It's not about adviser. Oti is PBAT's man. That he's in LP is for political convenience. Just one call to Benjamin and he will quietly withdraw. The bottomline: Oti will win the governorship, APC will do very well in Abia in other elections. Obi will get leftover.

He overpriced himself and missed the opportunity to be part of APC. Is it not better for him to be a senator or minister under APC and position himself for 2031. He was putting up unrealistic demands to APC and they bluffed him. Before election, I expect that almost everyone (including those in villages) would have become familiarised with NDC as Obi's party.

You people and bandying 2023 figures. The dynamics are different. The endsars effect doesn't exist. The Emefeli factor is no longer in the picture. Overall your Obi will not get half of the votes that he got in 2023. If he gets anything near it, it will be Kano votes which are not spread. Prepare your mind now and don't come and disturb with "we won the election" without proof. I have given all the facts to you.

No sir. I'm a landlord and an igbo. After a lot of sad experiences I have issued instructions to my lawyer that I don't want any igbo man in my house. If he has to be he must be well educated and hold a corporate job.

No trader. No abi business man. I lived in part of Lagos that is Igbo dominated. I saw first hand the behaviour. I'm now a landlord and I have my direct experience. That is not to say all my people are bad tenants but majority are. The traders and the so-called businessmen are the worst. My lawyer is evicting one. Her notice expires 31st May.

In many cases, people leave because of poor pay, no growth path, toxic work culture, or feeling undervalued. And if someone is threatening you after gaining experience, that’s a separate character issue not a reason to stop developing people entirely.

Also, bonding employees for years can backfire. Most talented people won’t agree to being tied down unless there’s a strong incentive attached (sponsorship, certifications, relocation support, etc.). Even then, forcing retention rarely builds loyalty.

I think this approach is better:
- Hire people with good character and willingness to learn
- Create clear expectations from day one
- Pay fairly as they grow
- Build systems so your business doesn’t depend on one person
- Make your workplace good enough that people want to stay

Because the real risk isn’t training people and losing them. It’s refusing to train people and being stuck with mediocre talent forever.

I will rather hire good expertise, pay well and have instant value added than gamble with the youths of today that wants to live big overnight.

Therefore no politician that is serious with contesting 2027 election that will not take action. The transfer season has days left.

Therefore the likely destinations for transfers from ADC will either be LP or NDC. It has nothing to do with Obi.
