Why them dey reject us like this? We dey attach them to ourselves but they just dey detach. We claimed that Jonathan na one of us. We even fought for him pass his Ijaw brothers but the man no identify with us. During the campaign for 2023 election we said that Wike is one of us but the man rejected the tag. Why why why. Are we begging people to be part of us?

Of exactly what importance is he to Igbos?
With all the revrnue money in Rivers State, he refused to fix Aba - PH express. Alex Otto had to fix it.
Which Alex Oti? Everything is not hype.

No

Pretending these scandals don’t exist doesn’t make them disappear. A fake council using forged documents from your Chief of Staff’s office secures CBN accounts, budget allocations, and federal secretariat space, and your response is “investigate later”?

This is not governance. This is enabling. You came promising to fight corruption, yet every week another racket surfaces inside your administration, unrecorded spending, shadow agencies, and now this brazen PFIPC fraud.

The more you look away or kick the can down the road, the more you discredit your entire anti-graft stance.Nigerians are not fools. Either you’re complicit, or you’re too weak to stop it. Either way, history is watching.

Clean house now, or own the legacy of another administration that talked tough but protected its own. The choice is yours. But the shame is becoming national.
Who blew the lead? The same government. Not opposition. Not the press. It means that such had happened in previous regimes but this regime brought it to the public. If the government had wished they could have covered it up and you and I wouldn't have known this.

Let's give them credit while await the outcome of the investigation. The target might not be Nigerian money but foreign governments and entities while presenting themselves as genuine Nigerian agency.

This is not a construction contract that secondary
This is a future tax agreement , it was agreed and sealed years ago

You can’t break such contracts without fines especially when MTN has done their part
My brother I'm a chartered accountant. I didn't want to say it. I know what I'm talking about. A tax credit is like a voucher that is only drawn on. The contract is between the construction company and FG. FG supervises and approves IPCs. MTN only pays and deducts the amount from their tax liability. Right to supervise, maintain quality standards and terminate the contract is reserved by the FG. Where there is no approved IPC MTN cannot pay and they will claim no tax credit.

PoliticsRe: 2027 Election Is Between Nigerians And Tinubu’s Govt – Peter Obi by Vision101(m):
chatinent:
Before a sitting president like Tinubu allows another to overtake him, he would rather see Nigeria burn than concede defeat
Realistically who will defeat him? Obi with a rag tag party? Atiku with a party in confusion? Obi is not even preparing for election. He's just on social media and ARISE TV everyday talking. PBAT and his team are at the background preparing.

When they formed their coalition they celebrated and made so much noise. Their supporters said that it was over for APC. When PBAT and APC hit them with defections they accused them of offering billions to force the defectors.

When the naivity of their forming coalition and buying over parties without due diligence hit them through multiple court cases they accused PBAT of stifling opposition and turning Nigeria to one party country.

Now PBAT and APC are busy preparing for election and the opposition is busy playing to the gallery. When the results roll in they will shout rigging.

All the off season elections are not being used by them to test their strength. Just noise all the time.

Who is NDC chairman abeg? Who are their governorship candidates. We only hear of Obi and Dickson.

You guys are weird

We should praise him for not canceling a project and paying heavy fine ?

We Igbos n you people are not the same sha we are totally different
Which heavy fine? I'm sure that you don't know how construction contracts work. I was in the industry as a senior worker for seventeen years in a foreign construction company. I know the industry and the mode of contracts like the back of my hand. All abandoned contracts tell me which one attracted fine?

You miss it if you think that I'm not igbo but I think and behave differently.
TravelRe: Enugu-Onitsha Expressway – Before And After by Vision101(m): 6:13pm On Jul 18
mrvitalis:
This road reconstruction was not conceived by Tinubu administration
They didn’t award the contract
Tinubu government have not spend one kobo on this road yet taking credit

This is an MTN road done with a tax credit
Conceived and awarded by Buhari administration

Don’t get why Tinubu wants credit
Give credit to whom credit is due. In Nigeria succeeding governments inherit projects and abandon them. Tinubu could as well have cancelled the tax credit to MTN. A tax credit is not cast on stone. The government can cancel it, measurements of work done to-date will be done and evaluated and MTN will be allowed to claim only that and the work will be abandoned.

Why are you refusing to give credit to Tinubu? I thought that you said that Tinubu is Buhari and Buhari is Tinubu? For all that went wrong in Buhari's government you used to say that Tinubu hoisted Buhari on Nigeria. That Nigeria became hell since APC took over. Why the separation now because the story is positive?

Is it clear to him now that the pains of today is because we neglected to do what we ought to do some years back that would have come with little or no pain.

Then why does he so much hate a person that decided not to take the same easy route that past leaders took? The person decided that we can't continue this fake life. We either take all the pains now and do what we ought to have done some forty or fifty years back without pain or continue this pretence and eventually crash.

Or gift to current judges
Quarters for judges in service in Abuja. If they retire or are transferred they will have to vacate.
PoliticsRe: Judges Houses: Under What Law Are We Operating? - Falana by Vision101(m): 5:32pm On Jul 17

We shouldn't overlook that. I think he raised a very important issue: Why should the Federal Government be building houses for judges? Hmm.
With a system like this, we can't move forward, whether it's Obi, Tinubu, or Atiku.
Why should the executive build legislatures quarters? I'm asking you and Falana?

The executive builds quarters for ministers and commissioners. Builds quarters for federal and state legislatures. What is wrong in building for the judiciary?

We haven't heard Falana for awhile. He wants to make his usual noise.

They are rather running to town celebrating policies like subsidy removal, naira floatation, taxation, hike in WAEC fees, and calling it "bold reforms." Meanwhile, the lived realities of ordinary Nigerians is saying the opposite.
Sanusi spoke to governments in Nigeria. In your heart of hatred once you hear policy in a federation like Nigeria your mind goes to Tinubu in Abuja.

In developmental economics in a federation the center is responsible for creating broad policies while the states and local governments create specific policies. When a state receives huge revenue and waste it on white elephant projects would you blame the center?

Anyway I can under...... your moniker is Aminda. Your mind must be Aminda.

As Oseni complains that citizens don't trust government so are many discerning people don't trust his criticisms. You don't present yourself as someone that solely holds out to find faults and never sees anything good in a government and expect serious people to take you serious.

You have told us that there is an expenditure head in NNPC accounts that you assume to be for subsidy. If you are a good journalist and not a chochocho one you should go ahead and investigate the make up of the account head so that we will clearly know whether it has components of fuel subsidy or not. This is professionalism and not his brand of armchair journalism.

Think about it like this....
If you have $50.5billion in 2009,
Should you be having $51.85billion in 2026?

Is that growth?
You should ask presidents before now. Why didn't they build on what they inherited?

APC and wayo figure! Do they factor inflation into it?

Is $50.5 billion dollars in 2009 not far better than $51.86 billion dollars of 2026?
You should be asking yourself how come the last time we had it this high was 17 years ago?

Why did we have it low for the past 17 years?
What were the presidents in these years doing?
Why didn't they build on what they got in 2009?
What did the present regime do to bring it this high even with heavy investment in infrastructure?

I heard that net reserves are around forties from inherited mere $3 billion.

It's savings in foreign currencies that belongs to the country. It shows the capacity of the country to import or pay bills in foreign currencies. If it's low(uwahala don come). It means that the country has low capacity to pay bills in foreign currencies. It's one of the signals that shows that the economy is sick. Foreign investors will begin to avoid the country. It's more complex than this but this one don due.

Nigeria’s economic reforms are creating a paradox where financial markets and international investors are seeing a surge in equities and a stabilized Naira.
