JAMB is milking prospective students. Universities are not giving admissions based on merit and based on JAMB Score and UTME. They give admissions based on unclear criteria and parimeters. Government should do something about the ugly situation. There are a lot of available spaces in their carrying capacities not filled. Let government investigate and do a thorough check and would be surprised at the rot in the university admissions in public universities in Nigeria. I now of a girl that got 240 in JAMB and 61 in UTME and very good 9 Credits, and no admission up till now, in a public university. Imagine

Why should UNIBEN management increase school fees at this material time, when parents and guardians are finding it extremely difficult to cope with rising inflation and shortages? Coupled with these is the non-payment of salaries and pensions by state government, including Edo State. It is the highest point of heartlessness for the school to do this, especially at this material time. Most of most in management officials
of the school schooled almost free-of-charge in their times. Why are Nigerians so heartless these days? Students do not resume school until the school management reverses whatever so-called increases there are.

My friend, life is full of misery. In Nigeria, many things come to play in office settings. Nigerian office setting is heavily politicised. Primodal sentiments readily come to play. The questions you should ask yourself are these: Are you of the same tribe as the the ogas? Are you of the same religion? Have you shown or demonstrated that you are very ambitious? With these and other questions in mind, you would be able to know why you are been treated as such. My advice is this. Do not quit. Remember quitters never win and winners never quit. Bear it all.
