From the pictures, same thing happened to my roommate while in school..
Op, you're reacting to something.. Either food, water, soap, cream, drugs, or something..
Because my roommate had similar issues, & it was a bath soap that gave him his. He was using toilet bar soap, but decided to change to medicated/antiseptic soap..
It was when he went to UBTH to see a dermatologist that he (dermatologist) asked series of questions that he realize it was the bathing soap.
According to the dermatologist, he has an oilly skin, but using the medicated soap, is making the skin so dry & not able to produce enough oil to protect the skin.. |

mdokaba1: Please guys, lets becareful with our net-life (our posts, comments and interests) especially on facebook, twitter and on IG.
You wont believe that 5 months after landing my dream job with an international non-governemntal, within a short while i got along with all my colleagues (both Nigerians and foreigners) especially the admin staff who was part of the recriutment process.
Just yesterday, we got gisting, and she opened up to me that prior to the finalization of my recriutment, she was asked by the HR in the HQ to enter my full names on various social media, to see what my personality was like on the net with key reference to my posts, comments and interests.
I dared to ask her what would have happened if they had issues with my net-life. Guess what her response was; Though you emeged as the best candidate, but we sure would have re-advertised the position because of the sensitivity of the position you were to be recriuted for as we needed only a responsible social medialite which you managed to be.
This shocked me and made me more careful with my social media life. And i vowed to share this with my beloved Nlanders especially job seekers as recriuters now watch-out for what you do on the social media. What if you use a pseudo name, how will they still check for it? |

@op, apparently I think you can. But it depends on how your hair grows fast..
If your hair grows fast, it will help cover the front so it won't cause traction alopecia (the loss of edges for your hair).
Secondly, you need to buy hair products to help the hair, because it's not everytime you will wash the hair, probably once in 2weeks.
Thirdly, once your hair is full, like in 2/3weeks time, try using your hand with foam to lock your hair and see how it looks like. You can envisage if the dreadlocks will be good one you..

Yoclan: Story: WHAT YOU SOW IS WHAT YOU REAP. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
A couple had only one son. And the son worked really had and got a scholarship, he traveled; studied, became prosperous and acquired wealth.
He has been away for 10years. So one day, he decides to come home to pay a 'surprise' visit to his parents. He informed nobody that he was coming home.
So that day, he arrived the village at night, and went to their door. It was a bit dark; he knocked, Dady and Mummy opened the door. He has disguised his voice, his face and everything so that they won't recognise him (He wanted to surprise them).
He said, *"You see, em em.... I am just coming to town, but its late now, is dark, just give me a place to sleep , by tomorrow morning I will go to where am going, I want to go......"* When they [the parents] looked at him and saw what he was carrying, it enters into their eyes and heart. They said *"OK!! You are leaving tomorrow morning....come in "*. With their candle light, they lead him in and he slept
The couple planned, at night saying one to another *" Is this not the end of our poverty? Somebody has brought wealth here. Do we allow this boy [the stranger] to go away like that?....."*
They took a decision to kill him, so Daddy held the knife while Mummy held the hands and they trust (kill) him through with the knife; he died. They quickly parked him and threw him into the forest at the back.
In the morning, fellow villagers were coming to their house, each one saying *"Welcome, we greet you, congratulations!!! We saw your son yesterday , he has finally come back home, we came to welcome him."*
==> These conversation took pace:
Daddy: *"Son? My son? You mean my son came back ?"*
Villager1: *"Yes.., your son was here yesterday, we saw him going to your house "* Villager 2 : *"Of course , we saw him yesterday night"*
They [Daddy and Mummy] now went back to the bush to look properly , then, they found out that they had killed their only son.
*Lesson:* Whenever Sin is on The Driving Sit, Shame is Sitting at the Back. So your worst enemy is not really witches and wizards. Your worst enemy is your sinful heart .
Do you like stories?? Let me know, I will surely Post more....
A Story Extracted From Sermon by *DK Olukoya.* The story is Non-sequitor. How can a parent not recognise their own child even with a lamb? I know your trying to dissuade people from indulging in evil act but you could have used a story that is more pragmatic. |

Xperience12: God is good. I was kidnapped today but free.
I missed my staffbus to the Island Lagos so decided to use a Danfo bus as early as 6:30. I entered one going to the Island not knowing they're kidnappers/thieves inside. On getting to Gbagada they pounced on me in the bus and attacked me, beating me. I thought they wanted to kidnap me and I kept shouting Jesus! JESUS! One held my neck and kept choking me. Another held my legs and they laid me flat. They took my phone and told me to unlock it. They took my wallet and asked if it was the only money I had. They took the 4000 inside and left N400 for me. They also took my iPad and return my phones. Then they told me to get up and silently they'd drop me. When we reached Forte oil Gbagada they told me to come out and they drove off........
I'm happy I'm alive and it wasn't a different story. I feel bad for my iPad because it has all the pictures I've been taking since 2 years including my Defense pictures, Convocation pictures, my pictures in Nysc camp, my pictures at the office and lots other but what can I Say. It's a small sacrifice. Once there is life and you have God, you have everything
Please everyone be careful when you enter buses. Always observe before entering anyone at all
Mods kindly move to front page so that people understand and learn Thank God you came out alive. Try to log-in into your google drive account. You might be lucky some files backup automatically. |

@op from a Nigerian proverb your familiar with, and it goes thus " what an old/advance man is seeing, if a young boy/girl climbs the longest palm tree, they cannot see it".
It will be difficult for you to stay there but convince your mind and body, because there is nothing here o.
Even the extended family you think is or trying to make you come back permanently, will live you when they can't benefit from you again. You can visit but coming to stay, don't think about it. There are many sadist here in Nigeria.. I stand with your husband!! |
