He is mentally fit and sound. I have reviewed the video of his initial interrogation at the time he was caught (I have the full video of that interrogation and the beating ) and it is evident that he was fully aware of his actions. He had discernment and clarity when he committed his crime.

What he is currently exhibiting appears to be the result of two factors:
1. The physical effects of the beating he received, as indicated by his reduced stamina.
2. A possible attempt to feign insanity, as this might alter the narrative and potentially mitigate the consequences of his actions.

Nigeria is such a scary country. Why will a policeman take the laws into his hand and kill a suspect that was not threatening at the time of arrest? How are they going to get informations from a dead suspect? Who is training the Nigerian police officers?? Is that how you solve a crime that is of interest to the nation?

The policeman should be prosecuted , he was impulsive and psychologically not fit for such job.
