I think I agree with @kidman96. its a corporate environment so u were supposed to apply but since u didn't, u were to follow the orders and ask ur md for permission. we all have our differences and to ensure a good working relationship we require tolerance and patience for each other regardless of the nationality. sorry though for d hot slap and make ur oga go take anger mgt lessons too
