also in this season's trends is the Tartan ,the Canadians often refer to it as Lumber Jack which has different fabric texture. Another similar to the tartan is the Plaid,but i think its the more of the fabric than the pattern . While the Scottish are known for their Tartans, the Plaid on the other hand is common amongst the US.

The wool on a Tartan are interchanged forming different colours that move upwards and sideways. While the Plaid have interconnect lines that are not necessarily woven like the Tartan , they are often worn as outer wears.

I must confess though , i'm not a big fan of any of the above but i do like them in skirts and tops like the pictures below.

Personally i think its deceptive.

As much as i hate to admit it i have to say that too much or rather heavy make up on a daily basis ages the skin. It does make you look unbelievably beautiful and sometimes unrecognisable when you take a look at the the ''before'' and ''after'' pictures.

The picture looks good, But its certainly not what i would go through daily to achieve a beautiful face,bronzing ,concealing ,contouring and all that,as it is the nose that runs in my family is so contoured you would think we are arabs (...lol) Not to mention eye brows that are climbing their way to the hair on my head . its very uncomfortable and i always like to treat the issues i have on my face and not cover them up or disguise them all the time.

Baroba: Do speed push ups for time and not for reps, it is those slow concentrated push ups that will increase your chest and shoulder mass, though not significantly as I don't believe women can bulk up easily due to low testosterone levels. This is how bodybuilders or those wishing to gain muscle mass train.

To get that sexy lean tone muscle (think Halle Berry) set your time at 40secs and do as much as you can within that time, rest for 15secs then go again. Three to four sets depending on your fitness level, or incoperate it in a metabolic circuit.. Good luck

how do you perform push-ups / press-ups with out having the broad shoulders that make you look like Johnny Bravo? i've been doing this almost every day but i dont like the look i get from it. i understand that it works your core but at the same time it gives you a figure that looks like a '' Y '' . i think its ok for guys to look that way but ,i dont think it suits the girls.

and she welcomed a baby girl, i guess all the cravings would have come to an end now. So happy for the family

To be honest i've never used false lashes , i find them really uncomfortable ,and just watching Make-up Artists apply them on you gives me goose bumps.

You're right ,its not flattering at all on her body, and those shoes are hideous ,i dont care What designer name brand it is or how much it cost its wrong for the dress.

It looks like she's been on a Yoyo diet lately ,one minute she's fat , and the next photo you see her in she's curvy and looking all pretty, Please bring my old Omotola back.
