See the way gbawe or what is he called cleverly avoided the question directed at him. A confirmed first class liar and hypocrite. |
Just wondering what Soyinka is doing in the midst of those hypocrites. Smh |
Education is now a misplaced priority? You guys are just too pathetic. If education is now a 'misplaced priority' why don't you guys try ignorance. |
Never knew some people went to school to become more daft |
And so what? Is explosion a new thing? Thought it was an earthquake or something more serious. Mtcheeewww! |
Arosa: There are lots of opportunities in Nigeria I agree, but they require large capital to make a decent living from them. My question is would the Nigerian banks give out loans to our graduates with their degree as collateral? If yes then how much would they get for their degree? 1 million naira?i agree with you to some extent but the fact remains that most nigerian youths have what i call misplaced priorities. They would rather go for the latest BB phones and other vain things rather than make their money work for them for the betterment of their future. |
Another dumb post. Let our youths stop looking for non existent white collar jobs and be more creative. Opportunities abound in Nigeria for those that are ready to work. The problem is that most of us want the easy way out and thereby neglecting the ever present opportunities around us |
At last God don catch fr. Edeh. Tis long overdue |
KINGwax: you don't wanna knw how glad i was when i found out nobody liked your post. It implies we actually have intelligent people on nairaland. Only a fool will like your post. I don't knw, how they forced a muslim student to attend a 'strictly' christian school. Your concern is what i cannot fathom, your points too.The guy said the obvious fact. Just imagine flogging an adult just because he came to learn in a private university |
You dey mind the fool? |
The most annoying aspect is that most of this critics have not even visited Anambra before. All they do all day is to propagate evil and being lazy arm chair critics, just ask them to proffer a solution to a particular problem, they'll just go blank. They never ever take responsibility for anything but rather look for who to blame. They never want to believe that apart from a certain part of the country which enjoys media patronage and goodwill, other thriving and better places exist. It is becoming so unbearable to watch ur fellow nigerians wallow so much in their ignorance. |
ypzilanti: This is what happens when you vote a man you would not hire to run your generator as the man to run your country.ignorance is bliss |
bayooooooo: The above quote is where the NASS derives the power to summon "any person", let's look at "any person":This one na technical knock out but you for wait small make kobojunkie entertain us more with her sheer ignorance. |
Constructive argument unlike the rubbish we always hear from that clown that calls himself a political pastor. |
honeric01: Learn to stop jumping the gun, if you want to join a discussion, try knowing the genesis.Oh you're still here with this ur gala analogy. Now i understand why you're jobless. Stupi.d boy |
Yeske!:you dey mind that clown. Still can't fathom out why some believe that everything starts and ends in lagos. Anyway, he is a typical local champion |
honeric01: Nope, advise me.. which single market in Onitsha is busier than Alaba. (for educational purpose)tis so tempting to give up on ur case but i will not. Bro, travel and see |
honeric01: I love reality while you live in fantasy word..Ur case is pathetic. Take a look at an average igbo man that started with nothing but sheer determination and tell me where he is today |
speedyboi: Bt the reason is obvious. It is a scanty state, so why should unemployment be high again? When almost half of their citizens are in other region, and nobody from other regions are settling there.Your level of ignorance is unquantifiable |
honeric01: Yes, profit that cant sustain you? one thing is to make profits you spend in a day which i see as survival and not employment and another is to eat, feed, doing everything from it and have enough to save which i see as employment.Sorry o but are you this daft? I said 'if you know ur way'. So if you start as a hawker you would save, expand and move on to the next level? Don't you think an ambitious and determined hawker would also want to be a supplier too? Guy, wake up there are days of little beginnings. If I may ask how old are you self? |
Lordave: I was there when my dad droped £15k as ma mum's bride price. Dat was B4 the war.lol... And you'll clock 20 this year |
honeric01: I started with Gala, touch? you can't even see well again..My guy, any business that brings you profit is worth it if you know ur way |
honeric01: You can keep insulting me because of the truth, but that wont change anything.. stop assuming for every Anambran man.. unemployment is a Nigerian problem, not an Igbo problem so stop this "victim" tone you are resorting to.Stop being childish. Are you not the one that started with ur gala and tourch light analogy in order to demean an average gala seller in anambra state? See, what you failed to fathom out is that any person with the ambition and determination to make it coupled with consistency will definitely move up the social ladder. If you have any business acumen, then, you'll understand that no business is negligible and there are opportunities everywhere. Moreso, whether they start with running after cars or freelancing, always remember there is always a starting point and never despise ur days of little beginning. |
honeric01: You are talking about sales of cars, how often do they sell cars? in a month, they are likely not going to sell a car and when they do, maybe they get like 2k-10k.my dear, stop being foolish if there no buyers and they are not making profit, i don't think you'll see those guys there and the business would have collapsed. Secondly, you are asking whether Anambra market is 'lively'? Fyi, Anambra has the biggest market in West African |
honeric01: LOL 2,000 naira a day from gala? that's 200 piece, now tell me where do they make 200 sales per day? only Lagos can boast of 100 sales of gala in traffic on an average day. some days with no hold on, you won't even sell up to 20. you better wake up and stop pulling out stats from the thin air.guy, it seems ur mentality is too low. We are talking about an average Anambrarian here who in all ramifications is industrious and is ever ready for competition business wise. Do you think he/she will relax without setting up other selling points with his savings? There is where the ingenuity of an average igbo man comes into play; he spreads his tentacles and employs other people and at the end of each day, with multiple streams of income you'll be in the best position to tell me how much he would be making |
Mr. Globe:are you saying a graduate must work for somebody to be properly employed? How about being an employer of labour |
honeric01: How much do you think a gala hawker makes in a day? their profit on each gala is 10 naira and they can only sell between 50-200 pieces in a very thick bumper to bumper hold on.. when there's no hold-up, no sales so tell me, how much is he going to make on an average day?OMG!! Are you this stupid? Don't you have any business sense at all? So, according to you the profit from gala is so small (10 each) and the business is not worth it? Have you pondered why the company is still in serious production and declaring billions as profit after tax? Do you think an average Anambrarian would just relax selling in traffics all by himself without expanding his business? Even with ur calculation of him making 2000 a day, with many selling points you can easily deduce how much he will making in a day then come back and tell me how much a civil servant that is 'employed' is equally making at the end of the month |
honeric01: A gala hawker is also employed? This exposes the stupi.dity that runs in ur dna. So you expect an Anambrarian to sit back, be a beggar or still, be a nuisance to the society? Fyi, an average Anambrarian would rather see opportunities that abound rather than be a liability like you and ur ilk. An average so called gala seller knows that people would eat and provides that services for a fee and that makes him financially independent. The so called 'freelancer acts as a middle man for services or goods people need and can in one swoop make some cool money you and ur family can't dream of making in ur life time. So you get it! Pls next time give respect to whom respect is due cos the 'never say never' spirit of an average Anambrarian is unrivalled at least in Nigeria |
With all the teachings of Jesus Christ, I'm so ashamed that bakare is even a christian and a so called pastor for that matter. |
You mean the speaker? |
Come op, respect urself. So na because of kuli kuli and onions na im we go carry amnesty give them? With all the innocent blood of nigerians they have shed i think they and their sponsors need 'dronesty'. |
@Op, just wondering who ur real father is. Bastar.d |
