This is APC the only blueprint they know and have is how to violently and fraudulently hijack political power whatever is next does not concern them.

Unfortunately you did not know that there are certain projects a state can not just initiate on their own it must require federal governments approval projects like Airport, Seaport, Building a nuclear plant, Power plants and some other critical projects I don't know all anyways but a state can not do all these without approval from the center and that is why the seaports has been monopolized. Mind you one person can single handedly build a sea port in the east if it was done as you think.
