@gianni Like i said you can add some bold colours to the pastel like the picture below You can also wear them as jackets( pics below), you can bring in the inner wear with some details like the white one beside the jacket , and take out the jacket when the weather gets a bit warmer and still look formal with just the blouse.

@gianni Here are pictures of some pastel outfits , they can also be worn with black , but if you really want to bring in black , try adding them as accessories like your bags ,shoes , belts , etc. For other bold colours besides black , you can try deep blue , navy blue or purple. Hope this helps

Get an old cotton T-shirt and dry your hair with by wrapping it round your hair or you can just Air dry the hair. Apply a moisturiser and seal with oil once hair is dry. I hope you did a protein treatment after your relaxer. If not ,Find a good protein treatment ASAP and apply to your hair and leave on for a few hours , and then rinse off with warm water. If you would like to make your own protein treatment .. try a mix of raw eggs, mayonnaise , and olive oil mix thoroughly and apply to the hair. when it comes to hair ,different strokes for different folks.... i am now sticking with works for my particular hair type and you can only achieve this by listening to your hair and knowing what it needs at certain point in your journey to a healthy hair. |

ogugua88: I don't know of one that doesn't change the hair color. My hair has gotten darker from less relaxing though.yes , that's one thing i've come to realise , the more you apply relaxers constantly ,it changes your hair colour , but if you stretch for long it retains your hair colour, coffee and herbal tea rinse also helps to keep your hair black. @Awogun Aminat try Profective that says Dark on the label ,i used once and it left my hair black. but i prefer to use ORS relaxer kits now (Organic Root Stimulator) |
now those white pair of shoes and outfits have given me an inspiration on how to wear mine. i've had a pair of white shoes sitting in my shoe closet collecting dusts... everyday i tell myself i have to find a way to style it on me without looking like those black singers from francophone countries (no offence Mr Awilo). as a shoe freak i'm yet to get used to wearing white shoes |

ookaay ,pictures of my LENGTH CHECK from last week . my last relaxer application was on the 10th of september , and lately i have battling with new growth and excessive thicknesss. i think the preg pills i've been taking for a month now are really working. watch out on my blog on my profile i'll be reviewing it soon. At this rate i will have to apply my next relaxer a week before christmas.

dmz: ^^^^^^^here's what i mean. i am quite lazy at being consistent with workouts . So if i've indulged in sweet foods or pastries like icecreams cakes chocolate pies crisps etc and just the regular snacks for a long time rather than proper meals then i have to detox for a week before starting an exercise routine. then i can also incorporate a better diet while working out. it helps me a lot to cleanse or detox before engaging in a workout. |
Gelco: Did u loose the pounds through the master cleanse diet or?no dear,i used the MC detox 4 days only in a week. this was to kick start my work out routine. what it does for me is to cleanse my system of all the junk food in order to prepare my body system to burn more fat. Now this is what i did lose 6 pound in 4wks. mornings: brisk walk ,outdoors for 1 full hour non stop. i set my stop watch for 1hr .put on my earphone to listen to some adrenaline pumping music to drown every distraction around me and then hit the road. when i walk back home i have 3 full glasses of ice chilled water. this is done 4 times a week ,then 3times a week i do kick boxing for 15mins .and push ups and other lower ab work-out for 30mins. sometimes when i am alone i do the kick boxing in the air because it doesnt cost me anything just wakes up my metabolism to burn calories when i go back to sit at my chair. breakfast oats with milk , one boiled egg and a slice of bread . 4 times a week. lunch fruits, any fruit i can lay my hands on . apples,bananas, water melon, and coconuts. dinner same as breakfast but without the eggs. i also reserve a day for cheating . so on a that day i eat anything i like . i try not to do this often .say once every 10 days. kickboxing is such a good work out you can do anyehere . just keep punching and kicking in the air for 30 ,40 secs and 10 sec rest interval. you'll find yourself gasping for breath. i prefer walking outdoors to indoor airconditioned gyms with treadmills because of the exchange of oxygen. |

ok, the pounds are gone but i still need tips on work outs to tighten a jelly belly. the push ups just slimmed my obliques and sides. need to work on my core and lower waistline. So guys, any routine to tackle this will be appreciated. thanks. |

HOW TO STYLE YOUR WIDE LEG PANTS If You think that the skinny pants and jeans will never fade away ,well, think again because as i type this ,the the latest hollywood trend now is the Wide -leg pants. The y come in diferent designs , different fabrics like the Plaid and tartan which is also trending now, and also in different shapes. High-waist wide leg Pants - For this , you can either wear a cropped top for a more casual look like the picture of Gwen Stefani below or a long sleeve shirt tucked into the high waist pants to get a semi formal day time look. Now the rules behind any high waisst pant is to avoid wearing any belt on them because the job of the extended waist band on the pant is to do that which the Belt will ordinarily do and that is to give you a more defined waist line and a longer Torso. Flare Leg Pants - This style is often very tricky to co-ordinate because the wrong type of blouse or accessories can totally destroy the look you are going for. So for dressing a flared pair of pants its best to to wear them with high stilletoes ,or heels , i prefer to style this with high heel clogs or wedges ( thick wooden soles) If you have these pants with any detailing like studded waist line or a lose fabric belt that comes with the same pants then its advisable to wear them with the blouse tucked in. If you wear pastel colours or colours from the same bright family, try to break the colour pattern by introducing a bold coloured belt to the ensemble (e.g is picture number 4 in the sets) You can also pair a wide leg pant with a blazer or Jacket or try any of the victorian shirts in the sets. DONTS PAIR ANY FORM OF HIGH BOOTS WITH WIDE LEG PANTS (No mid-calf boots ,no knee length boots) TRY TO FOLD THE ENDS OF A WIDE LEG PANT TO MAKE IT A CROPPED PANT if you have any questions on styling this particular outfit ,kindly drop them here.
