Under-fire flamboyant Nigerian ‘Prophet’ T. B. Joshua,has shifted the goal posts,claiming that he was ‘misquoted’ when he predicted that ‘a woman’ would win the US elections .

Web developers may have degrees in a variety of fields such as computer science or programming. Most employers will require a portfolio during the hiring process.

The best developers are often detail-oriented and are keen on specifics.
Two Jobs, One Goal

At the end of the day, both web designers and web developers are working toward a singular goal – to create a website or app that entices and attracts users.

To do this, both the design and development must be sound. A site needs to look good and function properly. The colors and imagery need to reflect the brand and the interface needs to encourage visitors to take a desired action.

It will bin an understatement to say Americans and non-americans were not move by this man(the son of nobody in America politics) Africans(particularly Nigerian) gave him there total support, it was on record that 3 millions Nigerians eligible to vote,voted for President Barack Obama. As it could be tag let support 'Our Son' and d first black president of the United States. At the end of the election Obama won with wide margin, a new political order was set, the White House is no longer exclusive the privileged of the white majority in US again.

We all sight a relief that an African American in d seat of power wit promote the interest of Africa's in d global world. Your guess is has good as mine we when wrong. Although President Obama visited Africa during his presidency, but it is of worth of Note, he never make a stop over to the most populous nation in Africa and the most populous black nation on earth.

It is equally important to remind us none of his visit to Africa was for the interest of Africans.But rather to further d interest of the American people. Even if you think your privacy is strong remember Facebook could be hacked and all those pictures could be leaked to people you don’t want it to be showed to – Your parents and colleagues as examples. i read a short joke on twitter that said ” All this girls posting there nudes online, i hope you know explaining to your parents that your bride price is no more than a bottle of soft drink wont be hard”

8 ) FAMILY ISSUES

Still using this to elaborate more on family privacy as some of it has been said in No 1 . anything family should stay family and has nothing to do with social media. If Your Family plans to buy the university of Nigeria , Good. when you people do that everybody will then know , but posting it before its being bought has a lot of consequences and security risks. some people put their parents at risk on social media without them knowing , Some even go o the extent of dropping their parents location ,“My mum just left for work” ,This does not make you any better instead makes your mum prone to danger..know this.

9) STATEMENTS THAT WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU LATER

I can recall this guy who wrote something about first bank in his second year at school , when he finally graduated 3 years later , he went for an interview and was disqualified because of it , after it was Dug up later.

Doing the Ebola outbreak , a single status from a lady about using salt to cure the dreading ailment, killed people and left the rest seriously unconscious,she was arrested later, the rest is history. The power of social media.

"The problem is, most of us have got an agenda, and we say, 'This is what I want to do, dear Lord, please bless me.' ... But when you pray in tongues it's the opposite way round. It's, 'Dear Lord, You've got an agenda, and I'd like to play the part You want me to play in it.'"

Pullinger's book Chasing the Dragon tells how, slowly, through prayer and persistence, she won credibility with the gangs. "We've been watching you," one gang leader told her. "What we want to know is if you are concerned with us. Now you have been here for four years, and we have decided that maybe you mean what you say."

In a recent case involving a company, a due diligence assessment warranted evaluation of files of certain decision-making employees to ensure that the processes were being followed. It was found that one of these employees had been 'gifted' an iPad from a vendor. Subsequent reviews indicated that this vendor was able to maintain the lowest bid on most of the contracts for the company, and thereby being awarded a significant work. Investigations revealed that the employee had been leaking pricing quoted by the vendor's competitors and thereby received gift later as gratification.

This norm, a systematic form of corruption has being a common practice, a subtlety among civil servants in all government parastatals in Nigeria. The present administration under the leadership of President Buhari has however, reiterated that "Give and Accept" gifts under whichever pretence shall be construed as a bribe punishable under criminal law.

Once convicted, such offences could attract imprisonment up to seven years if the bribe-taker is a public servant. A person who gives bribes to a public servant could be charged as an abettor and attract imprisonment up to six years.

Hence, Legal experts point out that ICPC gives a wide definition of bribes, irrespective of any amount. "Any gift with intent to obtain business favours transacted, or to be transacted, should be seen as a violation of the Act," says Lalit Kumar, partner, J Sagar Associates.

The Prevention of Corruption Act, ICPC Act 2007, is the primary anti-bribery legislation in Nigeria. It criminalises acts of receiving bribes or indulging in corrupt activities by public servants while discharging their official duties.

THERE ARE THREE MAIN TYPES OF OFFENCES UNDER ICPC OFFENCES BY PUBLIC SERVANTS

a. Accepting gratification other than legal remuneration in connection with an official act

b. Accepting anything of value for inadequate or no consideration from any person connected with any transaction or official function to be undertaken by a public servant

These offences are punishable with imprisonment of up to 5 years (minimum of 6 months) and a fine

On September 29th, 2000, President Olusegun Obasanjo inaugurated an anti-graft body christened The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) to spearhead its declared war against corruption.

However, this renewed attempt by President Buhari to stern the tide of corruption in Nigeria is turned out to be another phase in the country’s perennial war against corruption.

Any civil servant caught in this criminal act will be convicted.
