The duration for the PI survey is from 23rd March to 6 April,I believe the PLI assessment will come after 6th April.

Repackage your curriculum vitae and be among the first set of people that apply for job vacancies,most firms does not want to invest in graduate trainee,they need all ready made experience,that is part of the rising rate of unemployment.It's not a must to focus only in your field,you can divert to other fields such as management,banking,marketing,there are organizations that don't care about your field but your can do spirit.Share your cv's to friends,uncles,pastors,create a linkedin profile,many firms are advertising there.Move around by your self to firms and establish contact with their directors.If you are in Lagos visit workforce,Integrated Corporate Servivices Limited offices and drop your cv,also do their online registration.They will match you with firms once there is a vacancy.Different organizations recruiting always,just be going through the threads on nairaland,myjobmag and hotnigerianjobs.Never feel discouraged,you will get a job.

Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) recruitment is a pure scam,they are just doing what they are doing because of elections,imagine people travelling from distant parts of the country for the fitness test and interview to be bundled out from fitness centre inhumanely by fellow humans just because of the uniform they are wearing,imajine an ordinary WAEC holder pushing degree holders,M.Sc holders because they are on uniforms.Nigeria is really in shambles.

This FAAN recruitment is a pure scam,why start the recruitment process few weeks to election,fresh immigration recruitment registration is closing on 22nd,the recruitment process will also start before elections,why settle the families of the botched immigration recruitment exercise few weeks to elections after one year,the 1000 naira unemployed graduates paid entered voicemail and the minister incharge that carried out the botched immigration recruitment is still moving freely without remorse,where has man's conscience gone to.Nigerians have been raped mercilessly but we the youths allowed the politicians to use religion and tribe to divide us to their own advantage,we all are shouting change but the real change we need is for the youths to stop dividing themselves according to religion and tribe and stand against these politicians.If all the youths can speak in one voice,Nigeria would have been better.

The case study scenario goes like this,Mr.Okeke and Mr.Abdullahi are employees in a fictitious PLC,Mr.Wale is their line manager and both employees are friends.The workers are fulltimers and not part timers,it happens that the organization offers bonuses at the end of the month irrespective of the salary package, Mr.Abdullahi saw another opportunity in a different organization and went to his line manager Mr.Wale,informing him that he wants to further his education and will like to go for part time in the fictitious organization,the line manager didnt hesistate in granting the request but Mr.Okeke later found out that Mr.Abdullahi has gotten another job in a differrent organization without informing the line manager,pls advice mr.okeke on what to do under 15 minutes.

The interview was a case study,they created a scenario in an organization and we were told to advice or suggest the way out on the discussed issue.

.......the interview was 98% okay in my own waiting,it wasn't tough,it was a case study,we were at mercy of 4 interviewers .
