Kwankwaso his running mate was former governor of Kano. His NNPP was in charge of Kano until recently. Obi should ask the questions to his running mate. Is he saying that his running mate lack capacity? Or has no track record?

The death of functional infrastructure is part of the reasons that you have low human development index. This has been neglected for decades and they were giving you subsidized life which is temporal.

PoliticsRe: Dangote Refinery: Fashola Says Lagos Discounted Land To Secure Investment by Vision101(m): 8:35pm On Jul 04
Kukutente23:
Ooh-ooh
Seems Fashola wants to be labelled the latest betrayer in town
It's either he didn't get the memo, read the script wrong or simply chose to go rogue!!
Is he trying to take credit for anything in Lagos from the Jagabandit now or what
After the bubble of claiming the land was given to the refinery for free was busted by Dangote himself, Fashola is now pouring more cold water on the hearts of zombies by claiming that Tinubu really had nothing to do with the siting of the refinery in Lekki but that it was simply a state execute council's decision led by him?
Fashola be careful oo. Na express you dey go o
Zone Bees will soon give you what you're looking for
There wouldn't have been LFTZ without Tinubu stopping the Lagoon from overflowing. The entire Ahamadu Bello Way, Oluwole Street where you have the state liaison offices and several were in danger then.

Impact is felt not explained!
When the prices of fuel and cooking gas went up Nigerias didn’t need anyone to explain it to them they felt the impact—- if your government is working, you won’t need images or graphics do illustrate to Nigerians that you are working. People will feel the change in their day to day lives.
Where are your governors getting the money to provide infrastructure and pay salaries regularly that they couldn't do before? This is just one of........
NYSCRe: New NYSC Uniform: Adire & Ankara Were Mere Examples - Minister Olawande by Vision101(m): 2:13am On Jul 04
AMINDA:
The NYSC is not a skill acquisition scheme. It's a call to service to enhance cultural integration, boost patriotism to the nation and foster unity in a diverse country that is the entity called Nigeria. It has been largely successful as many young Nigerians only get to leave their region during the scheme and develop a better appreciation for other cultures while purging themselves of long held stereotype. The affiliation with the military also ensures it remains detribalised as the military is one of the few remaining institutions in the country that is yet to be sectionalised. Again, the NYSC scheme is not broken. There's no need to drastically fix it and change it from its set objectives.

The original objective has been broken.

Back then corpers were compulsorily posted to states and tribes outside their own. Today majority resist it. How many from the south accept to be posted to the north and how many from the north that accepts to be posted to the south? They were posted to communities that lack manpower and to locations where their training are useful for the good of the country. The postings were not by choice. Today majority lobby to be posted to cities and states with job prospects. Some that are doing it to fulfill legal requirement bribe to be posted to their father's or uncle's company.

If the original vision that worked then is not working now why continue it? Why not review?
NYSCRe: New NYSC Uniform: Adire & Ankara Were Mere Examples - Minister Olawande by Vision101(m): 10:30pm On Jul 02
AMINDA:
He has folded already but he had to do so in a most dishonourable way. What's the point in denying he never said that when the video is publicly available for everyone to watch? The whole NYSC reform thing is unnecessary. Why fix what's not broken? This is just another misadventure like the change of national anthem.
He didn't say that he didn't mention adire. He tried here to explain the context and not that it's the chosen uniform.

NYSC is over due for reform. A scheme and philosophy that was created 53 years ago by the military with the post civil effects in mind definitely needs reform in the digital and entrepreneur driven society. Most graduates attend it because of the allawee and to fulfill the law. Remove these two and make it optional and you discover that the majority will not be interested.

PoliticsRe: Why APC Ditched Suswam, 25 NASS Candidates by Vision101(m): 3:03pm On Jul 02
AMINDA:
Buhari remains a better democrat than Tinubu will ever be.
Buhari was never a politician and democrat. That's why he couldn't win election until politicians helped him. See how the national Assembly headed by his party messed him up. Where has it ever happened? OBJ changed Senate presidents at will. Trump's party in Senate is holding his forth for him.

Buhari wouldn't have had the capacity to manage the present large APC. There were always crisis with their chairmanship position under him but under Tinubu it has been smooth transition.

b0rn2fuck:
everything will be reversed back once someone sensible get sworn in
Who is sensible? A scheme that was conceived 53 years ago under the military with military bias should follow the same pattern even when the conditions have changed? No modernisation?

FYI most people today undertake NYSC for the allawee and to fulfill all righteousness. It adds nothing to anyone.

Helping them by using them to make money? You don't know me. FYI I'm a public figure quietly touching lives without making noise. I don't appear dirty like this one that you are praising.
PoliticsRe: Verydarkman Tackles Adeboye Over Tinubu Comment by Vision101(m): 3:31pm On Jul 01
This dirty man that earns a living by making noise on social media and call it activism. He just wants to use Adeboye's name to trend and earn money. Unfortunately for him Adeboye doesn't need his validation. He's not looking for his vote nor money. Rant the much you can and it changes nothing in his life.
Foreign AffairsRe: Cut Petrol Prices Now, Trump Orders Retailers by Vision101(m): 7:57am On Jul 01
malali:

Since you asked, I’ll answer you clearly… YES, there is a difference. On an issue that affects every Nigerian directly or indirectly, it is only basic courtesy for the President to address the nation himself. He is the Commander-in-Chief. Yet he continues to be lackadaisical on critical national matters , hiding his head in the sand like an ostrich while things deteriorate.

Those making excuses for him are digging his grave. Insecurity, inflation, insane fuel prices, unemployment, and power collapse are all cooking together. When citizens who have been pushed to the wall finally come for his resignation, even before the next election, it will be too late to pacify anyone.Don’t underestimate desperate people.
What you wrote shows morbid hatred and nothing more. We are talking about fuel prices and you have vared into everything. It's not all presidents that appear on social everyday like Trump. Achievers talk less and work silently.
Foreign AffairsRe: Cut Petrol Prices Now, Trump Orders Retailers by Vision101(m): 4:37pm On Jun 30
cr7lomo:
And some people here were saying FG cant do anything about dangote fuel price...Nigerians are indeed finished...the smart ones no pass 5%
I'm a Nigerian and I'm not finished. Maybe you are. Trump didn't order price reduction because the market is deregulated. He simply said what Nigerian government has said. Trump can't enforce price change by fiat and so in Nigeria. This is what deregulation mean.
Foreign AffairsRe: Cut Petrol Prices Now, Trump Orders Retailers by Vision101(m): 4:31pm On Jun 30
malali:
Trump, who isn’t even contesting for re-election, personally came out on Truth Social to direct fuel retailers to slash pump prices immediately, warning them against gouging. He didn’t hide behind his Energy Secretary.

Yet here in Nigeria, the same man who doubles as Minister of Petroleum, and is busy eyeing re-election, has not uttered a single word as marketers exploit Nigerians despite crashing crude prices.

This is the same president whose only real energy is reserved for collecting foreign loans and spending them.

Insecurity killing people daily? Silence.

Inflation choking families? Silence.

No power, no jobs? Silence.

But petrol prices? Not a single official statement from his office. This lackadaisical, tone-deaf leadership is unacceptable. Tinubu should address Nigerians directly on this matter, not through proxies.
So the minister of state oil's statement is not from the government. USA doesn't regulate prices and Nigeria doesn't either. Is their any difference between an official of government making announcement after FEC meeting and the president making the same announcement. Fortunately hatred kills the hater and doesn't kill the hated.
PoliticsRe: Remain In NDC - Dickson Begs Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, Others by Vision101(m): 3:41am On Jun 30
Sheuns:
When there’s a pattern, it’s never coincidence.

All parties can’t suddenly start having internal issues.
Is this an internal issue? This is a fundamental issue. It bothers on registration. You took a logo that materially resemble that of a party that applied for registration before you. INEC advised you to change it. Rather than do so you decided to take INEC to court. Court ordered INEC to register you and INEC did. Another interested party went to the same court to say that the decision was made without considering them and the court reversed itself.

PoliticsRe: NDC Case Orchestrated, Filed Two Days After Peter Obi Joined Party — Rufai Oseni by Vision101(m): 3:21am On Jun 30
Macphenson:
Theres a reason why Mr. president post poned his trip the day Obi decamped to NDC. It's not just a coincidence. We are expecting more.

You have 36 governors with over 80% of the National Assembly members yet you are afraid of a free fair and credible elections.
So much for NADECO members.
Is Oseni a member of every party that Obi registers with or a journalist? Did NDC get their registration through the court order or not? Most cases involving political parties in Nigeria are usually dragged to the supreme Court. What makes this one different? NDC was asked to change their logo because it bears similarity to the logo of a party that had already submitted application for registration. Rather than do that they went to court.

Rufai's Obi didn't see the pitfall that the order of the court can be overturned hence the party wasn't directly registered by INEC. Rufai couldn't spot this early and advise his friend. The only sing song that they know for their negligence is to point fingers at government.
PoliticsRe: 2027: INEC Has Denied Us Access Code To Upload Names Of Our Candidates - NDC by Vision101(m): 9:37pm On Jun 28
Tenses:
Amupitan is partisan and highly tribalistic.

He's misfit to conduct the 2027 election.
You don't know what you are saying. A judgement has been given, wouldn't INEC wait for CTC so that their legal team can study it and advise them appropriately? Wouldn't it be confusion if INEC allows them to upload and later block them after receiving contrary legal opinion?
PoliticsRe: INEC Yet To Receive CTC Of Court Ruling Voiding NDC Registration by Vision101(m): 6:47pm On Jun 28
Skullminers1:
I keep asking this same question with no answer why Ebola Tinupoo is so afraid and scared of Peter Obi contesting Presidential election that he always desperately come after any party Peter Obi joined
And you are not asking the question of why Peter will never look before leaping. It is common sense that any party registered through court order will continuously have court cases bothering on registration until final adjudication by the supreme Court.

Peter has no brain. Just talk and talk. When the reality faces you guys then you begin to look for alibi.
PoliticsRe: I Am Ashamed’ – Joe Igbokwe Reacts To Backlash On Remi Tinubu’s Viral Advice by Vision101(m): 3:01am On Jun 28
Racoon:
Efulefu. Just to appear political correct, he has glorified his foolishness. Joe Igbokwe brain's have been used for cleaning gutters.

Hence he lacks empathy on the damage Tinubu's wife inhuman statement have upon the lives of the suffering citizens of this nation.
What inhuman?
A Nigerian couple relocated to UK, Aberdeen Scotland specifically. They discovered that their meat pie wasn't as spicy as Nigerian's. The wife started preparing Nigerian meat pie on small scale as side hussle and Nigerians around were buying. Later demand increased. She resigned her job even with her Masters degree and operated full time because she was making more money than being an employee. As demand increased the husband resigned and joined her. The husband too has a Masters degree.

Today producing and selling Nigerian meat pie is giving them more income than regular 9 to 5 job. The same couple wouldn't do this no matter how much it fetches them if they were in Nigeria.

When Dangote advertised for truck drivers position demanding a first degree Nigerians abused him and the country. The same Nigerians will spend millions for a masters degree abroad and will celebrate being truck drivers.

Even the JOE is a mad man. So after spending over 5 years to acquire higher education the best the president's wife could come up with is akara and kulikuli business.
Who did she give the advice to? Petty traders that she gave #50,000 grant. She simply advised them to use it and start small. Did she advise you to the meeting?
PoliticsRe: People Who Can’t Stand Peter Obi Behind Court Judgement – Party Secretary by Vision101(m): 7:03pm On Jun 27
Endinjustice:
Tinubu just want Peter Obi out of way at all costs because well meaning Nigerians are solidly behind Peter Obi
Who are the well meaning Nigerians?

The truth is that Nigerian elites are too bold in disobeying laws. They believe that they can put the law in their pockets. Fortunately politics is exposing them. Their fellow elites that do the same thing with them are exploiting the gaps to fight them in the courts.

How can you boldly steal intellectual property and claim that you are right. Of course the simplest excuse to buy the emotions of the ordinary people is to point fingers at the government.

PHIPEX:
So why are you and your shameful shameful candidate scared of a man you claim is no longer popular. It sounds daf^t for anyone to claim not to know the Aso rock is scared of Obi
No one is scared of Obi. Indeed Atiku stands a better chance to challenge PBAT than Obi. Obi is making noise all over the place and people had to give him back noise.

Have you ever heard of a presidential candidate that is not thinking of governors and legislatures that will work with him. So NDC will have a president without legislatures and governors? By 2031 history will have it that there was one noisy presidential candidate that never came close.

Borrow2222:
Every right thinking Nigerian knows that the APC is doing everything possible to prevent you from contesting in the 2027 elections.

Even with all the governors under his control, they are still afraid of PO.

What they don't even realize is that the more they try to disenfranchise you, the more people see that they are all scared of you.

If the APC is confident that they have performed well, according to the propaganda they dish out, why don't they allow a level playing field?

My view is that they should not, in an attempt to retain power, push Nigeria into anarchy.

The country is already tense and charged.

They shouldn't try their luck any further.
Stop chest beating and alarm raising. The elements that gave Obi the vote numbers in 2023 doesn't exist today. Obi is over rating himself. Look at all off season elections and judge him. Politics is structure and not online noise. Structures take time and resources to build. That's why in spite of the challenges of PDP they are still doing far better than all these online noise making parties.
PoliticsRe: NDC, Peter Obi's camp react To Court Ruling On party's "de-registration" by Vision101(m): 5:28pm On Jun 26
givedemwotowoto:
The desperation of the President to return to office through destroying opposition and vote buying is a recipe for disaster in 2027
Leave looking for someone to blame. NDC has been going through registration issues for a long time. Many people didn't know. Somehow Dickson got a favourable judgement from this court and his associates celebrated. If the same court now turns around to say that they were wrong, why accuse any person. Follow the court process to either win or lose.
