I'm sorry if you felt i gave a negative impression about your claim.
Perhaps the file that you're trying to attach is too big, why not manually write down the contents then?

stone2x: Dear Niraland/justwise please i need your help have just been refuse uk visa, trying to attach the docs but with know luck. kindly help send ur email so as to send it to you to help me look into it pls
It is up to you if you desire to correspond with Justwise in private, that's no problem. But there is no need to make up a claim that you "tried to attach the refusal document with no luck": If you have no luck applying the letter here, how do you think you'd have any luck attaching it in his email address?

cuteboii: Hello house,i graduated from the university 2 years ago and i have not gotten a job since then but from the little menial jobs i have done i have been able to save up to a a million naira or there about which i think will be enough for me to leave the coutry and am think of either the USA or the UK,but my greatest problem right now is how to get the right document because i cant use a worker going on leave from work nor a student going on vacation to apply for a visit visa and am not sure the money i have will be enough for masters abroad, please how do i go about getting the appropriate documents to apply for visa, will really apprciate any help as am bent on leaving the country for a greener pastures abroad.
If you obtained any documents from any source order than what you genuinely acquired, you would be going no where until you serve a life ban from the US or a merciful 10 years ban from the UK.
I WARN YOU!

tennyalad: Hello house, I have one quick question.
I want to invite a friend to come over for a short visit, do I need to give original payslip or copies printed off the internet is sufficient because getting original payslip from the HR dept will be a nightmare as they are useless and one of the slowest in the world. I will however add original bank statement to the invitation document.
Wasn't your question addressed in the original post?
TravelRe: A Comprehensive List Of The Documents Required For Visas by Vicjustice(op): 11:00pm On Mar 10, 2013
Dextra: Sorry, I need to get one other thing clear (Don't mind my too many questions, I've never left Nigeria before grin), I read that I have to submit the original of my International Passport, does it mean I have to send the passport to them whole (Like the whole green book?) or what? I thought you are never to give it out?
Secondly, in the application, they lay so much emphasis on Spouse and common law union, and people here on Nairaland are always talking about Spouse too, does my being single (not having a spouse) have any negative effect on my Visa Application? just asking... Thank you for your response. smiley smiley
If you don't give them your original passport, what then would they issue the visa into?
Whoever meets the requirement (whether married or single) would be approved of the visa
TravelRe: Advice Needed by Vicjustice: 4:16pm On Mar 10, 2013
theolar: Hello , Please advicE is needed urgently. I am presenTly working on joining my soon to be husband in the UK. With all I have heard I know getting a job in 2 or 3 months of my arrival mite be an uphill task . Pls what craft or vocation can I learn to enable me be a bit self sufficient when I get there.
Learning a craft or a trade or whatever can indeed be an experience that might favour your skills, but the certificate or qualification is utterly useless in Europe and if you wish to work with a special craft, i advice you do the apprentiship in Europe where you will be handed a certificate of competency.
But you said your "husband to be" is a UK resident, why not ask him?
TravelRe: Preparing To Submit Austrian Visa Application. by Vicjustice: 9:40pm On Mar 09, 2013
Dremskeji: Hello everyone,

Please, I need advise from people who have one time or the other applied to the austrian embassy as regards the following;

How much should be reflected on the bank statement?

How can I go about getting someone that can assist me with his/her bank statement(especially in austria)?

How long does the visa processing takes?

Should I secure a short-term accomodation in austria or long-term? Will the consulate allow for short-term?

Please, I need comments from those that have experience as to the above issues.

Thank you all!
You have not yet sorted your bank statement and you have no knowledge of the visa fee and yet you said you are about to submit your visa application?
Well, Mr. it is a good thing that you came here to ask, at least you found someone to warn you that you are about to get yourself into a long term ban that may result from arranged bank statement. I warn you.

I am planning to travel back home with my family this coming xmas. We will be staying for 8 weeks. Is it advisable to rent a flat or stay in a hotel?
But man, it's only March...
How do you expect a valid answer, or don't you think that whoever gives a premature advice on this premature query would be as unreasonable as the question itself?

dipsy2009: U make it sound like Georgia is the worst place to live on planet Earth. There are loads of people making their money in Georgia. And about the bicycle stuff...u should understand that everywhere in Georgia can never be like that. There are still places that are modern and advanced.
Those people that you claim are "making money" in Georgia, what are they doing to make the money in a country where there is no money?
Excuse me, do you want to argue that Georgia is not one of the worst places to live in?

I don't know your documentation package, so I can't tell your chance of visa success: and unfortunately, I've never been to Trinidad and Tobago, so I can't advise on situations over there.
TravelRe: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Vicjustice(op): 7:16am On Mar 09, 2013
adegokeadekola: Hi @Vicjustice

Please i need your urgent advice on this before I apply again.

Me, my wife and my son was refused German visa in 2011, with the reasons below:

1) A FALSE/COUNTERFEIT/FORGED TRAVEL DOCUMENT WAS PRESENTED
2) JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF INTENDED STAY WAS NOT PROVIDED
3) THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED REGARDING THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE INTENDED STAY WAS NOT RELIABLE

I do not present any false document, the only document i think that might be the forged document was the flight reservation one agent did for us and i didn't pay for the hotel reservation.

All other document were mine and my wife, but we have been refused France Visa twice before going to the German embassy.

Please advice cos we want to apply again for German Visa for summer as a tourist.

I have my own company and my wife works with a law firm

Please does it really matter how much is on my Company Tax clearance and my personal tax clearance
Western embassies take fraud seriously, if you have been caught using any forged document to support your visa application, I'm afraid you may NEVER be approved of a visa again (at least, not in the near future).

Weren't these questions answered in the original post?

hope4me2012: Thanks vicjustice,
Is there a specific way of showing that the funds are available for my use, other than bank statements showing regular cash inflow and outflow. I frequently use both accts.

Also, considering that I was denied US visit visa 1yr ago, do i have to first visit UK or europe before reapplying, though I hav only been to ghana twice.
Funds in fix deposit accounts are not readily available for use

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
sashacoleman: This msg is for JustWise,

I work in a good company and earn a reasonable salary. I have travelled to the UAE a couple of times and to the Uk as well (i have 2 years uk visa). I applied for Schengen visa thru the French Embassy late last year and got denied, for not having enuf ties to my country (why i would want to settle in their yeye country i dont know). I want to reapply for schengen visa now, but i dnt want to go through the stress i went through the last time and then get denied again.

Please i need your advice on the best embassy to apply from and what you think my chances are. Thanks alot. i heard Switzerland is ok and spain, not sure, please i need advice from anyone that have had this experience as well.

Thanks guys.
I am aware that this query was directed to Justwise, but i don't think he would mind me answering his question.
I still don't know why some people keep assuming that some Schengen embassies are more lenient or tolerant than others; but from experience, i can confidently tell you that they are all the same and that they follow same rules, same terms and same conditions.
If someone applied for a visa through Swedish embassy and got refused, and another applies through Italian embassy and got approved, it does not at all mean that Swedish embassy is a difficult one, it merely depends on the individual (visa officer) who is responsible for the decision and not the embassy as a whole: know that there are several visa officers in any given embassy, so, it doesn't make much of a sense to assume that some embassies are easier than others.

Dextra: Secondly, In the fee payment section for Canadian temporary resident visa application, I found "Single entry" and "Multiply entry". What are the differences between these two? Which one would you advice me to pay for? I am going for an exam and will probably go back after the result is released for further stuffs or so.
If you have no good reasons to return to Canada, then you can apply for single entry otherwise, you may apply for multi entry
TravelRe: A Comprehensive List Of The Documents Required For Visas by Vicjustice(op): 12:31am On Mar 08, 2013
Dextra: In applying for Canadian temporary resident Visa, I found this:
Proof of employment - letter from your current employer and payslips (last 3 months). Employment letter dated within 2 months of the application indicating occupation, job description, position, salary, allowances, years of employment an d authorized leave dates.
I want to clarify if I need to ask my employer for a new employment letter or I have to use the letter I was issued before I started job one year ago.
If your employment letter is one of contract with tenure duration, then it can be used as of now for the visa application, but if it is just a letter of employment approval, then you might need to provide an up to date declaration letter:
Even with a contract letter, you might still be required to provide a verification letter.

I think the nose construction is almost useless or at least, it is not for her benefit since she can't even see it.
I'd rather have sight than have the nose since i can still breath without the nose

4teelaw: I don't think the embassy has a right to request for you bank account balance, and I don't think any banker will divulge such information to a third party #justmyopinion though
By signing a visa application form, you have given them the rights to investigate your personal matters: and they do have the rights to contact a bank to find out whether a statement of account is accurate, and the bank does have the rights to confirm or oppose it. But what the bank may never do is to reveal the balance of an account or to reveal details that the embassy does not already have.
TravelRe: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Vicjustice(op): 6:15pm On Mar 06, 2013
morizboe: Vicjustice and other contributors, thank you so much for all the helpful insights. And pls attend to my case too.

I keep marvelling as I followed this thread and read many cases of visa denial.it could be painful anyway and I don't want to experience it as this will be my first visa application......

I'll be 28 by May.I applied for MSc programme at two schools in Denmark and I have gotten a "conditional letter of admission" from one of the schools. They said I could pay my school fees of €7000 per semester and kick off visa application as they'll send me the necessary forms after the school fees payment. But I am not currently working or have any source of income. The last transaction in my oceanic bank account was July last year (alawi) when I finished my national youth service. But I have a brother who stays at Norway, he was the one that encouraged me to do the application and assured that he'll help do the money part of it and also I have a brother that owns a production firm here in Nigeria, he can also sponsor me too. My family surname is very long so I have been shortening it half way ever since my primary school and it has reflected in all my documents, but my brothers have theirs in full(they're my blood elder brothers).will this affect them sponsoring me? Also I don't know what to do to my statement of account so that it wouldn't be seen as money lodgement(if I should pose as sponsoring my self with my brothers money deposited to my own very account), because over 10 months now there has not been any transaction in it and I hope to start the visa application by late April or early May to start school by September. I would have had my brother that has production firm here to sponsor me but, I want to study MSc biotechnology which doesn't have any thing to do with his production firm as the embassy would like to know the impact my education would have on my brothers firm as the sponsor. And also the surname difference. My brother at Norway is a green card holder, working, married to a norwegian girl and has a kid, but our surname is a bit different. On what grounds could he act as my sponsor? Pls I am getting confused already and I need advices..
Thanks and eagerly waiting for your valuable advices.
Your birth certificate and that of your brother (with a declaration & clarification letter) should rectify the surname issue.
To determine whether your brother's presence in Norway is an advantage or not, you need to consider his immigration history and current activities: it won't help if he ever sought asylum before in Norway.
As a student under a sponsor, the embassy would not mind if your account shows evidence of money lodgement, that is very safe: but then, your sponsor's account would need to be checked for traces of the tranfers. But if your sponsor's account shows evidence of money lodgement, then that is the problem

dipsy2009: This thread is for anybody that is planning to be in Georgia, already in Georgia and would soon be in Georgia. Please drop any important tip or information related to this topic.
Now, this "thread" is going to mislead people to assume that the Republic Of Georgia is a place to be in. But the fact is that Georgia is far from it, it is one hell of a country where women still ride old bicycles to transport their farm products and firewood for house heating: Don't be misled, it is not in Europe, and its poverty ridden citizens are desperately seeking better life in places like Greece and Turkey through illegal migration
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by Vicjustice:
holalekan: Hi justwise and everyone, please I’ve got a serious problem bothering me which I’d appreciate any effort to clarify.Last year towards the end of my master’s programme in the UK I had an affair with a UK citizen which resulted in a pregnancy.Although we weren’t both dating we couldn’t justify any reason to abort.I returned to Nigeria early this year and me and the lady have been in touch since then. She claims she loves me and would like to marry me but not sure she’s willing to come to Nigeria to live or anything. She’s due to deliver in May. I really would like to be with my child and herself from birth however the policies seem complicated these days.right now I’m confused as to what to do or apply as to be with them both as I’ve got lot of things to prove even if I’m just applying as a visitor.I would really like to be around during the birth of my child in May, does anyone know what the best thing to do in this case is.
Thanks
I don't think your narrated circumstances can boost your chance.
Unfortunately, as you are not legally married, your rights to family reunion with the woman and the child is limited especially as you have not shown any obligation and responsibility to the persons concerned: Impregnating a woman is not enough ground to be granted a visa, and desiring to be there to witness the birth of the child is not enough reason for visa application.
As harsh as this may sound, (in the eyes of a visa officer) there is no difference between you and a sρerm donor
