Building of roads does not make a working system but establishing sustainability across the system and State. Stop posting nonsense. Rivers state is a major oil producing state with so many international oil producing companies coupled with massive industrial presence, so the position of Rivers state in that list is justified.

Anambra on the other hand haven secured the 5th position on the list is kicking so high above its weight despite not being a major oil producing state. Anambra's position on the list is very OKAY.

Where's the position of your Imo state on the list? I thought brothels in the state are worth it.
