Suspected yahoo boy reportedly brutalized for crushing at least four people to death in Ondo State

A big boy identified as Temitope Oluwaseun Olorunfemi aka Newcash, has reportedly passed on after being beatin by an ængry môb in Ondo State.

It was gathered that the awful incident happened along Ijomimo junction, Ijoka road, Akure, on Monday, April 10. It is reported that Temitope had driven r£ckl£ssly on the road and in the process, k#lled at least four persons.

A source reports “The yahoo boy was driving a Toyota car along the road and suddenly skidded off his lane to cr¥sh the victims who were on commercial motorcycles.”

The source noted that immediately the acc#dent happened, some sympathizers rushed to the scene and accosted him. “They found some fetish items including a live tortoise, a snail, a little casket, and some used panties in his car. The irate residents interrogated him and he confessed that he was ordered by his spiritualist to k#ll at least 16 people in order to become wealthy.

The revelation infuriated the eyewitnesses who b¥rnt his car and b£at him till he passed out. They rushed all the d£ad victims to the mortuary and left him to rôt in the gutter,” the source added.

AAUA graduate stabbed to death over N1,000 debt

A recent graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba, Akoko (AAUA), in Ondo State, has been st@bbed to d£ath by an alleged indigene during an argument over N1,000 debt.

The deceased, simply identified as Temitayo, was stabbed with a pair of scissors in the early hours of Thursday, April 6, in Akungba area of the state.

It was gathered that he was rushed to a hospital where he later succ¥mbed to his injuries. He was still in the school waiting to defend his undergraduate project.

An anonymous source who spoke with Peoples Gazette said Temitayo had intervened in a naira payment dispute between an “Egbon Adugbo” and a third party, where he promised to settle the bill for the latter.

“A guy (the third party) was owing them money and he told them (the perpetrators) that he will help the guy to pay the money to avoid drama. So he paid N3k out of the N4k and couldn’t raise the last N1k.

So they started disturbing him and he said they should stop disturbing him that he did not owe them that he only rendered a help and this afternoon (today) a guy came into the villa.

As usual they acted as Egbon ADUGBO to collect money. So he said he can’t give them, which led into an argument as if they’d meant to deal with him … and they came from nowhere to st@b him after a lot of arguments and they scattered the villa with bottles and spoiled our gate,” the source said.

I raped and killed a 32-yr-old lady because she refused to sleep with me — Choirmaster

A 29-year-old choirmaster has narrated how and why he r@ped and killed a 32-year-old lady, identified as Ruth Yakadi Bako, in Jos North LGA of Plateau State.

Ruth was said to be returning from her workplace when she was accosted, st@bbed, r@ped and her properties carted away by the a$$ailant on Saturday night, December 10, 2022. Her corpse was found near a car wash in the Farin Gada area the next morning.

The suspect, identified as Friday Samson, was among those paraded by the Police at the Police Headquarters on Tuesday in Jos.

According to the command’s image maker, DSP Alfred Alabo, the victim’s phone was traced to one Ephraim Emmanuel of Angwan Jarawa. Upon his arrest, the suspect disclosed that one Friday Samson sold the phone to him, adding that further investigation led to the arrest of Samson, a choirmaster and father of two, who confessed to having r@ped and killed Ruth.  
 
Speaking to newsmen, Samson said: “I am here because I r@ped and killed someone. I don’t have any reason for what I did but I did it, it is just wick£dness of the heart. That day, I just wanted to sleep with her but she refused, due to wick£dness, I r@ped and killed.
 
I am a security guard at a filling station at Farin Gada. That day, I was on duty that night and I saw her passing at about 11 pm. I have never seen her before and I don’t know her but I called her and told her I wanted to sleep with her but she refused. I chased her and caught up with her. That was when I stabbed and raped her.
 
She was not dead when I r@ped her, it is just wick£dness of the heart. After I @ped her, I picked up her phone and held it for one month. After that I sold it to Ephraim Emmanuel, I did not tell him where I got the phone from just that I told him that the phone is mine. I started working in the filling station in August 2022 and I was being paid N28,000.

The angry youths blocked a major road in Asaba to protest the alleged killing before carrying the corpse of the yet-to-be-identified young man to the police headquarters in Asaba, to protest the k!lling.

UNIBEN final year student shot dead in hostel





A final-year student of University of Benin simply known as Desmond was on Monday shot dead in his room at the Hall 3 Hostel by unknown gunmen in what appeared like a cult-related incident.

The late student popularly known as ‘Mayor’ was said to be in the Department of Public Administration and was shot at about 9 pm on Monday.

The incident caused panic among students. He was also said to be a Kegite chief before he was killed.

A student who pleaded anonymity said the deceased was shot in the face at point-blank range.



The student said, “The killing of Desmond has caused panic in the school. Students are even afraid to stay in the hostel. He was shot in the face and had no chance to survive the attack.”

As at the time of filing this report, it was gathered that his remains had been deposited in the mortuary at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.

However, attempts to get a reaction from the school proved abortive as a WhatsApp message sent to the Public Relations Officer of the University, Dr. Benedicta Ehanire, was not replied to.

Airline Security Drag passenger out of plane for saying, Tinubu we not be sworn in as president

A yet to be identified passenger was Friday evening removed from an Ibom Air flight after what appeared to be a strange behavior before take off.

The man who was wearing a t shirt had got up shouting that on no account should the President elect Bola Tinubu be sworn in as Nigerian leader.

His strange behavior had attracted the attention of other passengers who waited for flight crew to act fast before something untoward occurred.

The flights attendant had called in some security personnel who then forcibly removed the man from the plane.

An eleven years old boy identified as Kamsi Yochukwu Sunday has allegedly been arrested by security operatives in his village in Enugu Ezike, Igbo-eze north LGA of Enugu state.

,Outrage as vigilante reportedly kill a 27 yrs old man over missing phone in Abia State

A yet-to-be-identified official of the Abia State Vigilante group has sh%t and k#lled a 27-year-old staff member of De Choice Eatery, Izuchukwu Mbakwe, in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.

According to multiple reports, the incident happened on Sunday, March 26, when the deceased had approached his manager over unpaid 5-months salary. It is alleged that the manager thr£atened Izu and ordered thugs to a§§ault him. One Eberechi Ezeocha on Facebook reports that while the deceased attempted to leave the premises, the thugs sh%t him in the legs resulting in his d£ath.

Another source reports that the deceased had arrived the company’s premises for work when the Internal Auditor summoned Vigilante Security Guards and demanded his arrest over the disappearance of a company-owned "Nokia Torch."

Overzealous guards were accused of str#pping and a§§aulting him before sh@@ting him at close range with a Pump Action Rifle. He was subsequently rushed to FMC Umuahia for treatment, where he passed on.
