Not AI generated. I watched most on 10 pm news on channels TV and TVC.

It's show of force. APC is demonstrating their national force.

Be quiet!!
Which yeye projection
Did the minister of finance not later come out to debunk the lie
Why then did the budget perform at a measly 30%
Stop advertising your ignorance
You talk from two sides of the mouth all the time. First comment was the relationship between meeting revenue projection and borrowing which I replied.

Next you shift to budget performance which is not related to the first issue that you raised. No further reply.

See how you're crying over an exaggeration
Your Tinubu claimed he met revenue target in August but still went to borrow
You still bow down and worship him
Ignorant! Ignorant!!
My budgeted expenditure is 10 billion.
My projection is 6 billion revenue.
Deficit budget of 4 billion.

Question ❓
If I meet my projected revenue of 6 billion, will that stop me from borrowing 4 billion to meet my budgeted expenditure of 10 billion??

Very intelligent and strategic guy. He already has a plan behind every move he makes, unlike the drug cartel leader we have that depends on borrowing from left, right and center.
You were inviting Trump to Nigeria to come and do to Nigeria what he did to Venezuela. Are the Venezuelans better of or worse of now?

Vote tinubu in peace

All this talk of all politicians being the same won't fly

No human with functional brain can say Obi and tinubu are the same... Not possible
Of course Obi's head is empty. He said that he wanted to be a trader like his parents but his parents wanted him to go to school. In obedience without desire he chose a course that he considered easy which should run for four years. It took him six years to finish and he still made third class. That's why he doesn't understand the meaning of climate change and green energy. I have never heard him speak technically about economy and finance. President of Federal Republic of Nigeria is not the same as Anambra state governor. Macro and micro economy is not the same as warehouse economy.
PoliticsRe: I Persuaded Peter Obi To Greet Tinubu At Pope Inauguration At Vatican - Fayemi by Vision101(m): 12:55am On May 23
Image123:
What an incredible achievement. So Obi was so dull he needed to be begged and given reasons to greet his country's president. In the Vatican for that matter.
Obi and my people play politics of bitterness. That's the truth. In any other part of Nigeria people are at liberty to support any party of their choice. In Igbo land it's a crime. You are efulefu and sabo. Kenneth Okonkwo said it and it's true. During the days of PDP it was PDP or no party. If you belong to another party they will tell you that it's wrong party.

The same thing with IPOB. You must not express a different opinion. Even if they are wrong you must not condemn.

If another Igbo man no matter how good comes out now to contest for presidency they will stone him. It must be Obi. And when we lose, we lose all and begin to complain how the ruling party that we rejected hates us.
PoliticsRe: Multiple Protests By Aggrieved APC Supporters, Aspirants Hit Jos by Vision101(m): 12:32am On May 23
Dogalmighty17:
Just drove past the NDC office in Lafia, Nasarawa state. The premises is choked full of cars and people after 10pm this night. This is a party I'm not even sure had an office in Lafia few weeks back. I'll not be surprised if aggrieved aspirants from the APC port massively to the party.

If APC cannot even conduct primaries without rigging, is there anyone who believes they'll be able to partake in the general elections without massive rigging as well?
APC is large. Very large. The entire make up of NDC is equivalent to APC's one state. The national party leaders cannot be everywhere at the same time. There are bound to be events - beautiful and ugly. Have you not heard sitting senators and reps defeated? What can be more transparent? In Kwara State because of one day postponement the state governor's anointed candidate was defeated by least expected person.

In Adamawa there were 15 contestants for the governorship primary - did you hear that? One person won. APC's primaries are highly competitive. There are bound to be events. It's a replica of the old PDP. All others are mushrooms and for those afraid of competition.

PoliticsRe: Multiple Protests By Aggrieved APC Supporters, Aspirants Hit Jos by Vision101(m): 12:19am On May 23
THELATTERMAN:
Smart politicians like Obi should learn from the APC's primary elections. I strongly believe that if care is not taken, they might run the general election the same way they conducted their primary elections - nothing would be free and fair.
APC is the only party that is conducting true primary. Haven't you heard senators, reps and anointed candidates losing. Have you heard what happened in Kwara State governorship primary within twenty four hours? For almost two weeks now the entire nation is focused on APC primaries.

Have you been hearing anything like serious political primary in other parties? Obi can't survive in this level of competition. Are you aware that one unknown aspirant bought presidential form and refused consensus? Because of him APC will conduct presidential primary from ward, local government and state in all the 36 states to elect their presidential candidate. Can you hear that? Can you compare this to baby primaries of ADC and NDC?
BusinessRe: Naira Depreciates To ₦1,387/$ In Parallel Market by Vision101(m): 5:46pm On May 22
Lanruze:
With the huge Crude Oil receipts from the Oil Boom and budget benchmark price of $65 bpd Naira should average between N800 -N100 as at date.

I guess it's artificially being defended so the PFIs don't move their Eurobonds and OMO instruments to other countries. Once the Naira strengthens, the value of their investment diminishes as such posing a loss to the portfolio investors

If Nigeria currently produces crude of 1.4mbpd and enjoys over 30% improvement in global crude price above $100 then the Naira is definitely being defended.
This is what some empty heads that know next to nothing about macroeconomics but always tell us that they are the Messiah of Nigeria don't know. The last time that the reserves reduced but the rate steadied they went everywhere accusing the government of defending the naira.

Like you said here what the CBN is doing is managed-floatation. There are factors that are considered. The naira must not be too strong nor weak. I agree with you that in real terms the Naira is stronger than 1,30..... The reserves are back to 49.45.

PoliticsRe: NDC Constitutes National Selection Committee For Governorship, National Assembly by Vision101(m): 5:25pm On May 22
LagosOrigin:
NDC is more transparent and organized political party. Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso made the right move .

Now take a look at what's happening in APC primaries and you will see why the economy of our beloved country is in shambles.. we must get rid of APC if we must move forward as a nation.
The national size of NDC is equivalent to the size of APC in one state. In a large house what is happening in APC is expected. I don't know if you were born in 1998 you would have known the level of politicking that took place in Jos during PDP presidential primary that produced OBJ. It was hitech politics. That's the challenge of size. It has its beauty too.

The responsibility of the national chairman of APC is more than the responsibility of the chairmen of the other 22 political parties put together.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu: Fuel Subsidy, FX Cabals Behind Nigeria’s Security Crisis by Vision101(m): 1:09am On May 22
Racoon:
And who is in charge of both menace? Who is involved in the fuel subsidy racketeering from Buhari time till date? Who is pardoning bandits, and allowing killer Fulanis running amok? The fingers points back to you.
Have you asked yourself:
For a long time in this country malams control fx freely on the streets even when it was illegal during military regime.

They dominate the bureau de change business.

Banks sometimes will not have but malams will have. In fact most bank managers have contact malams so that if there's huge request by his customers he will rely on the malams.

Where are they getting the fx from such that banks and end users cannot get from.

What is the benefit to the economy?

This has gone one regime after regime even in the military era and no government could dislodge them. Who are behind them?

Will these powerful people be happy and surrender if they just wake up one day and this source of financial power that has be on for ages is taken away from them?

Is there any government at first term that would to do this? Most will buckle on fear of losing second term. Is there anything that this government would have lost if they continue patch patch economic management as others have done just to look good in the eyes of the people.

The truth is that opponents know that they can't be this brave to do this but politics will make them say different thing.

I will wholly support any opposition that will put it down as covenant that from day one they will reverse all the reforms that this regime did. Let us see how Nigeria will look like.

Gbadugbakun:
What is wrong with this man. Is it by force to open shop. If I choose not to open my shop on Monday or any other day, how is it his business?
Where markets locked up on Mondays before now? What led to the closing of markets on Mondays? Traditionally the formal sector operates Monday to Friday while the informal sector operates Monday to Saturday. If you use Mondays as work-free it means that in the south east the work days are 4 days for the formal sector and 5 for informal sector.

= 4 lost days per month × 12 months = 48 lost days per annum. Quantify this and you will see the effect on the GDP of the south east. Self-inflicted pain.

Don't worry. It will go round. Time is a gentleman. This arrogance was nowhere to be found barely 3 years ago. It will be gone in a little while. Better make the most of it.
Why are you turning round now. I have been reading your conversation all along. Something that is as clear as day you said that it's not provable in law. When security agencies advise you that you have a right to remain quiet and whatever you say can be used against you. You think that it's joke.

What did the government do wrong here. Even in advanced nations, is it not a crime to illegally tape security conversations. Arrogance brought Elrufai here. He thought that he can do anything and say anything and nothing will happen to him. He doesn't no Tinubu. A made who can take difficult decisions that can cost him his second tenure is the person that you are daring.

I have watched him several times. Each time he says these things and they ask him how he falls flat. Obi is just a trader and an accidental leader. That's all. Not thorough breed. There is nothing in that head grin grin

Everyone that says the truth and refuses to follow the path of blind hatred and condemnation is an APC supporter. I pray that your Obi or whosoever that you think will do the magic will take over in 2027 and we will be alive to witness the magic with the other components of the federation doing nothing.
PoliticsRe: 2027 Election: Any Politician That Wants To Win Must Align With APC – Basiru by Vision101(m): 1:25pm On May 19
bewisemasses:
One issue I have with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is that he prioritizes politics over governance. He has displayed that many times.

Last night, I watched Governor Seyi Makinde's press conference after a security meeting with service commanders and heads of security agencies in the state on the Friday morning kidnapping incident in Oriire LG of Oyo State.

He confirmed one killed, seven teachers, and an unknown number of students abducted.

We are talking about young children. I couldn't stand watching the video of the elderly people crying, begging for their relatives’ release.

This morning made it the third day since the incident occurred, and nothing from the Presidency yet. Not even a statement.

Even the President's spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, chose to repost a political article ‘Seyi and his 2027 gamble’ yesterday. Agbalagba toh sey lagba lagba.

Instead of the president visiting, or inviting GSM to Abuja for a briefing, he chose to host Otunba Gbenga Daniel last night over Ogun state politics.

I'm not sorry to say: We don't have a sensitive, empathetic, and responsive leader and these are important qualities of a good leader!
When you become president make sure that you visit every village that people die. Who is the chief security officer of Oyo State? Is he not supposed to coordinate things and brief the president?

When banditry is rampant in Kwara State and Oyo shares forests with Kwara, what preemptive step did the governor take? He was busy up and down about PDP politics. When his ineptitude shows up you blame the president. One of the reasons for relative security calm in Lagos state is because a security trust form was set up from the days of Tinubu. The private and public sectors contribute money to it. That's why the security agencies are funded more beyond federal provision. What are the other governors doing? What is their strategy?

Face the question and answer direct; not all these big big economical jargons you're throwing around.
People who have shown zero accountability and prudence in managing small VAT, Stamp Duty, Oil Revenue, Foreign Exchange WILL? all of a sudden start becoming prudent because the citizens are now paying 30% tax?
Read again my first reply. We have a right to demand accountability but are we going to say that we will not fulfill our duty of paying tax until they account? My take is pay but demand accountability not just from the center but from the subnationals as well. Unknown to many the impact of corruption and lack of accountability at the subnationals effects us more because they are in charge of our microeconomy.
