cuteboii: Hello house,i graduated from the university 2 years ago and i have not gotten a job since then but from the little menial jobs i have done i have been able to save up to a a million naira or there about which i think will be enough for me to leave the coutry and am think of either the USA or the UK,but my greatest problem right now is how to get the right document because i cant use a worker going on leave from work nor a student going on vacation to apply for a visit visa and am not sure the money i have will be enough for masters abroad, please how do i go about getting the appropriate documents to apply for visa, will really apprciate any help as am bent on leaving the country for a greener pastures abroad. If you obtained any documents from any source order than what you genuinely acquired, you would be going no where until you serve a life ban from the US or a merciful 10 years ban from the UK. I WARN YOU! |
tennyalad: Hello house, I have one quick question.Wasn't your question addressed in the original post? |
Dextra: Sorry, I need to get one other thing clear (Don't mind my too many questions, I've never left Nigeria beforeIf you don't give them your original passport, what then would they issue the visa into? Whoever meets the requirement (whether married or single) would be approved of the visa |
theolar: Hello , Please advicE is needed urgently. I am presenTly working on joining my soon to be husband in the UK. With all I have heard I know getting a job in 2 or 3 months of my arrival mite be an uphill task . Pls what craft or vocation can I learn to enable me be a bit self sufficient when I get there.Learning a craft or a trade or whatever can indeed be an experience that might favour your skills, but the certificate or qualification is utterly useless in Europe and if you wish to work with a special craft, i advice you do the apprentiship in Europe where you will be handed a certificate of competency. But you said your "husband to be" is a UK resident, why not ask him? |
Dremskeji: Hello everyone,You have not yet sorted your bank statement and you have no knowledge of the visa fee and yet you said you are about to submit your visa application? Well, Mr. it is a good thing that you came here to ask, at least you found someone to warn you that you are about to get yourself into a long term ban that may result from arranged bank statement. I warn you. |
Ecnau: Hello NLBut man, it's only March... How do you expect a valid answer, or don't you think that whoever gives a premature advice on this premature query would be as unreasonable as the question itself? |

dipsy2009: U make it sound like Georgia is the worst place to live on planet Earth. There are loads of people making their money in Georgia. And about the bicycle stuff...u should understand that everywhere in Georgia can never be like that. There are still places that are modern and advanced. Those people that you claim are "making money" in Georgia, what are they doing to make the money in a country where there is no money? Excuse me, do you want to argue that Georgia is not one of the worst places to live in? |
Here is what I found.

Have you tried facebook, twitter, and the likes? That's a very good place to start.
Yes, I did check Facebook and found same results, unfortunately, they are not the very guy that I'm looking for. Thanks for your efforts |

Vicjustice pls u have nt replied meI don't know your documentation package, so I can't tell your chance of visa success: and unfortunately, I've never been to Trinidad and Tobago, so I can't advise on situations over there. |
adegokeadekola: Hi @VicjusticeWestern embassies take fraud seriously, if you have been caught using any forged document to support your visa application, I'm afraid you may NEVER be approved of a visa again (at least, not in the near future). |
repair9ja: Justwise pls help,I am base in the UK and about to apply for my spouse visa using cash savingsHow do you think it is ok to apply for a visa using a fixed deposit bank statement of which fund is not available for your use? |
morizboe: Thanks Vicjustice.... In essence, does our relationship (me and sponsor) matter at all? As in, would it be a problem if we don't have family ties or must my sponsor be my relative?Weren't these questions answered in the original post? |
hope4me2012: Thanks vicjustice,Funds in fix deposit accounts are not readily available for use |
akinwun: You won't believe this, right now it is rainng in akure and snows are fallingThere is difference between "snow" and hail |
sashacoleman: This msg is for JustWise,I am aware that this query was directed to Justwise, but i don't think he would mind me answering his question. I still don't know why some people keep assuming that some Schengen embassies are more lenient or tolerant than others; but from experience, i can confidently tell you that they are all the same and that they follow same rules, same terms and same conditions. If someone applied for a visa through Swedish embassy and got refused, and another applies through Italian embassy and got approved, it does not at all mean that Swedish embassy is a difficult one, it merely depends on the individual (visa officer) who is responsible for the decision and not the embassy as a whole: know that there are several visa officers in any given embassy, so, it doesn't make much of a sense to assume that some embassies are easier than others. |
Dextra: Secondly, In the fee payment section for Canadian temporary resident visa application, I found "Single entry" and "Multiply entry". What are the differences between these two? Which one would you advice me to pay for? I am going for an exam and will probably go back after the result is released for further stuffs or so.If you have no good reasons to return to Canada, then you can apply for single entry otherwise, you may apply for multi entry |
Dextra: In applying for Canadian temporary resident Visa, I found this:If your employment letter is one of contract with tenure duration, then it can be used as of now for the visa application, but if it is just a letter of employment approval, then you might need to provide an up to date declaration letter: Even with a contract letter, you might still be required to provide a verification letter. |
I think the nose construction is almost useless or at least, it is not for her benefit since she can't even see it. I'd rather have sight than have the nose since i can still breath without the nose |
4teelaw: I don't think the embassy has a right to request for you bank account balance, and I don't think any banker will divulge such information to a third party #justmyopinion thoughBy signing a visa application form, you have given them the rights to investigate your personal matters: and they do have the rights to contact a bank to find out whether a statement of account is accurate, and the bank does have the rights to confirm or oppose it. But what the bank may never do is to reveal the balance of an account or to reveal details that the embassy does not already have. |
morizboe: Vicjustice and other contributors, thank you so much for all the helpful insights. And pls attend to my case too.Your birth certificate and that of your brother (with a declaration & clarification letter) should rectify the surname issue. To determine whether your brother's presence in Norway is an advantage or not, you need to consider his immigration history and current activities: it won't help if he ever sought asylum before in Norway. As a student under a sponsor, the embassy would not mind if your account shows evidence of money lodgement, that is very safe: but then, your sponsor's account would need to be checked for traces of the tranfers. But if your sponsor's account shows evidence of money lodgement, then that is the problem |
hope4me2012: vicjustice, justwise and other friends, Pls i need your advice.Support your application using both accounts provided the funds in them are available for your use |

dipsy2009: This thread is for anybody that is planning to be in Georgia, already in Georgia and would soon be in Georgia. Please drop any important tip or information related to this topic. Now, this "thread" is going to mislead people to assume that the Republic Of Georgia is a place to be in. But the fact is that Georgia is far from it, it is one hell of a country where women still ride old bicycles to transport their farm products and firewood for house heating: Don't be misled, it is not in Europe, and its poverty ridden citizens are desperately seeking better life in places like Greece and Turkey through illegal migration |
holalekan: Hi justwise and everyone, please I’ve got a serious problem bothering me which I’d appreciate any effort to clarify.Last year towards the end of my master’s programme in the UK I had an affair with a UK citizen which resulted in a pregnancy.Although we weren’t both dating we couldn’t justify any reason to abort.I returned to Nigeria early this year and me and the lady have been in touch since then. She claims she loves me and would like to marry me but not sure she’s willing to come to Nigeria to live or anything. She’s due to deliver in May. I really would like to be with my child and herself from birth however the policies seem complicated these days.right now I’m confused as to what to do or apply as to be with them both as I’ve got lot of things to prove even if I’m just applying as a visitor.I would really like to be around during the birth of my child in May, does anyone know what the best thing to do in this case is.I don't think your narrated circumstances can boost your chance. Unfortunately, as you are not legally married, your rights to family reunion with the woman and the child is limited especially as you have not shown any obligation and responsibility to the persons concerned: Impregnating a woman is not enough ground to be granted a visa, and desiring to be there to witness the birth of the child is not enough reason for visa application. As harsh as this may sound, (in the eyes of a visa officer) there is no difference between you and a sρerm donor |
Mrs Bam: just moved here..seems so dead...would be nice to meet new pple out hereAre you talking about the Liverpool in England or about some other unknown Liverpool? |
