Education / Fupre Sug Supports Anti - Sexual Harassment Bill (no Sex For Grades) by Vanmatrix(m): 5:44pm On Jan 11, 2020
THE ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT BILL - (NO TO SEX FOR GRADES)...

By Comrade Eseoghene Choice

The notion "Sex for Grades" have been an issue of great concern. It is one that promotes the blatant acts of sexual harassment. It is a problem that is social, emotional and psychological in itself. It is indeed a poor thing to behold or hear about issues regarding the sexual harassment of students; especially the female gender - where they are being taken advantage of and possibly threatened with failure; all in the name of getting good grades. The stories that accompany this recent issue have been alarming.

To this effect, _*Senator Obarisi Ovie Omo-Agege*_ has brought a lasting solution to the sexual harassment of students on the basis of getting good grades - it is the passing of the _*"Anti-Sexual Harassment Bill".*_ The bill is one that is against the idea of sex for grades.

This ideology is one that should be genuinely supported and spread by the general students in the Fupre community and even students outside the Fupre community. "Sex For Grades" is a notion that should be disdained and kicked against. We can all imagine the negative implications it can possibly place on any student who becomes a victim of such.

This is why it is imperative to support the *"Anti-Sexual Harassment Bill."* I therefore solicit your full support.

Comrade Eseoghene Choice,
SUG President FUPRE

"Money fall on you, banana fall on you…", her iphone 6 came alive.

Sandra picked up her phone and peered her eyes to the screen for the name of the the caller. It was Jude. 'What could this one want this time', she wondered. She hesitated but when the call came the second time, she decided to pick it up.

"Hello baby how are you?" his husky voice came through the earjack.

"I'm fine." She answered softly, her voice sounding like that of an angel.

"Where are you?"

"I'm just at my hostel oh. Just bored."

"Why will my baby be bored? You know what? Just dress up, I'm coming to pick you up, let's go out".

"Really?" Her eyes lit up. She was glad she hadn't resolved to ignore his call.

"Yes. I'm about getting into my car. "

"Okay. Let me get ready."

***

As he rev his car engine and push the gear to drive (D) mode, Jude couldn't but wonder why most ladies are so easily swayed with that phrase "let's go out". There wasn't that much cash on him but he just couldn't resist making Sandra excited. He had only 15k in his account. Hopefully by next week, that web design deal he's bidding for would soon pull through and once he is done, he should have about 100k in his account. So he need not worry about spending about 8-10k on Sandra, at least he can manage the remaining 5k.

***

It took him barely half an hour to get to the campus and pulled over near the campus females' hostel.

He dialed Sandra phone and in a beep, she answered the call all excited as if the call came from her favorite celebrity.

"Hi bae, I'm at the front of your hostel. Start coming out." Jude spoke.
"Okay boo. We are coming out now." and she hung up.
"We??" but she had already hung up.

And true enough. It was a "we". You see Sandra was coming out with not one, not even two, but three of her friends, Mary, Gift and Oluchi. As she sat at the front seat of Jude's car, her friends sat themselves at the back seat.

"Boo my friends will accompany us. I couldn't bear to leave them in the same boring state we were in before you called. So I invited them to join us. I know you don't mind".

'Ehn! Don't mind? So she can now read my mind? Daughter of the mind reader! Her royal knowingness! "I know you don't mind." Is it her mind? I mind oh.' Jude thought to himself.

Hi Jude" they chorused from behind.
"Hello. Nice to see you again." Jude clenched his teeth.

But in his mind, he was like "these 3 hungry girls again?! Sandra wants to kill me! Who send me message?"

This is because the first time he'd taken all four ladies out, he nearly went broke! They'd ended up ordering for breakfast, lunch and dinner which they couldn't finish that they had to ask for the rest to be wrapped up for them to take home as if they don't have food in their house.

'Later girls will start cursing heaven and earth when their guys cheats on them with their friends. When a guy takes a girl out, isn't that called a date? Hence you're dating. So if your friends tag along, then he's dating them too. So why complain when he choses to satisfy himself with any of them?' Jude had wondered.

***

He rev the car again and took to the road. His speakers blared various Davido's hit songs collection which they didn't fail to sing along.

30 minutes past, he was already blazing towards Ughelli. He entered ekuigho and kept driving around telling them his friend told him about this place but he's not quite familiar with the direction.
"I hope you don't want to use our pant to do money ritual?" Gift asked with a nervous chuckle.

Jude could swear she was afraid.
'Use una pant do which yeye money ritual? Like say una pant get oil! If dey wan count pant wey fit bring block, dem go count una own? Pant wey if you give babalewo, he go dey say you carry debt come give am. Oil dey na person never use am since?' Jude wondered in his mind.

After some time, he finally came to a stop.
"We are here! " he announced.
"Where exactly are we?" Sandra asked looking around.
"Are you not seeing the burial ceremony going on there?" he pointed…. Surely it was a burial ceremony…. "One of my old friends from my primary school days, that's his uncle's burial. He invited me to come. He's the one I said gave me the direction. You know I said the place is new. Besides I felt like taking you along with me, I know you don't mind."
He didn't fail to stress the "I know you don't mind" part.
"But you said, we were going out!"
"Ehen is this not going out?"
"I was thinking you meant shoprite, AJ or any better place."
"Did I tell you I was taking you to any of those places? I said I want to take you out. We are in ughelli, is this going in? Is this not a far outing? Abeg you people should come down from the car, let's go and sit down."

They went to sit down under one of the canopy. Sandra was just eyeing him up and down and swearing for him in her mind.

He kept on smiling sheepishly as he saw the disappointment on their faces. In his mind he was like 'You thought you are wise, abi?'

***

Not long after, they were served the rice from the burial ceremony as it was being shared.
'Make una enjoy the food. After all, people talk say na burial rice na dey sweet pass. So I dey even do una favor.' Jude thought within.
'If na restaurant now, they will know how to order for more. Let me see if they'll be bold enough to ask for another plate of the burial rice'.

***

After the burial ceremony, Jude led them back to his car and took them back to their hostel. At the end of the day, he saved his money. He'd only spent 2k which he'd used to fuel the car on their way back.

In his mind he was like 'Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.'

Next time, everybody will respect themselves.

The End

Education / Letter To Sen Bassey Albert Akpan(akwa Ibom) From NAUS Chairman South South by Vanmatrix(m): 2:11pm On Aug 06, 2019
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS (NAUS)
Association Nationale des e’tudiants universitaires

OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, SOUTH-SOUTH

The South-South Zone of the National Association of University Students (NAUS) wishes to congratulate The Distinguished Senator Bassey Albert Akpan(Akwa Ibom North-East) on your appointment as Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum(upstream).
The Upstream Sector holds a key value chain in the Petroleum Industry of Nigeria. It involves Oil Exploration, Drilling and Extraction, Production and Development. It is in no doubt a major Stronghold of Nigeria's Economy.
Therefore, the very importance of our educational Institutions to Further Strengthen the yield of the Upstream Sector cannot be overemphasized. The National Association of University Students is strongly of the view that the Educational Institutions that are in one way or the other assiociated with the Petroleum Industry, the Upstream Sector in particular, be paid close attention to in order to further strengthen the Upstream Sector.
The poor funding of specialized Universities that have been established in the South-South to stand as support bases for the Petroleum Industry, including the Upstream Sector has become an issue for long. Multinationals and Government Corporations involved in the Petroleum Upstream Chain, have continued to ignore the importance of these institutions and have instead, opted to send Very few Nigerians Abroad for Better technical training, rather than invest in our specialized Universities built for that same purpose. This has not been in the favour of our present or nearest future. Such very notable Institutions being neglected include: The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) in Delta State. A University built as a First of it's kind in The Federal Republic of Nigeria, First of it's kind in Africa, and Indeed Sixth of it's kind in The Entire World, set up to help the technical base and drive innovation within the Petroleum Industry, still has little or no input directly from the Petroleum Upstream Sector, Neither from Multinationals nor Government Corporations.
The National Association of University Students South-South Zone, assures you of it's readiness and eagerness to work closely with the Nigerian Senate and the entire Upstream Sector, to bridge and solve this ending gap.
Congratulations on your appointment, and may God Almighty, grant you wisdom to take on this task given to you.

Yours In Service,

Comrade Blessed Chinedu Okonta

Literature / Tales Of A Keke Napep Driver by Vanmatrix(m): 9:25am On Jul 21, 2019
*Tales of a Keke Napep Driver*

One evening, I and my friend Abraham entered a keke from the Lighthouse cinema in Warri after watching the Antman 2 movie. We occupied the backseat of the keke and the keke rider took off.

Abraham took out his phone to show me a funny video and we started laughing.

Keke Man: Wetin una dey watch?

Me: It's Bovi performance at AY Live show. I love Bovi comedies. Personally, I believe Bovi is the funniest comedian in Nigeria. His content and articulation is superb.

Abraham: For me, it's Basketmouth.

Keke Man: To be comedian nor easy oh. I used to be a comedian.

Abraham: Oga really? What happened? Why did you stop?

Keke Man: My brother this warri people just killed my comedy career.

Me: As as how?

Keke Man: Well six years ago, I was in Abuja. I and my friend went into onstage comedy. The thing about Abuja comedy show is that if your jokes is funny, people will only laugh and cheer you, but if jokes aren't funny, they will throw expensive things at you, things like Hennessey, campari, esparanzo, st remy, shawarma, fried chicken, popcorn, pizza, etc. Even the funny comedians go dey jealous you.

You just need to enter the stage with big black waterproof bag because the things you will pack ehn, even if the organizers of the show refused to pay you, e go be like say you don blow.

Me: Serious matter?

Keke Man: Shuu! There was this one time, someone threw gold watch at my friend. He just caught it, kept it in his pocket and left the stage. We sold it for good money.

That's why after the show, the audience might demand for refund if they didn't enjoy the show because they have lost more money both in tickets and things they threw at us.

So that's how me and my friend, we were surviving in Abuja. But as time went by, all the organizers of comedy shows in Abuja started refusing to hire us, so we decided to come to the home of comedy, Warri. Who send us?

A salon car swerved in front of the keke causing the kekeman to step on his break abruptly to prevent a collision.

Keke Man: See am! Fool!! He dey drive like ****!!! ... (Sorry can't post uncensored words here).

Keke Man: Warri people nor get joy oh. The first show we performed at was our last till tomorrow. When Warri people pay for comedy show, they don't have refund in their mind, they pay to either be entertained or entertain themselves. If you talk anyhow, they go reply you anyhow. Them go just finish your career.

For Warri, if your joke is not funny, you enter one chance. What they will throw at you ehn! They finish one guy with rotten tomato, salt and pepper as if they want to use him to cook soup! I was next. They finish my body with slippers, sand, stone, sucking mango, rotten eggs, soured akamu, sand and tissue paper. One guy rushed enter the stage to empty waste bin on my body. I ran for my life oh.

My friend own na worse pass. He nor only talk joke wey nor funny but the joke vex the people on top. See the way they bombarded him with dirty boxers and pants, used condom, smelly fish water, and even tear gas. Na so I see one girl that have done like 5 abortions and even have HIV dip her hands inside her skirt, uproot her pad with menstrual stain and threw it into my guy's mouth.

Me: Ahh!!

Keke Man: Na when one _agbero_ climb the stage begin pour kerosene on top my friend and another one dey come near the stage with lighter na my friend take discharge oh. And the surprising thing be say security checked the people well well for any exhibit before they entered oh, I wonder how they still fit carry all those things enter.

Abraham: But bros how you take know say that girl get HIV? And even how many abortions?

Keke Man: My friend na tell me na.

Me: How your friend take know?

Keke Man: How he take know? He taste am for the blood na!

Abraham: Ah! Bros! HIV get taste?

Keke Man: You don't know? Person without HIV blood tastes normal, blood with HIV tastes milky while blood with AIDS tastes acidic. If you remove letter "C" from acid, nor be AIDS you go get? You think oyibo people nor know why they call am AIDS?

Me: What about the abortion?

Keke Man: My guy, leave that one. E don tay wey monkey dey stay bush. You nor go understand, bute dey show for their face.

Abraham: Oga you are still a comedian oh.

We just kept on laughing till we alighted at federal junction. Keke riders can have the bizarre of stories!

The End.

Based on "an imaginary" story.

Religion / Timi Dakolo Warns Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo (COZA) by Vanmatrix(m): 1:18am On Jul 21, 2019
Some weeks back the popular Abuja pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, was Accused of a rape case which happened years back with the wife of Timi dakolo.

Early today(Saturday) some police men tried whisking timi dakolo and his wife to Abuja .

Read timi Dakolo statement after the police came to his house.

Our lawyers had told us to get ready for this letter.

We have long been ready for this type of institutionalized intimidation and dirtiness. Investigating officials have frustrated as a result of underhand delay? Dirty bloggers are fabricating things that cover the truth , going to the IG’s people under dark to force this case to be posted to Abuja? Now this: a false investigation in Abuja when our own petition filed since June has not been answered and NO INVITATION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE ACCUSED IN A RAPE CASE? NOT ONE MOVEMENT TOWARDS JUSTICE? Rubbishing the legal and criminal system ?
And sending a bus load of questionable armed “policemen” and shady men lying in wait to intimidate my wife and children today, forcing their way into my home? Is that how the REAL police delivers a letter ? This is best you can do? This is why all the hurting women and families haven't come out with HORRIBLE THINGS DONE TO THEM?

You picked the wrong one and you picked the wrong time. Nigerians are more awake than you think .

I will fight for my wife and my children -it’s the promise I made with my life and one I intend to keep .I will defend them from the unrelenting attack of a weak man who thinks he can use money and power to cover for all of his crimes.

Like I said ,we have since been ready .

GIVE US THE FIRE, THEN WATCH ME WORK!

Politics / Presidential Aspirant(prof Kingsley Moghalu) Delivers A Lecture In Fupre by Vanmatrix(m): 2:16pm On Oct 26, 2018
FOR PRESS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS:

SUSTAINABLE QUALITY EDUCATION: A TICKET OUT OF POVERTY
By Professor Kingsley Moghalu

Lagos, Nigeria, October 25, 2018 - This being the text of the keynote speech by Professor Kingsley Moghalu, Presidential Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), at the maiden seminar by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE), Delta State, on October 24th, 2018. Moghalu, a former Deputy Governor at the Central Bank of Nigeria, was also a senior official of the United Nations.

Protocol: Our host, and Vice Chancellor, Professor Akaehomen Okonigbon Akii Ibhadode; distinguished lecturers and researchers; officials of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network; students of this great institution; ladies and gentlemen.

I am very pleased to be here. The choice of the topic of this keynote address is particularly apt for the time, and forward-looking. Indeed, sustainable quality education is the ticket out of poverty.

The nexus between education and poverty is one that our politicians have little understood in recent years. But it has not always been like this. This gives me hope that we can rediscover the path to a sustainable future and that we would make the choice to do so.

Countries that have invested in quality education for a reasonable length of time, and continue to do so, outperform countries that are doing the opposite. Nigeria is now very prominent among the countries that have invested the least in quality education and are, therefore, the poorest in the world.

Let me highlight some of the findings in the maiden Human Capital Index (HCI), which the World Bank released only earlier this month. A child born in Nigeria today will be 34% as productive when she grows up as she could be, if she enjoyed complete education and full health. This statement is not gender-specific as it is conveniently put. It is generally true.

Here is the reason for the massive productivity gap of the average Nigerian young adult. Children in Nigeria can expect to complete 8.2 years of pre-
primary, primary and secondary school by age 18. However, when years of schooling are adjusted for quality of learning, this is only equivalent to 4.2 years: a learning gap of 4 years. It is as if you were absent from school almost half the times you were present!

According to the HCI, students in Nigeria score 325 on a scale where 625 represents advanced attainment and 300 represents minimum attainment.

What all this means is that there is a wide gulf between schooling and learning in Nigeria. But the situation is even worse. 10 million school age children are not currently enrolled in school in Nigeria.

So, what is the correlation between our dismal performance in education and poverty? Hunger is one of those harrowing experiences of poverty. Those of you here who have been hungry before, can tell how difficult it is to study while experiencing the pangs of hunger. Everyone here is also likely to know how difficult it is to study when you are sick.

The HCI essentially measures investment in education and healthcare to determine the quality of human capital and its productivity. Nigeria ranked 152nd out of 157 countries on the HCI study. On a scale of 0 to 1, the country scored 0.34.

It is pertinent to note that Nigeria performed worse than the average score of 0.40 for Sub-Saharan African countries, and worse than countries on the same income group.

The three best-ranked countries are Singapore, with 0.88 score; South Korea, with 0.84; and Hong Kong (a territory of China), 0.82. The global average is 0.57.

The Human Development Index (HDI) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) provides a strong correlation of education, poverty and human development. Its 2017 data shows countries with the highest “Mean Years of Schooling” as having the least “Poverty Rate” and highest ranking on the HDI. Inevitably, these include Singapore and the other top-ranked countries on the HCI.

Consistent with this, Nigeria got numbers that are less than half for the best-ranked countries for “Mean Years of Schooling” and our country is at the bottom end of the ranking for poverty and human development.

For years, Nigeria has failed to invest adequately in education. Since 2016, the country, under the President Muhammadu Buhari administration, has been budgeting far more for roads, bridges and rails than it is investing in education. To its self-applause, yearly appropriation for capital expenditure by the administration has been around 30%. But only 6% was allocated to education in the 2018 budget.

More than anything else, what we have to show for this idiocy is the addition of N10 trillion to the public debt and more endemic poverty among Nigerians. Nigeria is now the “poverty capital” of the world. According to the World Poverty Clock, Nigeria is now the country with the highest number of people living in extreme poverty in the world. 87 million Nigerians are living on $1.90 or less per day.

The current minimum wage of N18,000 is a poverty wage. It amounts to living on $1.67 per day. This is why I am strongly in support of a significant increase in the minimum wage. However, a new national minimum wage must benefit from the insights of high-level education in economics, such as I have, and high-level experience in economic management, again as I have as a former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

It is time for Nigeria to get serious with investing in education and fighting poverty. At current trend, the World Bank predicts that by 2030 -- the year that the world aims to end poverty -- 90% of the world’s poor will be living mainly in Nigeria and sub Saharan Africa. A poverty time bomb is now ticking in the country, and we must defuse it fast.

I have offered myself for the job of aggressively pushing back against poverty and unemployment in Nigeria. To be successful against the eradication of extreme poverty, I plan to change what we learn in school, and how we learn, as a medium- to long-term policy imperative. This will be combined with short-term measures that will boost job creation.

Let me now highlight some of the policies I plan to pursue, if I am elected President in 2019. I am running for President as the candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP).

1. We will have curriculum reform. For nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education, we will change the curriculum to emphasise science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. We must produce the scientists, researchers, and inventors, as well as the smart business people and managers that will integrate the Nigerian economy into the global supply chains. This will entail hiring more teachers, training them and professionalising teaching again. We will restore the glory days of teachers in the country.
2. We will modernise the economy and end exportation of raw mineral resources in the country. This means we have to refine our crude oil locally. In the same vein, investment in processing solid minerals found around the country, abundantly in the North, will become one of the conditions for obtaining mining licenses. This will help create millions of jobs and foster technological development in the country.
3. We will have constitutional restructuring of the country within one year from the inauguration of my administration in May 29th, 2019. Nigeria will return to a proper federation of the current six geopolitical regions, and we will restore fiscal federalism and phase-in resource control. This has the advantage of economies of scale for each of the regions. The ensuing healthy rivalry among the six geopolitical regions will enhances economic productivity.
4. We will provide a wider definition for Nigeria’s national security and secure lives and property of Nigerians. In this context, the current states of our educational system and high level of poverty will be declared as national emergencies. Accordingly, we will immediately raise the budgetary allocation for education to minimum 20% and progressively increase it further in the subsequent years. We will also create millions of direct and indirect jobs in the security sector. This includes recruitment of additional 1.5 million police officers, investment in their training and equipment, and also investments in border control, which we believe will see the country develop expertise in this area.
5. We will restore environmental sustainability to the oil producing states. In this regard, we don’t even have to issue new promises. What we will bring is honesty and political-will to do the right things. So, we will clean up Ogoni-land and other oil-producing communities, where agriculture, including the aquaculture, has been destroyed by oil spillages. We will promote investments in gas production as a strategy to end gas-flaring. We will diversify even the economy of the oil-producing states, with more jobs created in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry as well as in agriculture, trade and other industries.
6. Let me deliberately end what is a much longer list of innovative policies with this. We plan to institute a N1 trillion venture capital (VC) fund. This fund will invest in innovation. It will invest in the new and existing business ideas and products by young Nigerians as SMEs. The fund will also be specifically mandated to invest in the businesses founded or led by women. To a large extent, poverty in Nigeria is gendered. We will seek to end that.

The injection of VC funding into the Nigerian economy is central to having a functioning entrepreneurial capitalist economy, which I believe is very suited to the industry of the Nigerian people. Alongside this framework to inject massive capital into the economy that will help commercialise innovations, we will also strengthen property rights.

Like I said, I deliberately ended the abridged list of the innovative policies we have in store to transform the Nigerian economy with the venture capital fund. This is the reason I did that.

Since Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, is relatively new, I decided to get a bit more acquainted with the school ahead of this visit. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the things I saw when I visited the school’s website.

I saw that FUPRE is already innovating. I saw the Delta Crux 001, the prototype race car that some of you built in 2015 ahead of participating in the SHELL Eco-Marathon Race Competition in Johannesburg, South Africa, and which won the best award.

I read about your innovation of the design and fabrication of a modular refinery. And I was impressed by the innovation of the technology for recycling of waste motor oil to diesel-like fuel.

But often times, these innovative ideas and products don’t make it beyond this stage. The reason is because we don’t fund research products to commercial production and marketing. And the reason we don’t do that is the absence of venture capital funds, which in the advance economies, provides equity financing for early-stage ventures and even the research phase of product development. That is the oxygen for the regular introduction of new products in the market, job creation and economic modernisation.

Therefore, my plan for economic transformation in Nigeria will link education to productivity and the market. I plan to lead Nigeria into the 21st Century.

It is time for Something New, Something Different and Something Bold.

It is time to turn the tide against poverty and unemployment.

And it is time to choose a leadership that has a well-educated plan to end the progressive reign of ignorance and poverty in Nigeria.

Thank you.

"Mary Tubman (The late US slave abolitionist) wrote: I freed a thousand slaves. I could have freed more only if they knew they were slaves”

I write not to present to you another PACT, I write as a Nigerian youth who believes in the candidacy of you all, the candidacy of the trio reminds me of “Nzeogwu, Ifeajuna and Ademoyega” who took an unpopular approach in 1966 in redressing their national grief, yet again today we have a trio who are passionate to put smiles on the faces of Nigerians but are yet to converge at a common consensus, I deem it necessary to say that witnessing your aspiration in a time as this awakens my dizzy hope. It reminds me the act of boldness displayed by Anthony Enahoro to sponsor the independence motion in 1953, though objected. For the sake of this epistle, I crave your indulgence to put aside any result whatsoever from PACT and journey with me.

Personally, I see your political ambitions as a demand for a second and true independence and not just a mere election, I admit that we have been enslaved by our leaders, we pardoned the whites because they were aliens, but more worrisome is the enslavement by people that know us too well - our kinsmen; who put on the “agbada, ishi agu, babban riga and Jalabia”, who understand our language perfectly, we have found ourselves in the state of black-oppressing-black, we were convinced that displacing the white man was the end of our sorrows, little did we know that we enthroned black beasts, black panthers and political vultures.
I wish not to dive into our pathetic and bloodbath history as the recipients of these letters are supposedly supervised and unsupervised history scholars as the case maybe. But I will be pointing out a few things in this epistle, please journey with me.

History taught us that the very first problem that struck Nigeria after independence was a smell of sectionalism, the political enlightened ones fell into war, as at the time, standard of living was not as terrible as it is today, the oil boom became the most sought-after treasure that can cheaply be exploited by simply securing a political position, a few was enlightened and could decipher the financial potency of the black gold, the oil became an albatross around our neck, there never existed a common understanding as to the adequate formula to loot the nation's patrimony, they usurped powers and waged wars, we served as weapons, we fought for them, with time these men came to a common understanding, they maintained peace in adversity, they granted themselves impunity with "reciprocal altruism" in mind, they now loot and use the commoners to wage war, their greatest weapon became ethnicity and religion, they made us develop hatred for ourselves, we killed ourselves just to please the political masters, they merry and we fought in anguish, a Kaduna shoe mender developed cruel animosity for an Aba shoe maker and vice versa, they made us feel we were protecting our territories and beliefs, they exploited our ignorance and heightened the ladder to knowledge.
Little wonder why party-defect has never resulted to granting a “persona non grata” on defectors, they see it as a game and not worth dying for, they all honor invitations of their personal and social events, they don't poison themselves anymore. My point in a brief is that they came to a consensus.

Once upon a time, the aggrieved 24 million unemployed youths were ready to unseat our political elders who have made governance for old monarchs but the divergence of your ambitions have thrown them back to support their vomit in 2015 in desperation to send this present government packing.
At a time like this we can't afford to jeopardize our future any longer, they've made us believe that we aren't ready to reclaim the leadership mandate, we have imprisoned ourselves with our thumb, we have sold our mandate for a morsel, we have availed ourselves so cheap to promote and secure dirty political interest, truth be told, none of the leading old candidates incubate the essential deliverables to build an enviable Nigeria, a Nigeria that will become the ‘technology capital’ and no longer the ‘world poverty capital’ of the nation, our health care is killing instead of saving lives, our farmlands lying fallow for unknown fears, and here we have three energetic and inexorable men but yet work in discordant.

Just like history narrated in 1884 how the scramble for Africa was settled in the Berlin conference in Germany by 14 European imperialist nations, peacefully shared African Nations amongst themselves, let history repeat itself this time but positively. If we must go forward for the sake of this generation let's drop our differences and ego, we must come under a platform, one begins to doubt the genuineness of your ambitions, such that abhors sacrifice, partnership and synergy. I have analyzed the candidacy of the trio with all sense of rationality void of any sentiment, amongst all presidential aspirants, I have been opportune to meet only Sowore, from my research, the trio are gifted with amazing talents and potentials judging from their pedigree. My research has focused on how their idiosyncrasies can best be maximized to stabilize our nation. My thoughts are as follows:

#Omoyele_Sowore# from my analysis is a fearless fighter and such that objects cronyism and corruption, he had waged wars against military and democratic governments, he's brave, vocal, unintimidating, and not browbeaten, I admire your strength and truthfulness in interviews; there are few more other qualities he possess as google will help you but I strongly advice that Sowore takes the mandate to restore the sanctity of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, sir, with all due respect to your ambition and enviable qualities, I appeal you do this for our generation, history will never forget you in a haste, it will indeed mark a new dawn for our dear nation.

#Fela_Durotoye# is such an amazing embodiment of talents, Fela have revived businesses, restore marriages, abated suicide, personally I get motivated by his speech, persuasively, Fela’s gift will liberate men as a minister of foreign affairs or youths or an ambassador, these are very critical portfolios that have been downplayed and underutilized in time past by passionless and visionless men, I have no doubt, the impact Fela will make on Nigeria youths or Nigerians in diaspora - reshaping our value system which is our biggest problem, for the sake of posterity, I appeal you consider these options.

#Prof_Kingsley_Moghalu# is another incredible candidate with such a wealthy and mind-boggling profile with several years in UN and track records with CBN (as google helps you), he has tasted the national and international politics with a worldview of nation-state, I beckon on Moghalu to replicate in Nigeria those contributions he made in Croatia, defunct Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Rwanda, Tanzania etc. We no longer need financial savvy technocrats as minister of finance or technology, let's capitalize on the western experience and astute leadership qualities and save Nigeria. Okonjo Iweala and Kemi Adeosun would have made so much impacts if their decisions were final. We need a technocrat, we need a financier at the helm of affairs. I watch your interviews and few of your international lectures on the pathway to prosperity for African nations and I so much wish that you can work with these brilliant and
energetic minds to liberate Nigerians as you have done in other nations.

Conclusively, never again shall we become vassals to our black suzerains, we must come together and effect this revolution, in 1967, Nzeogwu, Ifeajuna and Ademoyega struck without consulting the populace, they fought a good war but were not successful, the people were not in the picture, today the masses are beckoning on the three of you to strike and reclaim these seats for good. Let's shake the
table, 60% of Nigeria’s population cannot be intimidated, let one man stand and let others become the pillar.
"In synergy the trio can do exploits".
