you can pay visa fee now then fill ds160 from page 1 to 3 but dont submit yet and book appointment.

Also go ahead and fill sevis payment form and make payment for it

You can do both at once, pay visa fee and keep your receipt until when you wish to book appointment, also go to www.fmjfee.com to fill the payment coupon form to generate code for payment and go ahead to make payment.

There are no limit but be wise and dont fill plenty ds160 form oo

You need sevis number to book visa appointment, it is better for you to get your I20 before booking but you can pay the visa fee down.

Let us try and tell people the adequate information with full explaination because some weeks ago a lady showed me a post of 2014 where someone posted that people can forge/clone sevis number to book appointment and it was a wrong idea but unfortunately the lady followed the advice that was posted until i corrected her and enlighten her well and she have to cancel the appointment now.

You pay the sevis fee at seme border or someone pay it for you in usa.. If you need help paying at seme just pm me for direction but you go along with copy of your data page and page 1 of your I20.

stop giving yourself headache because embassy will restore everything back to normal since they have database and previous records before they have issues.

The school is the best place to ask this question... Although the last time i spoke with Don first week of May he didn't say such and he told me that student need to get to school and pay and not pay before coming.

You go to seme border with your data page, page 1 of your I20 and payment coupon confirmation page then pay it or someone in usa pay it for you by send the payment coupon confirmation number to him/her

it means you have to pay for another visa fee because that one has been used and no longer valid.. Maybe you have cancelled twice and if yes the error is from you and not embassy again so you pay another visa fee

With what you posted above if its true and not that your ds160 code on ds160 confirmation doesnt match your appointment confirmation then you pay if it matches then embassy will unlock it for you without paying.

They will reply you after 24hours or less

You dont pay for it unless you have cancelled your appointment date before that you will pay another visa fee to request for emergency date.

Apply for emergency date and dont use agent because that is what they will do for you and they will just rip your money

If you want to see more dates, pay visa fee and insert the reference number and you will be able to see more dates.

Presenting home ties can be in many ways such as what you have been doing for past years, marriage, properties etc

If you going for masters you will need to write it, although some schools does not ask if it but its advisable that you write a test
