The difference between oga umahi and them, is that those leaders have experienced experts on their side. If you wish for a project and have the money, most of your people are capable to do it. In Nigeria, you will go and find expatriates to help you do it. I don't totally blame regular nigerians for not having expertise because of the mismanagement of the educational system.

Even something like this bridge would have been built by regular people. I like that guts sometimes but it makes the leaders feel empowered to loot. That is why it is difficult to judge anambra leadership. I wish the leaders do their part, that way the people can use that building money to improve their business or personal life.

A boss is suppose to know about the business and not just be an investor who don't really need to know about the project but the result of the project. An investor is also an entrepreneur.
