These are the ones I find difficult to differentiate you can add yours and let the English gurus in the house help us out

Quite easy

1. Who is (Who's) : For characters (e.g. man) unlike whose that has a possession effect on characters.

3. Their : (Use in reference to third person pronoun) and there, takes the direction/location effect in the sentence.
