I hope you are aware that he was a VP to the 1st black American president. Not that it will change or do anything. Because If blacks worldwide dont become part of the world solution to issues in medical, environment, tech advancement, etc, all blacks will still loose.


The whites in America can look at many European countries with pride;

the Asians can look at many Asian countries with pride ( many people will agree that China, japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Malay, etc are serious countries even more than many places in Europe);


The Latin Americans also have places like Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc they can at least have productive hope from.


Arabs with all their centuries of fighting until today, still have Dubai, UAE, Saudi, ran, etc, even Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, all of North Africa are famzing with them.



Now, where can black Americans or anywhere draw inspiration from, a place that other continents can respect. South Africa - which is the most beautiful on the continent, but 95% of that beauty was built by the other continents. The black SA will need time to raise their credibility.
Now, in terms of numbers, the tribes that make up what is now Nigeria, had the most slaves taken worldwide, but it is so foolish and useless that they(diaspora) don't have no pride in them. Talk less of help from them. Europe and America, Canada, Australia, and new Zealand, have the highest trade in the world.



If Africa don't sit up on basics, like getting their countries conducive to inspire people, there is no way black Americans or England or wherever they are, can catch up. Africans too will never grow. It will always be a pity party.



Most of these people will like to look at West Africa especially Nigeria, and get inspired. But they currently have to hide their face because na all around shame.

If you aren't sure of something, best not to spout. Russia is the 6th Largest economy in the World by GDP (PPP Terms).

Chairman, in this case I don't speak with certainty and I don't know who can, but from my above averge research,

25% of their gdp is from bullying their neighbors with resources,

then 25% is from hacking various countries banks,

30% from selling weapons and using it to buy stakes in those countries,

then 10% or 15% is creative and services

then the rest is through protecting countries and maybe printing money.


A very useless place I tell you, with 24hr electricity and some technology.

Is not sweet to be driving on well paved, well drained, tidy, and working environment.

Am not from their state, the only thing that link me and umahi is tribe, but i am not about tribe when it comes to leadership or progress.


If this is by merit, these are the two best leaders.
The reason even sanwo can't catch up is because umahi and zulum began putting visions
in order from day one. They didn't wait until Nigerians got wise on identifying good leaders, before they began acting.



God have molded these two exceptions for us, to lead us in the right path. It will be up to us to receive the blessings or thrash it.


Umahi and Zulum are a working progress, but if you notice, it is normal for them to pick the right team and also work tirelessly for the people. They are about a better Nigeria first before anything else.

May God continue to protect them and continue to fill them up with the wisdom and courage, needed to lift Nigeria from grass to grace.

The USA will overcome These trying times very shortly, when your foundation is solid, the rest is easy to rearrange.

These salary issue need to be addressed this year. It should have been addressed years ago.
Owing critical workforce should be a crime. Teachers, doctors, ekelebe, and pensioners, should not be owed their agreed salaries or payment.



I don't know, but this is not rocket science to figure out, normal questions are, "did the salary get approved? If yes, who is in charge of disbursement?


If 1000 people are owed 30000, that is 30,000,000 that someone or group of people are sharing monthly.
In Nigeria, the number of people owed are more, I'd say over 15000.

This is why you should put your house in order. Small and private investors just need electricity and a sane environment to thrive, so that the whole population will not be working for 18months without pay.

Let us use merit in our judgement. Oga Osibanjo is like Madam Ngozi iwela, na potential which might bear fruit dem be. Osibanjo- iwela ticket is not a bad ticket, but I think they would loose to Umahi - Zulum.

Canada is currently and was previously better than Nigeria, but all those benefits are not as rosy as they seem.




They have better equality than Nigeria; but when you get there, you will surely find out that most of those benefits are for Canadians mostly nationals, not foreigners. They pick better people that will contribute to their economy through effort and/skills, especially skills, as a correct society should do.

This is and should be illegal.

Even if ikpeazu was elected the king of the world before now or currently, he don't seem like he will achieve much.


A few problems in state leadership are:


The leaders are looking for allocation money to get rich and not really do projects. If they get 1 billion, they are steady thinking of how they can use 500million, because the other 500million will be treated like personal money.


That is why salaries and pensions are not paid. In one year, they might plan on paying for 3 or 4 months. The rest is between the admin head of the salary or pension distribution.

Other projects suffer the same fate.


Ikpeazu might be a great Nigerian by just being a creative civilian, who can create jobs for people due to his wealth and/or business acumen if he has one, I haven't seen a sign on this yet. As far as leadership of Nigeria is concerned, his vision, actions, and results so far, are there for people to see. He is either incompetent or something. He don't have any advance vision for his state, talk less of Nigeria.



I don't rubbish anyone that is trying, but ikpeazu is not one of them. A wise person once said, "don't mistake movement for achievement" because you might just end up doing number 8, especially if that ain't what you want.



Only a handful of current leadership positions understand their responsibilities and have a vision. We haven't even spoken about gotten to the level of understanding events.


A leader is supposed to have an idea of all careers and have or try to have an understanding of how to make careers successful where they lead.
