I've been matched since Sept 15th but yet to resume. The instruction given was that no one should resume till we get an email from them (Abuja) asking us to resume. I believe it's not been sorted out in Abj hence the reason why you are still seeing pending hired on your profile status.

Should i wait till my status changes to HIRED before resuming my duties or should i resume duties on 26th of October in accordance to the employer despite my status showing PENDING HIRED;pls house what should i do?

Pls i was matched with a firm in Owerri on October 6th;i've discussed with my employer;done the assessment;he has signed the employer confirmation form and bank opening form then he said i should resume duty on 26th of October;am yet to get my UBA account number from UBA contact person although he said he will be sending the account number to my line by 3pm today which i am expecting.I am aware that i have to scan both the copies of confirmation form from my employer and the bank account opening form and send them to operations@gisurep.gov.ng which i have not done due to the delay of my account number but immediately i get the account number i will do that.The issue am having is that i just checked my profile status and am still seeing pending hired then when will my status change to hired and what immediate action should i take for such to be effected?More so i was matched on 6th of October and my employer is saying i should resume duty on 26th of October;pls what is the implication with respect to receiving October stipend;thanks as you put me through:

Check your mail especially,your spam,they might have sent you your matching congratulatory message,my brother got his own yesterday in his spam and he also participated in the Owerri jobfair.

Dragnet so much love this there Lagos centre,they ought to be flexible and reach out to locations in various geopolitical zones example Portharcourt for South-South inhabitants.Enugu for south East,Kano for North and others,do you know what it means to travel all the way from Kano,Bayelsa,Anambra,Kogi etc to Lagos for an aptitude test,to make things difficult,the test update most times come a day before the test then tell me how people in far distant areas will meet up to the test,dragnet is a strong name in recruitment process,why can't they reduce the risk many graduates face in order to meet up to there test venue,the emotional trauma is too much for graduates that may not have the transport fare to far distant Lagos.They can apply other means such as taking the test anywhere you are as far as there is internet connectivity,Sterling bank,FAAN,MAERSKLINE and many others used and are still using this measure.Please Dragnet,graduates are not robbotic machines,diversify your recruitment centres to various regions.MOD,pls do justice to this thread so that Dragnet will see it easily.

You are almost correct but I have some resevations for item no 3 and 4,because there is no way his employer can input his bank acct no and mark his timesheet now,he has not been hired by his employer,his details are not with surep PIU,his name will not appear on employer's timesheet you are talking about.what you are talking about in item 3 and 4 above can only take place by early next month (Nov) IF and only IF his employer click on accept button and hire him on his portal this month of October.

After the internship jobfair @ Owerri,we were matched manually but up till now i've not gotten any information from SURE-P GIS nor from my to be employer,what necessary step shall i take?

Yes. This issue arises sometimes when an intern is working in a location different from the one his/her Unique Beneficiary Code denotes. Example, Doing internship in Delta with a Unique Beneficiary Code that bears say - GI-FCT-ABM-*****.

Please what are the disadvantages of not participating in the sure p training for those serving in places different from the area of there beneficiary codes.
