Bendeco02: The game he meant is rigging.
Pride comes before downfall Not rigging. Have you ever heard of successful merger of political parties in Nigeria before APC? APC is the first and only one. Now Atiku and company want to copy Tinubu's textbook but they copied wrongly. They went for coalition and adoption. See the results now. Atiku and company should go and reread the script on how Tinubu survived OBJ's onslaught for eight years. That's why OBJ hates him badly. |

franchasng: He knows and he wants to change it for better.
He doesn't want to spend billions from his personal income to buy his way to Aso Rock because if he does that, he must find ways to recover the billions once he becomes President like Bola Tinubu did and has been doing.
The only way to change our politics for good is to reduce the influence on money and materialism so that elected officials won't have any reason to steal money after they are sworn into office.
It is the moneybag style of politics that we have been playing in Nigeria that makes our politicians very corrupt because they will definitely look for ways to recover the billions they spent to buy people's votes and support.
That is why I laugh at people that think Tinubu is leading Nigeria sincerely without dipping his hands into Nigeria's treasury after spending billions to buy the Presidential seat he occupies today Where is the money that people donated for the obedient movement that was used for Obi's 2023 election? The man wants to use other people's money but he doesn't want to spend his own shishi. |

By the way, how do we know that this list is authentic and not just randomly generated names? Proof dey? This is the problem with Nigeria. They will ask for the list and you will publish it. Next they will say that it's not real without a counter proof. Next they will say that it's selective and witchhunting once they see their tribal persons. Next they will say why jail their brothers. Are they the only ones? |
Politics › Re: Nigeria Poverty Hits 63% Despite Easing Inflation – World Bank by Vision101(m): 6:34pm On Apr 11 |
givedemwotowoto: Your argument is naive, you don’t even seem to understand the main point here which is the rate of inflation.
There is still inflation, prices are still rising, what FG is cunningly celebrating is a slow down in the rate at which prices are rising. That’s what they’re using to deceive folks like you. I am calling out their BS.
In cost-push inflation, inflation still exists, but demand affects the rate of inflation. Prices still continue to rise, but weak purchasing power slows down how fast they increase.
So there is still inflation (cost-push), but demand (weak purchasing power) is slowing the rate of inflation down. This your long explanation is not the issue. You said that the general rate of inflation went down because of weak purchasing power. I disagreed. Research on Nigerian inflation history without focusing on any particular regime. The traditional cause has in most cases been cost-push. This is why much of our monetary policy tools to fight inflation has been ineffective. Next time when you want to reply to a comment read very well the tone. Is it pure technical or defence of political entity? I wasn't defending the person that you hated so much. I was just expressing technical knowledge. |
Politics › Re: Nigeria Poverty Hits 63% Despite Easing Inflation – World Bank by Vision101(m): 2:21pm On Apr 11 |
givedemwotowoto: Inflation is reducing due to low purchasing power Technically what is the structure of Nigeria's inflation? FYI it is cost-push and not demand- push. I'm sure that you don't know this. Therefore your assertion here cannot hold. |

The only court that gives clear intrepretation and go direct is the supreme court, All other court are cash n carry market Okay..... supreme Court will still ask them to go back to high court and face their case. Mark my words. Before this time INEC would have closed receiving nomination forms. |

The appeal was to stop the case in FHC from escalating
The case never reach to go supreme court yet, please educate yourself Gombe asked for a restraining order. FHC said that they will not grant it behind Mark & Co. FHC asked them to appear to show cause why what Gombe asked for should not be granted. Mark and Co. rather than appear went on appeal to the Court of Appeal. Court of Appeal asked them to revert back to FHC. Costs were awarded against Mark &Co. Preservative and accelerated hearing orders were given. Mark &Co. rather than go back appealed against the Court of Appeal's decision to the Supreme Court. |

But Professor of Law, SAN cannot interprete status quo ante!
Very convenient to say ADC hijacked the party, wey convenient for every Tom, Diks and Harry to say opposition put your house in order..
But just obey the simple Appeal Court order. Teach the professor na. The same format that one cultist that was rusticated at UNN, traveled to UK and the only job that he could find is barbing at Brixton used. He said that the FHC judge doesn't know law but the same judge sentenced him to hot sokoto prison. What's the update on his appeal? tinubu is an excellent failure.
Those Islamic SW that have been churning out lies in the USA v Iran war have succeeded in attracting Trump attention to Nigeria. There are between 104 to 120 embassies and high commissions in Nigeria. Majority are in Abuja. Why are the others quiet and only America running? Obi will not think like this. Politics › Re: Nigerians Are Not Gullible - Keyamo Slams ADC Leaders Over Protest by Vision101(m): 11:27pm On Apr 09 |
reddingtonblack: I think why they quickly acted n took a misstep of " appeal" .. was the fear of Tinubu getting to know there was a crack becos they know he as pocketed the judiciary The appeal was a blunder, i feel they just wanted to silence that noise b4 Tinubu/wike hear and take imterest to widen the case
FIY! do you know that all leadership crisis that went to court, post judgement the court doesnt reconcile the party infact they tear party apart the more ..please verify
If ADC is afraid of court it is not out of guilty its from lack of trust in judiciary and knowing Tinubu/wike will intrude Then why did they go to court of appeal and now supreme court. Are they not courts? They don't want to face the substantive suit. Something must be wrong. |

If you can't move ahead of your adversary then you lack the ability to lead. Go and read the history of the formation of APC. What was thrown at them. Ofunaofu: The APC must be rescued from the grip of a notorious drug baron.
It has drifted far from what its founding figures Buhari, Ogbonnaya Onu, and others, envisioned: a truly progressive party. What we have now is a “grab it, snatch it, and run” operation that resembles a criminal gang.
Under Tinubu, the APC has become a party that shows blatant disregard for the rule of law, with the judiciary and legislature criminally captured, and the democratic space increasingly emasculated.
The APC must be rescued. Who are the founding fathers of APC? |

Go to court and argue this. The case is at the HC rather than appear Mark went to Court of Appeal. He has lost and ordered back to HC. Rather than go there he has headed to SC. What is he afraid of? A former SW president tried to go against the constitution to achieve a 3rd term ambition.
Imagine that it was the SE that did all these. Just imagine!! ADC should go to court and show all these papers. That's all. Why are they afraid of the court. The court of public opinion can be biased according to the individual's support but the court of law stands on the pillars of law. ADC ADC ADC go to court. Stop wasting your time. |
