FamilyRe: Woman Speaks In Tongues As Her Son Returns To Nigeria After 13 Years In US by vioment: 4:20pm On Dec 31, 2020
This is real emotions on both sides.

America is a very great place, but survival no be here. In fact, To survive abroad no be beans. Na who go dey know. Especially when you dun reach 15years for Nigeria before you travel. No be small thing, wetin dey sup for street. For South Africa, Yankee, Europe, Asia, India, Argentina, carribeans, etc. No be say every naija dey suffer, but forget, the stress no be here. And to go back naija again wey na mainly environment be your hindrance; abroad na the system be your hindrance to fight.

Hopefully Nigeria Will grow to become a sane place to survive in 2021. So that the energy of split life hustle will become one life hustle in Nigeria.

I hope things are straight to the point in Nigeria.

To go to one place to handle administrative things like paperwork.

Only in Nigeria can somebody need an agent to help register a car; and you won't have a way to prove it is legally registered.

PoliticsRe: Sanwo-Olu To Appoint SSA On Disability Affairs by vioment: 6:06am On Dec 31, 2020
On another thoughtful note,

Gov sanwo should have known that ramps in state owned places is one way, then feeding, and health care ( basic or advanced).

I hope he knew these things and not just do instinctual moves; Because that is not a sign of an on point leader. On point leaders analyze situations with wisdom. That is one of the main reasons I like Gov umahi, except for a very few instances. Maybe being an Engineer is helping umahi, ebonyi, and Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Sanwo-Olu To Appoint SSA On Disability Affairs by vioment:
Oga Sanwo is really cleaning up administratively.

Oga Umahi and Oga Zulum, need dey creative in those dept in 2021.

Umahi more so, because Zulum will be giving bh the check mate.

I already know umahi is silently doing these administrative straightening tinz.

It will be nice to look for many good sensible laws in Nigeria, Africa, in fact, around the world. And apply them to your state, while doing physical effects simultaneously. This is how to create impact.

Sanwo will need to do way more than administrative effects sha. I can see he wants to turn things and his image around which is a good thing for him, Lagos, and Nigeria. The more good leaders, the better.

Advice to Umahi and Zulum, don't let up pressure on your good works. Keep accelerating real leadership in Nigeria.

Sanwo is really looking like a third leader overall. And with Lagos finances, he can be impactful with some thoughtful infrastructure and maintenance. I just hope he will be wise in his scale of preference, when choosing infrastructure projects. He really showed his priorities when he chose, and built a bridge to nowhere, instead of the prioritizing railway (freight first, then passenger next); so that he won't be wondering why the wharf and containers are causing traffic in Lagos.

In the big picture, Lagos can make money from rail, and even borrow or invest for a percentage in other state.

Good luck to the leaders with good intent in 2021. May the bad ones catch the new strain of covid in a bad way. God Pass devil.

PoliticsRe: Apapa Gridlock: Lagos To Takeover Presidential Taskforce's Operation by vioment: 4:40am On Dec 29, 2020
I think the physical infrastructure for such operation is a 45% factor;
- the physical size is small

- the organization and flow of containers and ships is not planned properly

-better container yards or storage (not supposed to be lined up on the road.

Then the accountability factor is at 45% of the whole issue in my
- too much slowing down of paper work, sometimes with the intent of frustrating the customer to pay more.

- too analog (paperwork instead of computer work); paper work can still do the job but it is not planned properly almost like container movement.

-handling of goods

- many subpar action

Solutions should be

to have a one or a few places to pay for container services (import or export)

to have continuous trainings on planned ways of operation

To have a better computer system
(Lol..... Electricity go show us how far on this)

To have better trained agents, or have the main owner, or one person that the owner approves, do the follow up of the goods/container. I don't think a person that has some goods in a container, but not the owner, should be in there.

More tech and physical security of goods

Etc

And more better ways.

Nice 1.

Oga Obj and Abacha, were the most gallant Nigerian #1s.

Oga Obj was also a very good international representative as Nigeria #1.

Economics, security without much force, education, electricity, healthcare, and more, were F9 in my score book.

Oga Obj would have gone to all the hot spots several times by now, I won't be surprised if he slept in the same camp with the security people in those places.

On international arena, him and oga abacha, know how to show Nigerian power in the African neighborhood. For out of Africa, Oga obj, knows how to work world powers and jam their heads for Nigeria's favor. A skill that many before and after him don't have.

On the international scene, I give Oga Obj a B+. He would have gotten an A1, if he jammed their head and work them with the intent of bringing the theoretical knowledge and the physical workings of electricity to Nigeria with the same energy as cell phones.

In terms of security, he preferred maximum physical force, more than mind tactics with minimal force.

Those of Oga obj and all these number 1s era, were really borderline ganstas. Them dun rule naija since them dey 19 years old dey come. I see Ojukwu and gowon age, I no believe am.
PoliticsRe: Cardinal Onaiyekan: Nigerians Will Be Happy To Have A Government They Trust by vioment:
It is possible and very achievable in a short time, when serious.

Several things like night vision, ekelebe car cameras, communications, flying crafts (physical and computerized), road side cameras at strategic places, ekelebe training (community and tactical styles), ekelebe pay raise.
This can be accomplished in year one.

Then, when we mature or perfect that aspect, we can expand on fingerprinting, which should really be part of the year one start up, if there is an above level of seriousness.

Regardless of all these, electricification need to be a top priority. It will be wise to do a four prong approach: electricity, ekelebe/all security, and education (no matter what, teachers should not be owed), and then medical staffs should not be owed - that way we can have basic survival setup and then gradually upgrade technologically in a wide reaching way, all in the 2nd and 3rd years.

These things can be configured in many ways, while still being able to maintain roads, rail, cargoes, sanitation, etc.

Na determination and the passion to try for Nigeria, na im be koko.

EducationRe: Afe Babalola: 'Nigerian Graduates Are More Dangerous Than Illiterates' by vioment: 8:29pm On Dec 23, 2020
He is speaking facts.

I don't think that he meant English alone.

When I stayed in America for two years, I noticed that even the less educated were on point with pronunciations and had confidence when they spoke.

As for education in Nigeria, it has gone so low that before covid, employers were complaining about unemployable graduates.

The 1970 Nigerian leaders began that rot, and the late 80s to now, have perfected it.

Secondary schools are now 80% failed, universities are 97% tampered results and produce very watered down graduates. When you compare the environment for most educational institutions sef, even my dogs will not want to so anything in there, after one minute.

Even elementary schools are becoming undependable.

Enough blame to go around, beginning with all the failed leaders since 1965; then the sorting or bullying parents; then the teachers/lecturers payment ( every month story of how them go owe them); then the people that make the school function like maintenance, boarding house cooks, security, and cleaners; etc

Nigerians have shot themselves in the foot, knees, and hands; and have done so multiple times; that it is now crippled in that sector.

We elected, aided and abetted saboteurs; that only know how to take national money for account padding to the detriment of the nation.
Make I stop here, e dey pepper me for body.

ESN, amotekun, arewa, hisba, etc are not solution groups yet.

May they get wisdom and individually offer hopeful and progressive ideas, so that Nigeria and West Africa will stop being pressed to travel to survive.

Central African Republic is tightening their relationship with Russia, what do you think will happen when that relationship gets even stronger; around Nigeria, all these other siblings are partnering with big players for future good and maybe bad wishes , on top of that black SA is teaching most of West Africa how to disrespect Nigeria on all levels. It is only Nigeria that is moving in a kind of mumu and an unalert way.

We shouldn't strive for enemies, but our preparation suppose make neighborhood humble.

Until all these groups in Nigeria can compete on which group, can come up with a credible cure to covid and other diseases; and also come up with credible ways to solve, the electricity problem in an affordable way.

To all these groups, my advice is get a life. Be helpful to our progress.

I agree totally, but how can Nigeria get there?where do you start? More than half of Nigerians are corrupt to the core. Every Nigerian offers a brown evelope, demands for one or recieves one. You would have to overhaul the corrupt minsets of many Nigerians to begin with. Nigerians should begin by seeing fellow citizens as Nigerians not as people from other tribes that they must discriminate.
Chairman, you have said it all.

We need to look at each other as equals and partners. Like you said, our mindset needs to change for the better.

I don't think it can be changed by force, but equality rules/laws can influence it.

All leaders have to constantly encourage unity.

If you ask me how, and I begin tell you ideas of how, you might think am extreme like some of my homies around my way.

One idea I think, is that fg should own all lands. That means, all lands will be taxable depending on size. Am not saying fg should be all building landlord, but the land itself. That way, with time, a person will not feel so attached to a specific land or area. It will be more of staying somewhere for a reason like work, school, fun, or just rest of mind. All without too Mich worry.

I agree with you but religion and tribe will never take a back seat, I hear Nigerian politician saying shits like by the grace of God we will build hospital, i mean, come on!! Where are the funds meant to be for building the hospital?

Tribes and religion are the main things Nigerian leaders use during campaigns, most Nigerian vote for who ever belongs to their tribe or religious group, that is if the people's votes counts in Nigeria.
Chairman I take note.

I can't doubt these facts you stated; but I know that for us to grow, we have to purposely put them in the back seat.

Pass tribalism laws, discrimination laws, religious laws, etc

Am a hardcore Naijan, but if i do the current day way, am an igbo. So, since am igbo, and I discriminate against you through job, housing, or even curse you out loud, with evidence, I should be penalized very well. Same for others. It shouldn't even matter if I discriminated against against another igbo or not, I should be penalized, and that penalization should be more if I did that to another tribe.

Am not being too detailed now, but you feel my vibe.

Then just doing infrastructure that crosses and connects every so called zone. Having leadership from the best of each state to serve as ministers etc.

We have to purposely be mature in this things.

I used to be a hardcore tribalist until a light bulb was switched on by me in my head.
