If you cannot afford to purchase new whole system, then go computer village to purchase the new motherboard and CPU processor replacement from P3 to P4 or Intel Core Cuo. Then open your system case to follow the instruction how to disassemble old motherboard with CPU processor and install new ones manually. (REMEMBER UNPLUG YOUR POWER CABLE OFF)

If you do not want taking risk do it yourself assemble your new motherboard/CPU processor combo, taking your system with you let your computer technician do the job and pay him his labor fee as his service rendered. It takes less than 30 minutes to finish it!

Your system has infected whatever you download or click unknown link/CD/USB memory stick that contains hidden virus you never knew it existed.

Do your laptop fully protected from virus, malware, spyware, etc. by installing anti-virus protection software?

The site you saw may have started existing from yesterday. It appears that as syskay said the domain must have been renewed. My consern then is shifting it. Or another alternative to deploy web application is to use Flash CS3 to build full dynamic website parsing your external files inside the flash movie that your client would view the source- - -still cannot see your coding but seeing Flash embedded coding on HTML page.

Flash CS3 has built-in DataGrid connector for external XML and PHP files to be loading to the Flash-based website.

That way if your client move the INDEX.HTML with inside Flash .swf file to someone else's web hosting service, it will prompt RED X Flash player, missing all external files to be parsed/loading on the website.
