We were waiting for President Buhari to come and commission a street in Lagos (Ago, road) that Fashola started over 5 years ago. Ambode has completed the road and wants the president to come and commission it. That's very good. I hope in the next one year, Buahri will start commissioning FG projects in Nigeria. But why is the man not coming in person? Maybe because it's going to be a short flight. He's used to China, Saudi, London, France long distance flight. In case he actually has ear infections, let him get well soon. The journey is still far for ear infection to disturb. |
I'm not Amechi's fan but I know Buhari's men would want to be everywhere in this govt. Well, that's what you get when you betray your people. Let them settle their differences. |
This thread is open to all repentant ZOMBIES to openly denounce all .............. it's not just going to be "NO". We won't accept that. It will be like this: "I Zombie...........(insert name), hereby denounce .......... In another news, Nigeria will not remain like this. One day, we shall all rejoice. God bless Nigeria. |
The issue of electricity is one thing that will Nigerians understand how incapable this government is. Let's be honest, how did it happen that immediately Buhari won election, there was light all over but it slumped within a short period of time. It simply means they met an achievement on ground but could not sustain it. Yes, Fashola and Buhari destroyed what GEJ handed over top them, improved power supply. Did you remember the terrible flooding that affected about 19 States during GEJ, including "FOOD BASKETS" of Nigeria, yet 3 lumps of tomatoes were not sold for N500. Food was available all through his tenure. For security, he tried. The Northern elites didn't allow him to crush Boko Haram at elementary stage until it was a big issue, they wanted to stop him then because they were killing only Christains. By then, "an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the North". But when they started killing Notherners, GEJ became a waek president. The issue is, GEJ didn't get enough support from some factions in Nigeria, Notherners wanted him out by any possible means just to have a Nothern president. So, they did everthing within their power to frustrate his gvt and get him out. Today, we have a Nothern president. I wish things will get better for us, for the sake of our children and peace loving people of Nigeria. As Buhari as a president, I don't agree he's the best thing that happened to us. GOOD MORNING NIGERIA. |
gretblue:I'm not being mischievous, from Wharf to CELE has been fixed. Don't argue that, except you're a stranger in Lagos. Let's be factual. That's inflated. that road cannot cost billion. I ply the route daily and will be happy top see it fixed, not with fraud. |
From CELE bus stop to Oshodi N5b. This road is less than 2km. That's another corruption. |

I will be happy if the animals called Boko Haram will be wiped out. But for somebody to bring up some useless pix as a template to judge the two administrations is not necessary. Jonathan benefite nothing from the reign of BH, he wanted to deal with them but Nothern elites saboutages his effort. Even some media were at the fore front of the propoganda. If what the army is doing to BH under Buhari is no longer "attack on the North", fine. But that shows why some persons don't believe Nigeria is one. Let the comparisons continue. |
It sounds indefinite. What exactly will they be importing? They buy our oil in Yuan and sell in dollars? I pray it works out for us all. God bless nigeria |
This stuff is too cheap to be here. Everybody knows is 2 except those with visual challenge. Next JAMB question pls. |
Buhari-in-waiting
If that's a joke, it's too expensive. Don't wish anybody death, God gives and takes. |
I never knew we still have NLC in this country. But why have they kept quiet when we have no fuel and light in the country? Why have they kept quiet as over N30b was voted to ministry of info in 2016 budget? Why have they kept silent over 2016 Budget of Fraud? Why did they keep quiet when Buhari sacked VCs and replaced them with those from almost same region? As for the senate, it's a deal with the executive. What they saw in the budget was a huge scam and they're taking advantage (thief no de catch thief). That's why they were removing and inzerting figures. Such has never happened before. The intire system is corrupt. They write budget, they still buget, they re-write it, they pad it, they pass it, they want to have a deal for 2016 budget by april 2016. That aside, if N35m suv is what they will use in the next 4 years and deliver well, let them be. I also expect that they get it @ normal company price with the supplier not making abnormal profit. Nothing is wrong with that. But if it's to cruise on suvs without doing anything for us, God will judge them. One funny thing is that, if they return the vehicles, NLC will not follow up and know the end. In all, I urge the NLC to monitor the whole system, not just the senate. |
It was like a mirage but it happened. I still sheever each time I rmeber it. That was BMW 5 Series (3.5) @ 210km/h. Ore to Ijebu-Ode. Left Asaba 6:50am and got to Lagos 10:15am (3hrs/25mins). Won't try such now. |
If you've done proper wheel balancing and alignment, the problem might be tyre. One of your front tyres is bad, if not the two. It happens when a tyre jumps thread (the surface of the tyre is not even any longer). You don't nitoce it much when you're on lower speed. Meanwhile, it dangerous because un-even friction will definitly result in tyre burst. I had the experience twice. The first time I was on 120km/h when the right tyre burst. The second time when I notice it, I replaced the tyre and after some hours it exploded in the booth (on it's own). So, go to a good Vulcanizer to remove to tyres and find out the one that is faulty. May God protect you as you drive. |
I thought they said there was no such name in the police force. God help us |
The guy is not to blame. It's Loui Van Gal's fault. |
They didn't say anything about Buhari's Economic policies. Well, we are watching |
Does this mean the next foreign currecy for us is Yuan? Well, I'm not an economist but this Govt should be very careful. I don't want to say Buhari isn't good but sidelining the dollar is like economic suicide. Is this FTC |
This your Chrysler 300 iz nice |

We've prayed for Francis Umeh's release and we believe God will save him. |
It's 2, 3 and then 1. Trafficating does not give you right of way. So 3 and 1 should hold on for 2 to go. Meanwhile, the driver entering a high way (1) from adjoining road must be sure the road is clear before he enters, that's why 3 must go first. But in Lagos, anybody can go 1st as long as you can abuse others. Lol |
Eye service!!!!!! Papers he submitted to nass without reading it first |
Jonathan had a good vision but lacked to will-power to implement them. I advise Buhari to look into these visionz and implement them, though they may seem so bogous. But if that is all he can achieve with non-compromised fight against corruption, it's ok. Just like he has done With TsA. Let him finish Lagos-Ibadan Rd, shagamu-Ore, Abuja-Kaduna rail, 2nd Niger bridge, etc. Note: I didn't APC should finish what PDP started, I said Buhari and Jonathan. |
tucky200:Must she leave money for you and your party? Let your people go and source for money. How much did Buhari leave in 1985? I bet you, any day Buhari resigns or steps aside oil price will go up without delay. I hated Jonathan's govt cos of massive corruption but Buhari has got no idea. |
jejemanito:They're are helping Buhari to distract us from their failure. For me, anything that is not about the availability of fuel, forex and light isn't helping matters. |
If Oga at the Top is using NEPA Bill as his certificate, who knows what that one is using. What we need now is fuel even if they have to bring it from Gongola, no problem. Let Fashola hold light, we don't mind. God Bless Nairalanders |
blackpanda:What is selfish about that? Can't you reason for once? |
Waoh!!!!!!!!!!!! That's incredible. |
When is Baba going to China? |
