No bi just one sitting mata. engineers are actually trained to pinpoint errors. Engineers' error can kill in hundreds unlike those of other professionals.

Let me remind u that Amaechi was not at loggerheads with GEJ back in 2011. That was why he sponsored Wike for ministerial post.

He made the said comment in 2013 after he parted ways with Wike.

Why do ppl like enjoy twisting known facts and history?

It seems we will survey this land and register it in the survyors council before we should start working on it. I need to move in my surveyors here and produce a registered document which will be quoted in every transaction I am doing with the sellers of this land.

The information I keep getting about this area is encouraging, better buy your own plots before any good things start to unfold here. If the government ever start to work on this road, the prices of lands here will move up, and many of us might not buy again.

I am sure that if a good road is started here, the average cost per plot will jump to about N3,000,000.00
