This squad will play Senegal on the 10th before squaring up with the Super Eagles on 13th. They will understand a typical West African style of play after facing the teranga lions, hence, they will be better when playing Eagles.

Therefore, Rohr should also put up a formidable squad for this final.

Kudos to Super Eagles for playing world cup final with Brazil.

Keep the man.
He needs to perfect the young squad.
The team will get batter with Rohr as manager.
Don't sack him...getting another coach will lead to another session of trial and error - the same stage that the current coach has passed

I concur. So far, this is the best comment.

Nobody is blaming Ndidi for such a rough tackle that lead to the free kicks close to the penalty box.

Yes, his tackles around that penalty box has cost us two goals in this tournament.

I've been avoiding a place in my heart to think of super eagles for d past 2 days.. Pls let's just forget about them.. How can that clown akpeyi be our keeper. See the stupid wall he formed. Now stood behind d wall..

He just made d mahrez free kick look spectacular.. In fact I'm short of words

Brother I am of the same opinion here. I mean this guy lacks positioning, forming a wall and standing behind it, damn! I said it that Rhor's affinity to Akpeyi will do us strong thing. Las Las e don happen.

Generally, it was a lacklustre game from the mediocre semi-super eagles.

I tire for Musa o, also running and leaving his brain behind. Going by what is happening in this torney,if Musa were to be Iwobi, he would have missed that sitter.

Letter to Oga Gernot Rohr
Oga Gernot Rohr greetings from a concerned fan in Nigeria. And kudos to you and your boys for getting to this stage in the ongoing AFCON but I must tell you that the scoreline so far has not been impressive and try and do something about that blunt attack ASAP. I personally think you should try playing 3-5-2. Make Omeruo the heart of the defence with Troost by his right and Leon on the left. Play Ola Aina on that left wing he can come forward to support the attack and can equally fall back to help the defenders he did well playing that formation with Torino. Ndidi as the DM and Etebo as the CM slightly in front of him. Iwobi should play as the AM let's see if he can redeem himself in that position. Deploy Onyekuru and Osimhen in the attack let's see what those guys will be able to bring to the table 'cos the Cameroonians will be training on how to neutralize Musa and Ighalo begin with guys they don't know their pattern of play and get them confused from the 1st minute maybe in the 2nd half withdraw Onyekuru and bring in Ahmed Musa to further run them down 'cos he has the speed and maybe towards the 60 mins mark throw in Ighalo and I tell you he will try to prove a point by trying to score a goal and the defenders might not be able to contain him. Wish you the best of luck.

From a concerned fan.

Nice one but Chukwueze should start
