How many times are they going to tell you this?, No lecturer draws full salaries from more than one Federal university. Don't mind what the government is telling you. All they want is to paint lecturers in bad light while they look like the saint. Their main aim is to destroy university autonomy, and gain total control of the university system. Don't you know that if IPPIS is implemented, even appointment of lecturers will come from Abuja?. Drawing full salaries from more than one Federal University is an offence punishable by the law?. The claims by the FG are just conjectures at the moment. If they have any case of a lecturer receiving full salaries from more than one Federal University, Let them bring it up and charge the person accordingly.

Now what IPPIS does is that no lectural will be receiving double salary becuse ur salary is coming from IPPIS and what this means is that every lectural will focuse on their place of primary assignment because they will no double salary for any idiot.

I hope you are not referring to adjunct lecturers because who ever is giving you the notion that they collect full salaries is those schools is clearly deceiving you. Adjunct lecturers are professor who teaches on a limited-term contract, often for one semester at a time. It is done in any university all over the world. But if the FG feels that there are really ghost workers in the system, there are other ways to handle the situation and find common grounds instead of compelling lecturers to join IPPIS. The main problem ASSU has with IPPIS is that it totally takes away the autonomy of the university. With the implementation of ippis, even appointment of lectures will come from Abuja.
