Romance / Should Looks Affect The Way We Trust A Babe/Guy? by VCKY99(m): 12:32pm On Mar 01, 2007
I really appreciate the fact that I don't look anything close to "OBJ". Having said that, I'm begining to see one little problem with being either a cool guy or a cute babe. Like I said, it's almost an insignificant issue, but I think one needs to consider it anyways.

Why do people always assume that once a guy is cool and trendy, he's a player? Or, if a girl is cute and got class then she's a LovePeddler? I've had bad starts with girls sometimes cus they don't believe me when I tell them they are the only one in my life.

Why should we think a girl with Beyunce's body and J-lo's face can't be with just one guy? A friend said he can't marry a pretty girl cus she's going to be too much problem, I strongly disagree with that. What about you ladies and gents, what do you think?

Please Equip, where did you get your info that celtel pays 50k for entry level. Why do we like to brag about things we're not sure of? It ain't right you know. So many people gathers info from this forum we shouldn't pass false info to them.

Wanna say thanx to all you honeys for your kindly advise, I really appreciate it. However, I want to say that I'm 100% sure that I've gotten over my ex, very very sure. Right now, I'm begining to believe it's probably the experience I had with her. I just can't seem to let my guard down again.
May be later though, but now, am on guard 24/7. Life you'll say!!!!!!!!!!!
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Celtel Employment Letter! by VCKY99(m): 5:48pm On Feb 23, 2007
I don't think it's right for us to post stuff the way you posted that [CELTEL EMPLOYMENT LETTER], then, one will now find out you were only seeking for information. Fine, it's going to attract attention, but what about the people you're going to send goose pimples all over their body just by the heading, before seeing the actual message you've got.
Please think about it. Thanks for your info anyways!
Romance / I Want To Fall In Love Again! by VCKY99(m): 5:26pm On Feb 22, 2007
Hi people! I've to confess that now I really know what it feels like to break-up from a long time relationship. Some months ago myself and my then girlfriend had to call it quits. It was done in the most mature way possible, and that's why we both still enjoy a good conversation 2gether.
However, I've noticed that it ain't easy getting to start a new serious relationship again. Don't get me wrong, am not saying I've not had any girl since then, nope, I haven't just been able to get myself committed to any babe since then. Why? I don't know.
Any body with an idea of steps I can take to begin to have real feelings again should please respond to this.
Thanks everyone for your anticipated response.
                   THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jobs/Vacancies / Celtel Is Recruiting Big Time! by VCKY99(m): 2:01pm On Feb 14, 2007
I'm wishing all the love-birds on this forum a "HAPPY VAL's DAY" celebration. I just got back from Asaba today after my interview yesterday. I believe I gave it my best shot, though, I'll be banking on the favour of the Almighty God!

I've got some nerve relaxing news. I heard the CELTEL customer service center in Asaba is about the biggest in the Telecoms Industry in Nigeria. From what I heard, they will be recruiting close to 400 to 500 customer service agents.

I suppose that should brighthen our chances.

Sorry, what I meant is that the pay package is not too bad.
Jobs/Vacancies / Airport Jobs by VCKY99(m): 1:32pm On Feb 10, 2007
Guess what guys? There're jobs at the Airport that this house has not tapped into. Presently, I work at the Airport with NAHCO, however, on Monday the 12ft of this month I'll be going for a medical test for another firm at the Airport. What am just trying to say is that we should sometimes try and shift the goal post to our favour.
If you're interested take your CV to room 2034, at the International Airport, Lagos. I'm very sure they'll we'll tell you they've stopped recruiting, just plead with them to collect yours against when next they'll be recruiting. I submitted mine last year.
Not to worry, the pay package at the Airport is too bad.
GOTTA RUN, MY TIME IS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Celtel Again! by VCKY99(m): 12:58pm On Feb 10, 2007
Hello house! Sorry for the long time out. I've got a job that's time consuming, so am not always online. I had to postpone my interview date to 13th because of the same reason.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Celtel Again! by VCKY99(m): 12:58pm On Feb 08, 2007
Hi house! I believe we're all missing the logic behind the CELTEL recruitment partern. Aside the computer test, they've [CELTEL] been testing us in other areas. Sometimes they call with a withheld number and say some strange or upsetting stuff to you just to check your patience. Also, lets not forget that they're going to consider Deltans and other Niger Deltans that met their pass mark before any other group.
Their last recruitment in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, followed this partern. So guys, just chill and keep your fingers cross.
Meanwhile, for people like Odada, who thinks I'm a babe, sorry to disappoint you. I've a middle leg. Pardon my language house membes.
Jobs/Vacancies / Celtel Again! by VCKY99(m): 7:00pm On Feb 06, 2007

With all my heart, I wish you guys all the best. Your time will surely come.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Celtel Magic! by VCKY99(m): 5:27pm On Jan 22, 2007
What's up guys and gals? I'm so sorry for the long time out. I've been outside civilisation for sometime now. Actually, I applied for the customers service agent stuff.
So I wouldn't know anything about the Graduate Management thing, but am sure they'll definitely get in touch with you guys.
Also, it's not like it's going to be a written test. May be they just want to check how proficient one is with computers.
Lastly, for those invited for a computer test in Asaba, we'll meet there. Mine will be on the 24th of this month, in Asaba.
For a further information contact me, davic_connect@yahoo.com
BEST OF LUCKS EVERY BODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, I'll say thank you to God! I got a call from celtel yesterday, they wanted to find out how many Nigerian languages I speak. I told them 2- Yoruba and my native language.
This afternoon I got another call from them, this time they tested my fluency in speaking Yoruba language. After which, I was given a date for a computer test sometime next week.

Your friend did not tell you the whole truth. UBA pays 9000 each week of training, plus 500 meal ticket every day. Yes at UBA, there's a test after training that you must pass, if not you'l be dropped.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: For Those Invited By Consulting Capable Test by VCKY99(m): 3:17pm On Dec 01, 2006
People, there's this thought on my mind about this consulting capable firm. What? Are you guys aware that December 16th is the day for PDP national convention in Abuja. Knowing our country Nigeria and the way things are done, we may be in for the shock of our lives that day. May be someone wants to use the crowd to his or her advantage.

I know I may be far from the truth, but I strongly believe we should strongly give it a deep thought.
