There are various ways to this..
Now, employing graduates as a driver will make it more respecting, they will have the courtesy to communicate to commuters and good maintenance culture.
So to me , I don't see anything bad in employing a graduate as a driver so far the money is commensurate..
They dont get to wash the buses,all they need to is convoy the commuters to their destination...

I'm still fumbled by the way we address the situation on ground... Instead of us to face to fact we are calling effc to lay hold of the APC PDP etc, by the time nemesis will catch up with the government officials we will feel for them..
What am I saying, let effc continue the yahoo Yahoo hunt so that those in it or those that are about to go into it will have a second thought..

It pains me that, it is same challenge as one government comes and go.

Since my young age, I have never experienced a stable power supply, and the annoying thing is that, it get worse instead of it getting better.

I just don't known the kind of leaders we elect.
So clueless and heartless.

I want to believe this a platform I can share this idea for anyone who wants to join this team.

Well.. I wouldn't want to give vague advice..
I had carryover my first year due to fear, my second year result wasn't that satisfying cause I was going to night class which was not just working for me.

What I did was to start jotting right from the beginning of each semester. I go to class always prepared becuae of impromptu test..
I understood night class wasn't working for me, I hardly wake up at night, so I try to read before sleeping.
I stopped sleeping on my bed, sat up while reading, I play music while reading cause I love music.
Please, I would advice to put in your best, your grade in school is a platform to show what you've got upstairs.

I can categorically tell you that, in few months theses buses will get scratches, air conditioner spoilt, seats been removed and the likes.
One of the ethics Nigerians lack is the maintainance culture, and this have posed a lot of backwardness to us moving forward.

Moreso, the structure isn't usually good, in terms of allocation to high volume of traffic, and then too much passengers in a bus..
I can go on and on stating how lapses in this country.
May we grow to development trends.
