add-on extension for AJAX lightbox connection for Flash authoring!

Don't have to be photo files, it works all external files such as .swf, audio files, video files and .flv.

You can create your own mock-up non-functional website designing into slideshow presentation using either Flash-based or PowerPoint with all watermarked sites and your copyrighted signature giving to your web designer for its clients. So the client would know that your web designer works for you.

I prefer using Flash-based slideshow presentation to be published to auto-run executed CD/DVD that comes with parsing external PHP/XML files inside when your web designer insert your demo CD/DVD on someone's computer/laptop demonstrating them for their client to see on their favorite browser. (only if your web designer has laptop with PCMCIA card or WiFi support internet connection)

PowerPoint has also features for CD/DVD with built-in powerpoint viewer executed installed.

Or you can create your own mock-up non-functional website designing illustrated storyboard (magazine-look like) visually. (using Adobe InDesign software, PDF-creation for page layout such as magazine, newspaper, newsletter etc)

OH Jesus, are you sure what you say that your pc is Pentium II CPU processor?

That is outdated discontinued CPU processor product: Pentium II!!!! They don't manufacture it anymore.

Latest update CPU processor are: Pentium 4, Pentium D, Intel Core, Intel Core2, or AMD Athlon, AMD Sempron, and AMD Phenom or Celeron D

You need to replace new motherboard with newer CPU processor.

Hmmm! I learn something about Nigeria-made laptop/computer! Sound interesting! Remember I am not Nigerian.

If I was in your shoe discovering bad Zinox laptop, i would order parts replacement such as laptop motherboard, hard disk drive, CPU processor, etc.

Yep! Nothing wrong with static, dynamic, or flashy site, it is based on client's preference what they want!

In the USA in a big company(designing firms), when they look for experienced web developers, they OFTEN EMPHASIZED telling the applicants that they do not ACCEPT ANY GENERIC TEMPLATES only they want their career portfolios of all their works.

Some (interviewers) are asked for showing sample coding to proof that you have the capability of writing REAL CODES, not copy-n-paste coding.

I have seen LOT of the USA online career application with portfolio link/PDF upload request electronically (some companies are not accepting email attachments). That is why i know what's going on out there.

I have no problem submitting my sample portfolio or link provided showing my work as well as proposals before they determine to hire me for the job.

Either hard disk drive, or CPU processor or motherboard (mainboard) or monitor is bad.

Try and test unplug your monitor moving to other PC and re-plug it seeing if monitor works!

If monitor works, then I mention above one of those hardware is bad.

If monitor does not work, then monitor is bad and the rest of mentioned hardware are fine!

Dual Core is correct that all moderators on NL has no authority to ban anyone. . .only Seun has his authority to ban anyone.

However in other forums where the forum administrators have their permission allowing their own moderators to authorize banning anyone, but not this NL.

As well as other forums has formed its own officers organizations such as managing directors, moderators, submoderators, ticket issuers, etc. where forum has very largest numbers of members more than 500,000 just like Facebook, myspace, hi5, etc. including computer programmers/webmasters, computer support services, goes on. . .

Every forum sites are different rules/regulations that are set by the forum administrators/moderators/managing directors. . .not the same as NL here.
