I will not be fooled by anyone's agitation for restructuring without a proper understanding of the restructuring that they advocate.

Bola Tinubu should explain in detail the kind of restructuring that he is advocating. We are wiser politically than we used to be.

By restructuring:
I expect the sharing formula of federal allocation to change; local government should earn most share, state government should earn more and federal government should earn the least.

I expect each state to be empowered to manage, administer, legislate, explore, utilize and derive business gains and income from its resources. The states can just pay a percentage of income and gains derived as royalty to the federal government and local government where the resources are sourced.

I expect an improved Tax, duty and levy drive from Federal, State and Local governments which will remain consolidated in federation accounts and form part of federal allocation shared by the various governments and federal reserves.

I felt pity for her but deep down i felt bad about myself also cos i made a mistake.

Please i need cogent advice right now cos am comtemplating giving her a well paid job and some upkeep so she can stop been a runs babe and get a better future for herself.

Hello, I believe they are two different things: advocating for resource control is completely different from agitating for biafra. Agitation for biara is a separatist movement and it is tantamount to treason and IPOB added the dimension of crime by threatening and attacking the nation and her security apparatus.

Maybe we also need to understand the definition of Resource Control as propounded by IPOB so we can have a better understanding of Nnamdi Kanu and his sponsors or accomplice.

What many people fail to acknowledge is that the pro-biafrans were once patriotic Nigerians. they once believed in a Nigeria where everyone had some sense of belonging. A Nigeria that will be just, fair and equitable regardless of religious and ethnic affiliations. 50 years of a failed post war national experiment is no more a joke. Its not funny.

Nigeria's mode of existence was negotiated between our founding fathers, NOT imposed. the patriotism of our founding fathers wasn't a blind one. they had their terms of national engagement. if Nigeria must work, it must be properly negotiated, nobody wants to settle for less. Everyone wants a fair deal.

Today people talk about Nigeria as though it is non negotiable. the foolish ones do much worse, they engage in blind patriotism. They see the sorry state of Nigeria as their fate, they would rather sink with the Titanic ship than find an escape route. They see the fraud and hypocrisy having a field day, yet they do little about it.

Sincerely fix the country, they won't. okay, some are willing to fix the system by negotiating Nigeria's mode of existence, they antagonize them. Now some want outright seperation, these blind patriots are calling for their heads. they are those who try to defeat a project before allowing it to operate.

I owe no allegiance to a country that is not ready to make things right for it's citizens. I owe no allegiance to a country that can't protect me. Some so called patriots will even readily drop their Nigeria for another country when given the opportunity. I owe no allegiance to a country whose leadership are bent on dividing the citizenry with their speeches, actions and inaction. There is so much brain drain in the country due to the fraud and hypocrisy in the system.

I don't believe in blind patriotism. if there is sincerity on the part of Nigerias leadership to fix Nigeria regardless of economic challenges, there won't be escalated agitations. A true patriot is not a blind patriot. NIGERIA wants blind patriotism. they won't get it from me.

If they don't restructure the faulty system, I won't settle for less. I will go for a whole new and carefully negotiated biafra. Thank you NNAMDI KANU for rising to the occasion.

My speculations:

It is a strategic move for the Nigerian Army, I believe they have been instructed to isolate Nnamdi Kanu, they need to lock down the leader of the Biafra movement - Nnamdi Kanu - in his locality to ensure he can't escape.

You know he has a case of treason and other charges pending in court, he has been on conditional bail but he has also violated all the bail conditions. The expectation is that the court will revoke the bail and he has to be taken into custody.

The Nigerian government must have envisaged some resistance, violent and bloody, to his re-arrest and perhaps also envisaged that he may attempt to escape from Nigeria.

It is important to ensure he does not escape and that he is re-arrested to conclude his case in court and serve his sentence. Nnamdi Kanu must be judged and every of his accessories to the crimes, if convicted, must also be judged and punished accordingly.

Please, can someone remind me the next date his case will be heard in court.

As at 2017, Biafra is alien to the Nigerian constitution and any attempt to force Biafra on Nigeria or any citizen of Nigeria is tantamount to terrorism and treason.
