The prices of those stock must have gone above the prices you sold them.
It is obvious you must be regretting it by now as the market still point upwards.

The only stocks you should be considering now if you are looking for stocks that has not yet moved up are these:skye bank,unity bank,sterling bank,wema bank,FO,conoil,JB, Jpaul,Aiico,wapic,cadbury,7up etc

The good thing is you can still make money in these stocks since the market is still in the spirit and bad thing about them is illiquidity when the bears returns.

Pls I will like to know how you were able to beat all these odds and remain in track so i can learn incase i make such a mistake.Thanks.

I bought diamond bank from my sales proccedings, seeing that they are the 5th richest bank in Nigeria from my online research. As you can see, from the richest bank in Nigeria which is zenith to the 4th richest which is access are all sailing above N5. Even the 6th and 7th are all above N5 too. So its a matter of improvement for diamond to go back.

Na only small thing remain for Fidelity to catch FCMB

normally fcmb used to hang below diamond, which used to trade around N4+ but i dont think that fidelity can overtake fcmb due to fidelity's outstanding number of shares. If fidelity do overtake fcmb now...I think it's a matter good result from fcmb for it to get to 2+

My good brother's and sister's in the LORD, this is some of the stocks that use to pay interim dividend every year and some have not pay for two years and now all eyes are on them next month FBNH,OANDO,FMN,DANGOTE'S.GTB,ACCESS,CAP,NESTLE,ZENITH and UBA(father) e.t.c . If you are in any of this stock don't sell this month because i will not like any one to come and cry here next month like oga tritri . Please tell us other interim dividend paying stocks you know .

Please all these personal attacks should stop.
Veecovee informed the house he sold yesterday. Of course, he thinks people will start taking profits which he stated this morning, asking for people's opinion. I see his post as a discussion starter. Most responses to that post are simply not in line with the spirit of this forum. While I did not sell, I would still prefer a robust discussion with arguments for and against profit-taking.

Let's desist from all these protectionist attitude. Non of us stands to gain from that on the long run.

Personally, I did not sell because I am in FBNH for the long term, I believe it has not finished its climb and I believe this is more of a shakeout.

Disclosure:- I've been in FBNH for over a year and I am ready to be there for about 2 more years, if I don't hit my price target earlier. So, my views are in line with my investment style.

I know that the rally is still on till next year, but just that the stock movement is never on a straight line. You can make more money if calculate well.

NSE All Share Index starts the week on a bullish tone with the index appreciated by 0.73%. Very encouraging. However, the candlestick formed after the close is called SHOOTING STAR. Technically, this indicate potential price tops and reversal is likely imminent. The market is therefore shouting caution to whosoever want to listen.

Same candlestick pattern is observed this same time last year bull run (black circle), as you can see, there was a "major" pullback in the market.

This doesn't mean the rally cannot continue, but it is a warning to those that follow Technical Analysis.
