Fashion / Who Nailed The Look In This DONNA KARAN Dress? by uzoo: 3:15pm On Oct 30, 2013 |
They both wore the same dress on the same day, considering that Kim is still nursing , we can forgive the fact that everything is just hanging out , I think they both look good in the dress , but i think Jennifer Hudson Nailed it.

Fashion / COBALT BLUE - How Would You Style It? by uzoo: 2:30pm On Oct 30, 2013 |
Cobalt blue, Electric blue, , Royal blue , call it whatever you like ,but Its almost never going to go anywhere. It might seem a bit difficult to combine with other colours ,but when its done right , It often makes the wearer stand out. Below are a few pictures of celebrities rocking the cobalt blue ensemble.

Some one make me a sandwich and i'll have the sunny side up for breakfast. First of all i can't say i'm a huge fan but i often single out her style from the rest of her Nollywood colleagues as being Poise and to an extent elegant but i think this time its a miss , and the hair is so wrong for the dress (there is a lot going on already why the full head of hair ). she could have done better. i thought she of all people should know that fashion has gone beyond making your shoes to match with the same colour as your dress. |

Spanishmario: @uzoo nd co... First of all sorry for the delay in replying you it took me quite a while to read and make out your written abbreviations here before i could understand what you were really asking, never the less i think i can understand what you really want to know. i'm not a career adviser ,however i do think you should look for the particular one (fashion designing or hair styling) which you enjoy doing and which gives you some sort of fulfillment at the end of your achievements (something you can look at and be happy with). I believe this should always come first when choosing between the two because then, your real gifts/talents in those areas are naturally manifested. I know that some will argue this by saying that you should go for the one that will reward you more financially whether you like the job you 're doing or not , and whether your clients are happy with it or not. So again , look closely at both and figure out which one you really really enjoy doing, by doing this , your work will be appreciated and everything else will start o fall in place. i hope this helps. Good luck 1 Like |

modupsie: Comfort is what i use too, it absolutely good on clothes, you can smell the freshness on the clothes and the fabric comes out soft . For the Tablets , any brand that makes washing machine detergents make tablets as well , so you can get Persil in tablets or other brands in Tablets as well. For the stain remover , there are different brands - try Varnish 1 Like |

Fashion / Re: The Best Mascaras One Can Ever Use by uzoo: 12:17pm On Oct 21, 2013 |
Bukato: I agree wit maybelline lines of mascara especially d collosal mascara for more volumes. Correct! No matter what you're looking for , length- Maybelline has those, Volume -Maybelline has that too, Black - Maybelline. I don't think i can use any other mascara. The collosal volume express is so good because when i am in a hurry to leave the house i just use 2 coats and the thing makes it look like i have false lashes on and it dries quickly ,no smearing or clogging on the lashes ,its really black. If you really want thick black lashes go for three or more coats but wait for each coat to dry for about 10 seconds to build it up gently,as you apply the brush move the brush left to right as you brush up so it can brush through and separate any lashes coming together. some people apply the mascara from the top of the inside of the lash and then roll out , that's what i do when i do the first coat ,then i use the other method for the next coats. I'm glad you stock it .Will give you a call soon ,because mine is almost finished. 1 Like |

Well being the last of six kids i have to say that i did a lot of hand washing and cleaning for everyone at home that if i were to meet with the inventor of the washing machine if still alive i would hug and kiss the living day lights out of him/her. DAMN!!!!! where do i even begin . First it was the harsh detegents and bar soaps , then the starching of clothes for my brothers, and then came along the bleach (Jik,parazone) for whites and uniforms . Never again!! Now all i've been doing for the past 5 years is carrying hand creams and body butters in my hand bag to take care of the damage. Don't get me wrong i used to think the same way too but there's a process to using the washing machine. First you have to sort out the clothes , blacks on one side , multi coloured on another , and then whites on another side. start by treating them individually with the different detergent and treatments you have , for instance for stains on coloured clothes you spray on the stain remover treatment on the spots like arm pit, collar or any stain you have on them .Leave on the fabric for the required time before throwing into the machine and using the appropriate wash cycle. The next thing to do is soak the whites in water( water which bleach has been added to )for at least 30 mins before you throw them into the machine and then using the ''WHITE'' cycle on the machine to wash the whites . its also best to set the cycle to a hot temperature for the water that goes in to the machine. These days they make these machines with heating elements like the LG model. I would suggest using a detergent for automatic wash like Persil ,they have them in Bio and Non bio detergents and they remove stains too ,but i wouldnt say the same for tough stains .(you need a stain remover for those). There are also tablets which you can throw into the machine . I think i prefer those ones. then lastly ,in the middle of the wash pour in your conditioner, some people dont see it as neccessary, but i think its good on clothes.Feel the touch of clothes washed with fabric conditioners and the ones with out and you'll see the difference. #Team-Washing-machine 12 Likes 3 Shares |

Fashion / Re: Room Decor Is Not By Force!!! by uzoo: 4:32pm On Oct 19, 2013 |
Actually i do like the decor but without the hanging wires what the guy could is probably get it to be hidden in the wall and then get a floor stand for his electronics(dvd ,etc). its a good concept, its about time we all know that white paints which is synonymous with hospitals and pharmacies could be a bit boring for walls at home. This is a good way of using colours on the wall. Nice concept. |

Yvete: ^^ Good job Uzoo. Love the grey and white look. Very cute for Fall/Winter. My favorite winter colors are Cognac, mustard yellow and orange with leggings and mid-calf boots. Really tacky Yvete, in fact its not just the tall boots but the way they walk in them and what they pair them up with. Some times i ask myself if these actors and actresses don't have a good ward robe stylist that can put something together to reflect the role they are actually playing in their movies. The type of boots i see them wear especially in their movies are absolutely hideous , i can not say much for the stuff they wear outside the set |
