PoliticsResidents Panic, Relocate As Soldiers Penetrate Gbaramatu by Wadeoye(op): 8:14am On Aug 30, 2016
WARRI—FEAR has gripped residents of Ijaw communities in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State, as hundreds have relocated following the deployment of soldiers, who shot randomly in the area, weekend. The Ibebenemowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief Godspower Gbenekama, and chairman of Kokodiagbene community, Mr Sheriff Mulade, said, yesterday, that the people were scared. According to Gbenekama, who is also acting spokesperson of Gbaramatu Traditional Council, GTC: “Up till 10a.m., today (yesterday), the full detachment of military has not actually invaded our communities, but pockets of military men have been terrorizing our communities, shooting indiscriminately into the communities from the waterfront.

PoliticsRe: Niger Delta Avengers Cease Attacks On Pipelines by Wadeoye(m): 8:05am On Aug 30, 2016
sandland:
Tell the so called Niger Delta Avengers that anybody or group who engages the state in an act of war is committing an extra- judicial crime and so you can be killed extra- judicially. For every new government, they make new demands. What are Brothers who are governors of Niger delta states doing with their 13% derivative.
Who are the avengers? Are they not the same so called ND leaders including their governors? They are the same people looting the 13% derivative.
Since MEND named the sponsors of avengers, everywhere is quiet and now they are talking about ceasefire on sighting heavily armed military at their backyard.

The next phase of operation crocodile smile should be the arrest of those mentioned by RNDA.
PoliticsRe: Niger Delta Avengers Cease Attacks On Pipelines by Wadeoye(m): 7:56am On Aug 30, 2016
Military should push ahead with the operation until the entire of south-south is combed and cleansed of miscreants and criminals.
After combing the creeks and wiping out the so called avengers (the criminals), house-to-house search should be conducted in major ijaw towns and villages and anybody found in possession of any forms of weapons (including even dane gun) should be rounded up and treated as criminal. Only the government should be in possession of weapon in ND.

Military is ND to stay and they will be there for years to protect law abiding people and national assets.

Crocodile will visit every ND creeks with its smile... grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
PoliticsRe: Niger Delta Coastal States’ Monarchs Finally List Conditions For Peace by Wadeoye(m): 2:04pm On Aug 29, 2016
They're issuing condition to government as if they control the security of the country.

Tell the military that... they are already at your backyard clearing the creeks of miscreants and criminals.

PoliticsRe: Increase Military Presence In Niger Delta- Olu Of Warri Begs Buratai by Wadeoye(m): 10:07pm On Aug 28, 2016
You don't know anything yet... More daredevil soldiers are coming with drones and latest war planes from Russia - ND must be rid of all forms of criminals including their financiers whoever they may be.

We must secure Nigeria first before we can develop it economically.

When the whole of ND is fully encircled including from the sea, the combing will then commence with the use of drones and special ground forces.

Then you will know you have brought home an ant infested wood.

I am giving you real facts but you are getting unduly excited by what? these are local crime gang killed by police from ahoada. they are not militants.
Can you tell us the difference between ND militants and cultists/kidnappers/armed robbers?
They are the same people committing different crimes - militancy, pipeline vandalism, kidnapping, armed robbery, cultism, etc depending on where they see money.

prophetfire:
which military?they were killed by police.
See the way this one addressed the military as if the police are more powerful/skillful than the military in the act of war.

Anyway, the police is also there to secure the environment as part of national security apparatus.

The most important thing is, ND criminals/militants have been reduced by 6.

Also on Friday, military attacked militant camps in the creek, killing 5 militants and arresting 23 others. Some others fled with various degrees of injuries.

Crocodile is smiling in the creek as we speak grin grin grin grin grin

discusant:
From your base, probably in Abuja, you have adjudged the killed youths to have been cultists and terrorists. The way almajiri passes judgement.

Large percentage of victims of extrajudicial killings like this are innocent people.

That army that was strong enough to kill them should also have been strong enough to arrest them and and make them face trial.

Or does cultism, or even terrorism attract death penalty in Nigeria? Lost of arrested or surrendered Boko Haram terrorists are being freed today.
Dullard, lets even agree they are cultists. Does that make them innocent? Does it mean they are not criminals?
Fool, people who live around the area are celebrating now that the notorious criminals who have been terrorizing the areas have been killed by Nigeria security operatives.
PoliticsRe: Negotiate Or Get Boko Haram Treatment, Buhari Tells Militants by Wadeoye(op): 12:15pm On Aug 28, 2016
Wadeoye:
President Muhammadu Buhari has called on militants unleashing violence on the Niger Delta to enter into dialogue with his government or risk being dealt with the same way the nation’s military dealt with members of the Boko Haram sect.

He said this would be done because he was aware of his government’s responsibility to secure the country for economic activities to thrive.

According to a statement on Sunday by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, the President spoke on Saturday evening at a bilateral meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, on the sidelines of the sixth Tokyo International Conference on African Development in Nairobi, Kenya.

He told the Japanese leader that with the defeat of the Boko Haram terrorists by the military, the attention of the administration is now focused on stopping the destruction of the country’s economic assets by militants in the Niger Delta region.

I don't know how the vain in those guys' brains is wired - looks like there is a defect somewhere.
It is like differentiating between "agbero" and "area boys". Are they not the same set of lazy guys popping up with different names depending where they could get money? What is the work of a cult leader? Is any of those killed a bank manager, engineer with a multi-national, farmer. teacher or known artisan? What do they do for a living? They are the same set of people that go into armed robbery, kidnapping, oil bunkering, pipeline vandalism and the so called militancy.

Summary, I agree with you, there is no difference between militants and cultists - they are the same set of people being used for different criminals activities.

Our leaders have done nothing yet as far as power is concerned...call that man in zamfara state and ask him of he enjoys light...

Nonsense
Keep giving yourself hope that government is not doing anything - at least it makes you sleep in the night.
I promise, a time will come when you won't have any choice but to avoid NL completely.

With all the power projects going on everywhere and rehabilitation of existing power plants, someone is saying government is doing nothing.
More than 50% of government expenditure so far this year has been on power.

You sit down there in the creeks of river state saying government is not doing anything. What do you expect government to do in the creeks of ND at this time that you and your brothers are bombing pipelines?

Nobody from Niger Delta should complain about power supply or talk about it - good or bad. Any Niger Deltan caught complaining should be flogged in public.

Tell me the difference between militants(NDA) and oil bunkerers?

They are all one and the same - the same set of criminals who turned themselves into law in the creeks.
When politicians and ND elders need criminals to use for their evil acts, the bunkering industry provides the man power required - they live in the creeks, deal in the creeks, they know the terrains, they know the pipeline layout, etc.

Every militant or bunkerer killed reduces the population of NDA by 1.
