After the expireration of the time given by Guangzhou authorities many Nigerians are still unable to leave. They plead for more time to be given . ln a meeting last week with the landlords, there was a request that they plead to  authorities to give about ninety days  before the proposed crack down of illegal immigrants.

Foreigners, mainly Nigerians staying illegal in Guangzhou China has been given till the 20th of this month to leave or face jail term.
ln an announcement by the authorities on the 5th of this month in Canaan shopping area Baiyun district Guangzhou China,where most Nigerians has their shops and offices those without valid papers were informed to leave on or before the above date.

The primary cause of piles is chronic constipation and other bowel disorders. The straining in order to evacuate the constipated bowels, and the pressure thus caused on the surrounding veins leads to piles. Piles are more common during pregnancy and in conditions affecting the liver and upper bowel.

Other causes are prolonged periods of standing or sitting , strenuous work, obesity, general weakness of the tissues of the body, mental tension, and heredity.

A lot of anorectal problems, including fissures, fistulae, abscesses, anal melanoma or irritation and itching, also called pruritus ani, have similar symptoms and are incorrectly referred to as hemorrhoids.

Hemorrhoids are usually not dangerous or life threatening. In most cases, hemorrhoidal symptoms will go away within a few days.

Also note that many people have hemorrhoids, and hemorroidial radiation, not all experience symptoms. The most common symptom of internal hemorrhoidial radiation is bright red blood covering the feces (hematochezia), on toilet paper, and/or in the toilet bowl. However, an internal hemorrhoid may protrude through the anus outside the body, becoming irritated and painful. This is known as a protruding hemorrhoid.

Symptoms of external hemorrhoids may include painful swelling or a hard lump around the anus that results when a blood clot forms. This condition is known as a thrombosed external hemorrhoid.

In addition, excessive straining, rubbing, or cleaning around the anus may cause irritation with bleeding and/or itching, which may produce a vicious circle of symptoms. Draining anal mucus, produced by the dentate line may also cause itching.

Although piles develop from inside your anal canal, they can hang down out of your rectum. They are graded as follows.

* First degree piles are swellings on the inside lining of your anal canal. They may bleed but can't be seen from outside the anus.
* Second degree piles are larger and stick out (prolapse) from the anus when you have a bowel movement, but return on their own afterward s.
* Third degree piles are similar, but hang out from your anus and only return inside when pushed back in.
* Fourth degree piles permanently hang down from your anus and you can't push them back inside. They may become extremely swollen and painful if the blood in them clots.
* External piles are swellings that develop from below the anal cushions. They can be more painful than the other types of piles.

Other causes of lumps around the anus can include a sentinel pile, which is the painless skin tag that develops when a crack in the anus (an anal fissure) heals up.
