Nothing can be more irritating than people like you that know almost nothing that try hard to appear all-knowing. In your slow brain Kwankwaso is the owner of NNPP. Well, he is not the owner of the party, no one person owns a political party in Nigeria. More so, he is neither the founder of the party nor the most influential member of the party, even though he is among the most popular members presently.

The fact that a slow person like you think that you are wiser than everyone from Igboland, citing your last sentence, shows how decayed your shit full brain is. To think that you're someone who hasn't contested for even the post of dishwashing in your life least of winning makes your existence and disdain on your betters a waste.

Leadership position, especially the presidential seat, isn't a popularity contest.

So, you are no longer of the school of thought that politics is a game of numbers and shouldn't be zoned or microzoned because the South East requested for it, and rightly so in the principle of justice and fairness. It is no longer a game where anyone from any part of the country interested in the presidential seat should go to the field and test their popularity.

Given the extreme diversity and multi ethnicity of Nigeria, his decree to unite the country and collapse the regions to give complete control to the central govt was a serious blunder.

The Lugard mistake was bad, the Ironsi mistake made the situation worse.

If we still have our region, the secession would have been 100% easy, in fact the 1967 - 70 attempt of the "hated" Igbo people of the East would have succeeded.

Like I said earlier, his assumed blunder wasn't necessitated by greed; myopia, probably.

None of his decisions stemmed from greed, that is the point. He was a nationalist, and being a nationalist, where applicable, has never been seen as a crime by sound people anywhere in the world.

Once more, Abiola made the provocative statement that he could be a Nigerian president without the Igbos and Nzeribe, who was an influential member in the same SDP with him, told him that that could only happen if he was dead. He made it clear to him that he could win the election but would never be sworn-in as the Nigerian president. Of course, he went on and fulfilled his threat by using the ABN to scuttle the election.

Before you said that Nzeribe did that because of envy or anything like most of you are always ignorantly quick to allude to, note well that after the IBB government banned Nzeribe, Yaradua and co who participated in the earlier party primaries before the ones that produced Abiola and Tofa as the candidates of their respective parties, SDP and NRC, Nzeribe collapsed his political structure in support of Abiola, only for Abiola to turn around to start denigrating the Igbos instead of facing Iwuanyawu and co in NRC whom he was have some running battles with.

This is very wrong. The Nigerian voting population are not the ones that will participate in the primary elections. these are party members.

The voting population have no say in which aspirant becomes president; let aspirants go and contest for the votes of the delegates and stop crying into our Eagles about how they want micro-zonning. Violation if you can't convince 2,500 people in your own party to vote for you, how can you convince 15 million voters to vote for you?

Simple logic

The main deciders of the primary elections, the delegates, have always been the benefactors of the majority of the voting population in the main elections. I can only expect a non sentimental person to understand this. Anyone who overtly or covertly holds primordial sentiments against any section of the country is a coward.

Primordial sentiments aren't healthy sentiments, and only cowards champion it. The concept of right/fairness having precedence over wrong/unfairness is healthy sentiment, unfortunately this is beyond the understanding of cowards.

If not that the majority of the voting population are cowards, yes cowards they are because they will always allow sentiments to becloud their sense of right and wrong, some popular politicians from the South East wouldn't have been insisting on the major political parties micro-zoning their presidential tickets to them before throwing in their hats in the contest fully. So, the South East politicians aren't the cowards; the sentimental and hypocritical voting majority are the cowards.
