From experience, I will tell you, if its not more than 2-3weeks from starting date you should go ahead. I had same experience with University of Exeter, they threatened to withdraw the visa. Someone advised me to go ahead and I did, and nothing happened. I am even done with the programme now.

Surprisingly, a lady from Bangladesh started almost 2 months after resumption.

Sometimes they only threatened for reasons beyond one comprehension.

Actually,the resumption date for the University was 11th September, when I requested for more time, I was given a week (18th sept). When I wrote them about the situation of my VISA today, they advised me to defer my admission till next year.

You won't need a TB test

Your final return is less than 6months

You have lived in the UK before then and it isn't a requirement there

Ensure you put a cover letter stating why you didn't supply any TB certificate plus your stamps to show entry and exit and refer to them in your cover letter

Your cover letter should have statements like this:

Guidance on Tuberculosis tests for visa applicants states that "You will not need a TB test if any of the following apply: you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months"

Following this, I have lived in the UK from xxyyy to xxyy on an ABC visa/permit, I briefly visited Nigeria from xxyy to xxyy and returned to the UK. I final moved home from xxxyyy. As at the date of my application I have only spent xyz weeks/months in Nigeria and therefore is exempt from doing a TB test

This is just a draft and I tried to keep it simple and not technical

1. Tb test is valid for 6months so should be expired by now

2. If he spends less than 6months in Nigeria he won't need it

3. He needs to address that in a cover letter and cite the dates he returned home and the guidance so the ECO sees that

I am in a bit of pickle here. My passport will expire on 23 of Sept however by April I will be applying for the postgraduate visa (PSW). Meaning, at the point of my PSW application my passport will expire in five months.

I would suggest you start by grounding your self with basics. With a score like the one you posted, it simply means you haven't really understand much of the concept that the GRE is trying to test.
Personally, I will suggest you get Manhattan 1-6 to fully understand the quant section. You can also augment your preparation with the Officait Guide by GRE. Additionally, you can watch few Magoosh videos in case you are having trouble with some of the topics. All these materials can be found online.
For Verbal on the other hand, you need to memorise GRE vocabularies, try "Barron's 333 most frequent GRE words. This can also be complemented with Magoosh 1000 words, if you have the time. Kaplan seems to be a good material for RC. While Barron has a well defined strategies for SE and TC. In addition, GRE verbal guide will also help.

Lastly, you need a lot of practice. Given the recent debrief by test takers, the quant section is becoming more hard and advanced.
