Izuchukwu F. Ezimoha, one of the Nigerians executed in Indonesia for drug trafficking recently has been laid to rest.

He was laid to rest at his compound in Ezigbo village, Ihiala LGA of Anambra State on Thursday, August 18th. His outing service will hold tomorrow in his village.

PDP having their activities in South South is a move to boost their grassroot support in the region where they control more states. Ordinary party loyalist can get closer to the party and have a sense of belonging.
How many states does PDP control around abuja or in your south west? Do you expect them to hold a convention in a region where they are least supported?

When the war starts, it is the South South (and ijaw communities in particular) that will go up in flames with many criminals/innocents caught in the cross fire. All those PDP chieftains from South West, North, East, etc will not be there with you... they will be watching the raids from air, sea and land on their TV while you (Niger Deltans) groans.

- 12 new attack helicopter gunships are awaiting delivery from Russia.

- more ground troops are already located in strategic locations in ND to study the terrain and get used to the nooks and crannies

- 3 military operatives were killed and there was no comment from the military
- major stakeholders in the country have recently visited Aso Rock on invitation by FG

It is very clear that all PDP chieftains are backers of militancy in south south. I know FG can't act on assumptions and the reasons for investigations and intelligence gathering. However, I doubt if FG will be able to get much evidence to link PDP with NDA except if a key arrow-head of NDA like tompolo is arrested and ready to let the cat out.

I wish FG success in their investigation. A focus on the finances of PDP chieftains and their governors should form a critical piece of the investigation.

When PDP was in power, yes, corruption thrived, but I could also see programs that if properly and genuinely executed there will be a lot benefits to Nigerians. And despite that, monthly allocations to states and FG have been growing. They thought they could cripple the economy by bombing oil pipelines. Today, states are getting more money than they got even under PDP where crude was selling at over $100. FG has been paying salaries regularly without delay.

The only thing we need to do now is reduce our reliance on importation and begin to do things locally - foods, fuel, etc. If this is done, the value of naira will go up immediately.

We are on the right path... today we are talking about diversification and everybody is buying into it. In the next few years, if the tempo continues, Nigeria would have been liberated completely from the shackles (PDP orchestrated) holding it back.

This is cheap blackmail by boko haram. They want to force the military to stop bombardment of their positions.
NA should step up attack on anything seeing carrying weapon apart from security agents.

Many of you supporting these criminals I really pity your exitence, is either your are not from ND or does not live there. Shell just drop nothing less 1000 commynity contractor workers (tea girls, cleaners, grass cutters, electricians, plumbers, driversetc) and drop more than 40 contractors who are also employers of labour while some where lucky to go home with 500k as pay off some went home empty hand. The major reason for this is low production and destruction of pipe lines by this criminals. Note the least paid among these set of unskilled workers earn 45k which some graduates beg to earn in some organization. What you guys don't know when shell sneeze the whole town feels it ask people in warri what become of warri when shell left.

Shell should close shop. Niger Deltans will go and work on ugwu plantations in anambra... they can even make more money from ugwu plantation.
